This place always messes up my purchase. They lie about prices. Told me a sale item was half the price. When i told them it was not. They refused to sell it to me for half. They do this with all 1/2 off items. Dont believe them when they say half price

They got rid of the evil female that worked there. It's ok if you are there at the right time. I'll tell you sometimes the smells out side are awful! No one knows where it comes from. You might see drug addicts around the parking lot but most are harmless.

I really needed to use the restroom today, person working said they had just finished cleaning one of their bathrooms and heading to the other one to clean it and that bc of the wet floors I couldn't use the one that was just finished.... I waited like 15 to 20 minutes and went back in to hopefully be let in to the bathroom to be turned down.... Then I sent my friend in to see if they would give her a hard time like they gave me and she was let right in to a bathroom without any hesitation...

I stopped by the gas station for the rest room. It was really emergent situation. It was 9:10pm on Jan. 16, 2022. An employee closed the rest room and declined to open it. I begged, but she denied. She was really cruel. Please don't go to this gas station.

The car wash is mediocre top wash is $10 but it leaves spots. Also, the dryer hasn't been working right recently, it doesn't hover over the car like it's supposed to instead it just goes all the way up when you aren't even near it. (Yes I know how to use this type of dryer as I have used many dryers like this at other carwashes)

It’s hard to tell if Justin, the station’s swing shift worker, simply needs to work on his customer service skills or if he is fully aware of the fact that he is rude? I do know that when he should have been thanking me for being a customer he instead threw my $30 change across the counter at me. To whoever runs this operation: Perhaps you should inform your employee of the possible negative affects that might arise after they throw the customer’s change at them.

After pumping fuel into my truck, I go back into the store to ask for the key to the restroom. This Cashier says they closed the bathrooms at 8p.m. they shut the lobby down at 9 why the restroom an hour early. I passed other places that would let me use the facility because I knew I can use this one. Why is this such an issue?!?! Control people in a bully situation. A power play. They have found a way to use normal body function against us. Like I have a choice in wether or not I'm going to have to relieve myself. Thanks a lot for bullshit drama, where there need not be any.

This place even supports vets by this means when it comes to fountain drinks and coffee we only got to pay for the cup and if we have our own container going to pay for any of it. And it doesn't matter if we're active duty for prior service same for both that's Shell supporting one's troops. HWAAH!

Edit: their assistant manager Eric saved the day. AAA was a joke and he went above and beyond. Just maybe check with the staff before using the air or vacuum. Had to call AAA to come refill my tires after your machine drastically deflated three of them. Will not be returning.
