When i was a child i used to frequent this Laundromat when it was called Raylene's in the early 90's this Laundromat is one of a kind with the new owner it has two high industrial washing machines no laundromat in Waterbury CT has these Machines only THE LAUNDRY HUB DOES COME DOWN SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER!😃👍

I have been going to this laundry mat for a very long time. Now that it is under new management nobody is ever there. If you have a problem someone should be there. If this new owner wants to make it they need somebody there. And it needs to be cleaned. The floors and rug were disgusting.

I have been a regular customer when the laundromat was open as Raylenes. It is a decent neighborhood business open for many years. No frills but generally well maintained and clean. The new owner is carrying on in that tradition. A couple of flat-screen tv's have been added. A welcome distraction when washing your clothes. A website would be helpful. Store hours could be posted which would be a great plus. I hope The Laundry Hub can carry on as a good local laundromat for many years to come.

I want to thank the owners of the Laundry Hub for their excellent customer service. The new owners have made several upgrades. Two upgrades that standout are the pickup service and they offer books for kids to read and color. While parents do the laundy their kids can read and color. As many parents know it's hard to keep kids entertained. Having books to keep kids entertained is a blessing. I highly recommend the Laundry Hub!!

Clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Better than expected. The prices for a regular machine is 4. A larger double will be 5.50. They have huge machines also but the price wasn't marked. Dryer is .25 for 7 minutes

Absolutely love the remodel! The laundromat looks brand new — super clean, bright, and comfortable. The machines work great and are really fast. There’s plenty of folding space, nice seating, which makes laundry day so much easier. The staff is always friendly and keeps everything spotless.
