This store is almost impossible to navigate when busy. They have 30' wide main isles with 20' of product in the center and 5' of walking space on either side with even MORE displays blocking them. One person decides to check out a display and you're stuck behind them until they finish. I've done contracting work in the back section of this store and they have NOWHERE to put the extra product, this is largely a problem of store design. I love my Ryobi products, I hate Home depot.

Very friendly staff. Clean store, clean bathrooms, and will honor any tool that’s got a warranty on it including craftsman wrenches, as well as Milwaukee electronics

Would anyone like to assist a shopper for an echo edger after 30 minutes of standing around, asking for help from the slurring, obviously medicated young lady at the service desk, and after nothing.... She simply shrugged her shoulders like it wasn't her problem. I live in rural Oklahoma and traveling to Fort Smith to make these purchases is painful when dealing with TRASH SERVICE. Thanks for NOTHING

Cody did such an amazing job helping me get lumber cut for a raised garden project! He even noticed I had a split board and replaced it for me.

They Dilvered my Dryer the First time and the Bottom Front had a Big Dent in it. And the Door was the Wrong Way. So they brought another one out and the Door was the Wrong way again.. They said that they would come back and fix it. That was a Big Fat Lie.

Excellent service from Bob in the cabinet dept! We arrived at the end of his shift but he happily stayed and helped us with a design of cabinets for our kitchen. He took the time to show us additional options as comparables and work up price quotes. Above and beyond terrific customer service.

Customer service is hit or miss lately. Store brand warranties are no longer honored in-store. EDIT: Now that I have burned through the FIFTH multitool (JobMax) in three years, I think I'll take my tool purchases elsewhere, since I can't rely on either the quality, nor the warranty anymore. Home Depot used to be the place for builders. Now it seems just another big box dumpster fire.

I was there around 10am on Friday wanting to buy 4" culvert and fittings. I waited for someone to help me, I could see a couple of employees standing around talking but I couldn't get any help. I got fed up and went to Lowe's to spend my money. We just bought a new house and there's a lot of things we need to buy. We want to shop somewhere we don't have to beg for help.

Service is usually great. I had an issue with customer service on my last trip (usually every other week) I tried to return and replace a ratchet that has a lifetime warranty. He refused to exchange it because it was in a set. I asked if I need to bring it all back. He kept telling me that he wouldn't honor the warranty. He could see that I was getting very irritated and raising my voice so he finally called a manager after I had asked him to do several times. The manager immediately told him to replace it. No I wasn't being a Karen. It is lifetime warranty. Hopefully it was just a bad employee and not representative of the company. Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Every time; EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this store, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Whoever is managing this store has built a culture based on customer service on a level not often found these days. Thank you everyone!

I've never been so disappointed with Home Depot in my life. I bought a brand new washer and dryer. I included installation and the protection plan for 3 years. They show up to my house to install and tell my wife that they can't because they are unable to get a hose off. Then apparently because they could not figure out how to twist the hose they decided they could not install my dryer either. This is a case of grown man not wanting to do their job. I can't imagine how many people they have pushed off out of sheer laziness. They saw my wife there alone and took advantage of the situation. They advised my wife that the dryer was the easiest to hook up and that we would need a plumber for the washing machine. THEY DIDN'T HOOK up the dryer. You can't even pay for good service anymore.

My husband and I went to Home Depot to buy a new edger and hedge trimmer (roughly a $600 purchased). We looked for someone to help us, then we went to the service desk and asked for someone to help us. Was told they’d page someone. Waited and waited, no one. So we went and spent our $600 at Lowe’s. Do better!

I will never go to Home Depot again. I bought a fridge a few weeks ago. First of all the lady that did the order was very rude. I even called her out on it. I said "you don't have to be rude". I was trying to tell her that the account with the address was probably under my husbands name. She kept interrupting me and telling me that I didn't understand. I understood perfectly well. I don't appreciate being talked down to. Then I tried to tell her that our house was hard to find. She said they use GPS. I told her that our place wouldn't show up on GPS. She wouldn't listen. Then a week later when they were supposed to deliver it they never showed up because they couldn't find it. Then today they got lost again but my husband was able to give them directions. When they finally get here they are too scared to drive down the gravel driveway to deliver it. After I tell them we had a giant storage shed, a piano and our last fridge delivered here. I am getting a refund and will be using Lowe's from now on. This was at the Fayetteville location

I went in 11/10 to buy a walk in shower and 800 sf of luxury vinyl plank flooring. We walked around the flooring department long enough for me to choose a couple of colors but no one was there to help. We decided to go ahead to look at the showers to see what was available and thought maybe we'd see someone there. No one was in the area. My friend went into the main center aisle to get help while I waited by the showers. Eventually a woman came by and he asked her for help and she said she'd call someone. No one came. While he stayed in the center aisle waiting, two more people walked by. The first said nothing, the second one looked at the floor the entire time. We waited almost 10 minutes and I decided that was enough so while I continued to wait I called Lowes to see if they had anyone in those departments that night. They said yes so we left. I spent over $2,700 that night. Not the biggest purchase but a good sized one. Could have been you home depot but this was not the first time I've gone to your store in Fort Smith and been ignored. It was just the first tiime I walked away. I have been a customer for years and have a Home Depot credit card, I don't have one for Lowes but I'm rethinking that decision. Your Fort Smith store needs to get it together. I can't add a photo because unfortunately, I want able to buy what I needed from your store.

Garbage store. Lazy staff pushed mounds of snow into parking spaces closest to store instead of the far parking spaces. This is supposed to be a "pro hardware store" but they don't sell heavy-duty cuffed gloves, just expensive garbage that will fall apart the first time you use them on any actual heavy-duty work. They issue actually issue heavy-duty cuffed gloves to their sales associates who in no way actually do heavy-duty work except walk around and ask each other where everything is. If I wanted a clown show, I would have gone to a circus. Good luck finding your over priced items here. I'll take my chances ordering online.

I purchased a $200 chandelier from the store and arranged for an electrician to install it. Upon installation, we discovered that a decorative screw on the top was missing. I contacted the store regarding the missing screw, but they couldn’t have been less helpful. I eventually found a customer care contact online and believed the issue was resolved when Juan M. confirmed that a replacement screw had been mailed. However, after two weeks, I followed up with Juan for an update, but received no response. Due to the holiday season, I waited an additional week, but still received no reply. I then called customer service and was transferred several times before learning that the chandelier is now discontinued and the order for the screw had been canceled. In the past month, we’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location, but we will be exploring other stores moving forward.

First of all a big thanks to Brandon. He made my shopping experience a great one because of his service. I will be shopping at home depot and I'll definitely look for Brandon. I highly recommend him to anybody that need help or has questions. He doesn't have all the answers, but he will take you to the one who can. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for Brandon. There are still good and honest people out .

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Went there to pick up a toilet, asked for help to load it. The girls in the back were calling for anyone even management to come. Finally they send a gentleman out, I don't mean this to be hateful but this gentleman was probably in his 70s. He did help us, he was very kind. But really Home depot? DO BETTER THAN THAT!
