This is the worst Home Depot... nothing is ever stocked... It is always a mess. The isles are non accessible due to boxes and items left out by staff. The employees are extremely unhelpful Update 10/4/22. Still a terrible Home Depot... isles are a absolute mess and inaccessible due to carts full of stock that has not been put away. Employees just standing around and completely unhelpful... most items are out of stock and shelves are empty

Placed a curbside pick-up order because I'm short on time. Nobody comes out to my vehicle after I check in. So I go inside and they can't find my order, which was reported to be ready, and after 30 min, I'm still waiting for my order to be ready.

Our microwave died and we needed one. Susan helped us. She was great! She asked us questions and with her assistance we got it down to the one we wanted. She has great customer service and was very knowledgeable. She deserves to be recognized for her work. Thank you!

Uhh save yourself the absolute trouble. Absolutely no communication in regards to a flooring measurement. They reschedule without telling you. And then after they reschedule, they won't show up , and they also won't tell you until after you have taken off of work. After four reschedules I have given up.

Ordered online for a delivery. They delivered the wrong order. I tried several ways to contact Home Depot. At 8:30 pm they called me and asked me to come to the store and make an exchange. I begrudgingly said I would do it the next morning and he said they open at 6 am. Nope, I got to the store at 6:10 am, closed. I saw an employee so I asked him for help, he said "I haven't even clocked in and I could care less.. Please shop anywhere but Home Depot in Grand Junction.

***DON’T BUY YOUR APPLIANCES**** Stay away, I purchased all kitchen appliances and install of 3 of them. Purchase on 10/15, delivered on 10/20 and still waiting for them to install. None were installed, but they keep saying ”understand and are sorry”. Now I have to wait for an appointment for installation, which they aren’t calling me till 10/24 to schedule an appointment. Mind you, I’m disabled and have kids to feed and have no range, no microwave and no dishwasher until installed. I also have pictures of how my current home is due to it just being left in the middle of the living room and kitchen.

Today I tried to return a Rigid Brad Nailer hose and compressor combo I used three times since I purchased it in August. My first use of the product the air hose failed, the O rings pull out when you changed guns, My third use of this product air compressor had a catastrophic failure with the piston. We did purchase a warranty, we went to Home Depot to return this item within the 90 day manufacturer warranty. The customer service lady who I learned was the only manager in the building on a Friday noon, said she would not return our money, would not exchange the item, I did offer that exchange for the same product that was bound to fail. The 90 day return had not expired, She told us that compressors are not part of it. She said we had to call our warranty company, after the 90 day manufacturer warranty had expired. We have shopped in Home Depot for years and this is the first time we've ever been treated this way.

The guy working in tools (probably in his 40s) was awesome! Super helpful! I've been going to Home Depot for years in other places - this is the first time I was helped by a genuinely helpful person. 1 year later... Just went back for the 5th time in a year - as per usual, nobody available to help, the lumber I was looking for was absent and nobody who can run a forklift around.....

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Dylan and Chris at my local Home Depot, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived to pick up my order, it was clear that they were dedicated to making my experience as smooth as possible. Dylan went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail throughout the process. He patiently walked me through the steps and helped me navigate some challenges that arose while hunting down the products I wanted. His knowledge and friendliness made a tedious experience much more pleasant. Chris, the assistant manager, was equally fantastic. He was attentive and supportive, stepping in to assist when needed and ensuring that everything came together seamlessly. It’s evident that he values customer satisfaction and fosters a positive environment for both customers and staff. I have never had an issue returning items until today. I have always used my military account and emailed receipt and that has never been an issue. I came in today and Kassandra was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes at me multiple times and refused to help me. I had my account #, phone # and an emailed receipt and she refused to do the return unless I could tell her the exact card number. I use 4 different cards for different purchases and I didn’t know which to give her. I told her we could try all 4 and she refused. I’ve never had this issues with Lowe’s, I’ll go back to giving them my business.

I am a very indecisive person. I wanted to get kitchen appliances and Hannah in appliances hung in there with me all the way. She was the best! No pressure, she just let me babble. I will be sure to look for her next time I need something and hope she is there.

Home Depot in general and this store do not care about customer service. They are under a breach of contract with me and could care less to resolve the issue. I had my kitchen remodeled with new countertop and and cabinets. Nearly a year into the project, things are not resolved and they refuse to do anything about it. As I write this, my cabinets are now discolored and the countertops are breaking at the seems. I've reached out to Home Depot several times to have this resolved and I either get turned away or I don't get a response. Heather Sanchez and Laurie Bockelman should be fired. Neither one of them want to respond or give me an answer to why they wont fix any issues with my installation. They are also holding a refund hostage and wont give an answer to when I will receive the refund after Laurie said I was free to come to customer service and collect it. I've never worked with a company that could care less about someone. Stay clear of this store as clearly it is a DIY store and doesn't stand by any of their agreements to a contract. Don't contract any business with these people as they don't care to make anything right and uphold their end of the agreement.

If I could give zero, I would. We went and bought a can of paint, Behr “moose trail,” we had painted our bedroom a year or so ago, went back today to get a small can for touch ups and where we covered nail holes, took the can that showed the shein and color, ETC. get home and painted the touch ups and it’s TWO shades darker? How hard is it when that color is sold in your store??? You put the color in the machine and it makes it for you??? This isn’t the first time this has happened. Maybe if teeny boppers weren’t too busy on their phones to pay attention, it could get done right.

Calling Home Depot is pointless. The automated system is useless, and when you finally can get the system to connect you to a human? The workers at Home Depot simply pick up the phone and hang it back up. When you do get a hold of a human, they connect you to someone who can 'help.' This person also hangs up the phone. Incredibly unprofessional for a public-facing company. This is basic business. If they don't handle the basics well, how can you trust this company with building your actual home? Thank goodness there are alternatives like Tru Value and Lowes. Lastly, as more evidence of their fall from grace: they expect you to fill out some dumb form to report their own issues for them. Here's a tip Home Depot: do not force your already angry customers to fill out a form. Either you accept that there is a problem and you find and fix it yourself, or it will never be fixed.

Great service! Went in early in the day to buy those black and yellow storage bins. They only had them up high and didn't have any operators at the time to bring them down they said come back this evening and we will get them down. I came back that evening and they were not down. So I asked costumer service if they can help. He called his manager and both of them apologized and got right on pulling them down. Super awesome service. Thanks Johnie B and Jackson. Five stars

I want to give a huge thank you to Nicole that works in the bathroom area. I had been in earlier in the week looking for a replacement bathroom fan. She was very helpful but I wanted to check out the other guys. I went back on Valentines day and she said, "Are you back again? Are you going to buy today? I'm giving $50 off any fan today." I said, "Yes! Yes I'm buying today!" Nichole made me feel so special. Thanks again.
