The place looks abandoned. There’s trash everywhere. It is dirty and disgusting. Technically the soap and sprayer works. So I didn’t give it one star, but the vacuum machines are broken and the place is revolting. Avoid at all costs.

My favorite place to wash my car. Very clean. Never had a problem. Vacuum always work good. Scrub brush gets nice and bubbly.

Vacuums barely have any suction. I guess that’s their way of trying to get you to spend more money to vacuum longer. You are better off vacuuming your car from your own vacuum cleaner at home, which I ended up having to do anyways.

Machinery is not in good working order. Went to wash the car today and the brush showered me with soap. I lost 5.00. There was no contact number to alert company of broken arm. The soap was coming out of the connections not the brush

Everything worked great, had a change machine there and many options for cleaning and smell good hangers. Was able to clean my car way better than those drive thru washes. It's self serve.

For the last several years, I always washed my cars at Finish Line Car Wash. Now, the car wash is dirty and junky with trash everywhere. Some of the equipment doesn't work (i.e. no foam brush or LOW pressure wash). Overall, this place is nasty and an unclean environment. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return to Finish Line.

Hot garbage. Most of the vacuums don't work. The car wash took about $2. We couldn't see the Timmer because of the sun. It wasn't adding time. Same happened to others that where there. There's no number listed to ask for help. This use to be a realy nice car wash. Also, it's extremely nasty. Trash everywhere.

Stalls for washing are absolutely filthy 😳 This place has been open 30+ yrs and until 5 yrs ago I never had an issue, but now you must take your own change or get ripped off and you may anyway because several stalls don't work & no indication it is out of order! You may want to carry... I do if I must stop because it is NOT A DECENT PUBLIC BUSINESS. CLEAN THE PLACE UP OR SHUT IT DOWN. This place makes Douglas County look trashy! Going to talk to the board about this place!

11/8/2023...Bay#4..... Terrible, JUST TERRIBLE WORST SELF SERVICE CARWASH, PLEASE SEE THE VIDEO. ALSO BAY #2 , HAD TO INSERT $2.25, TO START, INSTEAD OF $1.75. CAR WASH BAYS 4-8, DIDN'T EVEN LOOKED LIKELY TO HAVE SEEN CARS IN A WHILE!!

This is the worse car wash you can think of going to , tonight my money was taken as I sat there waiting for soap and water… on another occasion I got water no soap and the owner can care less if u lost ur money. Please do not go to this mess of a car wash you will regret it. 100% should be closed down!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 I was forced to leave one star because if not my post wouldn’t be put up.

I love this place, but even though I'm very enthusiastic about it, recently it's been lacking. It needs maintenance, and it's been one of my favorite car washes I exclusively go to. To my knowledge, 3 of the vacuums are broken, and one of the carwashing stations doesn't work, and another eats up your quarters every other quarter. I love this place, but I really do hope it steps its game up. I'd like to keep coming to this car wash, but there either needs to be signs posted saying which stations don't work or maintenance. It's still the cheapest place to wash your car for yourself, and you could be done in less than 30 minutes while only spending around $5 dollars at minimum and $10 at most.

I stopped here to vacuum and wash my car, they have great customer service a new on site worker who is very uplifting in spirit and always offers to lend a Hand in help if needed or wanted.... I thought that was very sweet of him... THANKS FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP AN OLD OLD LADY LIKE ME!!! And everything else is awesome also. Great vacuums great brush and Bubbles!!!!! All together a great car wash!! Keep up the good work.
