Just wow, I paid for the lowest wash. My car looked like a bug cemetery after a trip. The attendants at the car wash tunnel scrubbed all the mosquitoes away before I started going into the tunnel. What a great service. Thank you.

Unfortunately had to come back and edit my original review. Although customer service was great from Nick and Jeff was great after pulling off in my car I’m a little disappointed in the actual detailing. After pulling off I realized there was areas that weren’t touched at all (the steering wheel) or not cleaned well.

We have a membership here and the regular wash is great but we just attended their spooky car wash.. I don’t think I ever want to go to a regular wash again.. kidding I’ll be back after Halloween. I just had to post this to say thank you to the staff who put in so much effort and made the spooky car wash so cool!! We will be back next year!!

I just had the interior detailing service done by Ricky, and I have to take the time out to give my guy a special shout out. I wish I could leave him 10 stars he did such a great job. My car hasn't been this clean since I first bought it. If you want your car to look brand new again, come and see Ricky! Worth every dollar.

Visited this car wash today & it wasn’t my best experience. I typically get my car wash in Lithia springs, but today I didn’t have much option. I & my husband pulled up as usual, & we paid, we pulled up to where you get your car manually brushed down by staff, as we went through the machine, everything was fine. But then when we go to the free vacuum, we see that the trim of our headlight has been completed damaged & knocked off.. my husband went to get someone & a Ms.Amber came & inspected the light, & asked “are you sure it happened here?” “Are you sure it wasn’t already like that” completely dismissive, after we told her no, it wasn’t like that, she went back to working. So I stopped what I was doing & approached the machine entrance looking for someone, specifically a manager, I was approached by the Attendee who again assists w payment, he asked how could he help, & I asked him if there was a manager around because I need to speak with someone, who asked again w an eyeroll as if I was bothering him “how can I help” , I repeated “I need a manger because there is damage to my truck” his response was “you sure it happened here?” I once again said yes, I’ve been out for a few hours this morning, I think I would’ve noticed the trim off from around my headlight, I then requested insurance information as this is now considered property damage on your business grounds due to an Employee or your equipment, he then asks to see, so I walk him over to the stall my car was using, & we showed him, he then asks again “& you sure it happened here” again, we reassured & he then told me “we have to watch the camera to make sure it came in w it & that the damage was done here & then we have to see if we can find the piece in the machine. I say okay cool, but to go ahead & provide me the information so I can file a report. The gentleman then tells me “yeah, once we review the cameras, but this wouldn’t be considered a claim” little did the gentleman know, I am an Intake specialist. I file these claims DAILY. I know what property damage, I also know that the damage was caused by the Employees. I sat in my vehicle & waited. The attendee walked through the machine, watched the video & went BACK to his post, knowing he was wrong for telling me that it wasn’t a claim & that they didn’t do it. No apology or anything. Ms.Amber then returns from watching the cameras & stated “The trim had a gap & didn’t seem to be bolted on all the way & it fell off” but what Ms.Amber did not realize is that my husband HEARD when the piece actually broke off when it happened & it was Ms.Amber who was brushing the damaged headlights side when it was damaged, right before entering the machine. Still no one filed a report or assured me it would be fixed, but they did take my name & number down. But my experience here was unprofessional & I almost felt discriminated against as if I HAD to lie or like I wanted to just “come up”. No. My car was damaged, yall knew it was damaged & thought we wouldn’t notice or say anything. Pictures below of trim. It’s really not that deep. But to be continuously questioned as if I have something to gain from lying about my property being damaged KNOWING the person who damaged it SAW it break. & rather say something she said nothing & acted as if she didn’t know. -10/10. I would not recommend this car wash. Had I been assured it would be fixed or filed, I probably wouldn’t be here to make this review.

John was very thorough with cleaning my vehicle today. It literally looked brand new once I received my car back. I saw him really getting down cleaning my car. I would recommend 110/10. He was also very nice. Amber also was very helpful and friendly! I called prior to see if this detail service could be done and once I arrived she was just a nice in person. I would recommend coming here for all car wash needs.
