The guys that serviced my chevy were the best ever. Very polite, very thorough, very nice, explain to me everything they were doing step by step. Did not take long at all, and they made it a fun experience. I will definitely come back, and hopefully I'll have the same extremely handsome technician with the beautiful eyes. Fingers crossed he's single. LOL

Your team was fast and friendly. The only complaint I have is that I am a regular customer and the system was showing me that day so I did not get my discount I normally get for being a healthcare provider.

Sat there for about twenty minutes as the two guys serviced another car, didn’t acknowledge my existence the entire time. One of them seemed upset and was throwing a tantrum. Guy finally came up to me and found out their service is about twice as expensive as the competition. By that point wasn’t sure if I would even get good service, and for that price it wasn’t worth taking a chance. Won’t be back.

Waited to long to sit in my truck..then I was going to be over charged 50.00 for a filter. I said no then he lowered the price to 30.00.. I will not be back...my price was over 125. Thaks but no thanks. Military discount was a joke also

I was very impressed and had a great experience here. They were super busy all three bays were full but it went by quick. I like that I can sit in my vehicle the whole time and they are friendly but don’t bug you too much. They suggested a few things I needed down but wasn’t pushing about it. I like that they are open on Sundays and very quick. They also told me to come back before I hit a certain mileage amount and they will give me a free top off! I will definitely be a returning customer 😃

This place is "The place!!" The quality of work that is performed there is by far second to None!! the employees that work there are by far the most experienced and professional guys that I have ever had help me take care of my car! I felt like they took care of me like I was part of their family and I left fully confident that the services that were performed were done perfectly! I never knew that I could have had such a great experience getting my oil change done! I also want to give out a shout out to the store manager Jacob and both of the assistant managers Aaron and Maggie for doing such a great job!! I'll never go anywhere else to get my oil changed Im a Take 5 customer for life!!! Thank you Take 5!!

Getting a 2 only because they were fairly quick and polite. Did not put the dip stick all the way back in and cause oil to go every where. Had to buy more oil and clean the engine. Tried to call the location and was on hold for 20 min and no one ever picked up the phone.

I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. Then with the coupon of 30% off, it was still over 80.00 for an oil change! I will never go back again.

To change the oil on my 2017 Ford F150 truck, you have to remove a skid plate beneath the truck under the oil pan. Take 5 employees did not secure the skid plate back on the truck after changing the oil. After I pulled out of the Take 5 shop and got on the road, the skid plate fell down from the truck and was destroyed so bad that the skid plate has to be replaced. I most definitely will not be returning to Take 5 to have my oil changed in the future

Ended up leaving without getting the oil changed. The price we were quoted by customer services was not the same as the price when we got there. It was double what we pay at our regular spot. The employees at the local take 5 were very friendly and nice. The prices are not their fault.

Took my car 10/10/2025 for an oil change. After about a month of driving the car I begin to hear a ticking sound in the engine so I take my car to my mechanic. My mechanic tells me there’s no oil in my car and as a result my lifters are ruined. So I take the car back to take 5. At first they refused to give me a copy of my receipt and told me because I took the car to my mechanic they can’t do anything about it. My mechanic didn’t do work on the car. They simply told me what’s wrong. Long story short. Now I have to purchase a new engine.
