Extremely pleased with this service! I called them and scheduled an appointment for an express car wash! They were professional and communicated clearly with me. Although I called last minute they were able to fit me into their schedule. The gentleman arrived on time, started right away and did an amazing job! It was way better than going to an actual car wash! I will be using this service again!

The guy does a good job washing BUT the communication from the office is terrible. She says she will call you back and either don't or takes hours to call back.One time I had an appointment and after waiting for almost 30 minutes I called the office to ask if they were still coming and she said she'll check to see where the driver was and call me back. She did not call me back so I called her back and we were finally able to get it together and my appointment started an hour and a half after the original appointment time. No discount was given. Just an apology. I normally wash my own car but I have moments when I don't feel like it so I have decided to try them 3 times now and like I said the guy does a good job on the detailed washes but the communication can be better.

I was impressed from the initial phone call! The office manager was kind and professional. She asked questions about my needs before quoting me a price. She even asked for pictures so they could know what to expect. The gentlemen who came to my house were extremely professional! My car was filthy and they said, “No judgement!” When I tell you they made my car look and smell brand new, I absolutely mean it. This was really high quality service!!! I highly recommend this company. Great job!!

Solo Mobile Car Wash detailed the wife’s car & mine. We are completely satisfied with the customer service of Josie and the job they did on our cars. I like how they ask you to look over the car when they are finished so they can fix any issues that you might have. They were even gracious enough to do non- appointment cars for my son & a friend who were at the house. I would highly recommend SMCW. Will definitely use them again. Thank You Solo!!

First off I want to say this called the number that’s on the website to set up a service appointment Spanish woman answers the phone not once but twice I say hello she hangs up right in my face very unprofessional guess u have to be a certain color or speak a certain language in order to get services with these guys definitely will be taking my money where it is wanted P.S if you’re going to do business don’t have your sleepy no speaking English wife answer your business phone it serves no purpose if she’s sleeping and doesn’t want to be bothered🤷🏽‍♀️
