Of course I had to ask for what I wanted, I don't visit the store often,of course the gentleman knew exactly what I needed, he took me straight to it. And the wonderful thing was he pointed out several at different price points. It was nice not being shown just the most expensive thing. Very helpful. Everyone there was very pleasant I was out in 5 minutes and I didn't break the bank. Thanks y'all

I called today a lot. Speaking to Chris about stihl chainsaw bars. He answered every question I had, he was super knowledgeable and answered the phone each time in a timely manner. I hope to do further business with Chris. Also Chelsea who answered the phone every time was always sweet and kind. Fantastic people to work with.

I've been shopping at this store for 22 years and never had a problem but recently I bought a STIHL tool the tool didn't work how it was supposed to. When I tried to return it the manger didn't even take the time to listen to me and just told the cashier to not let me return it

I have shopped Yeager's on Rogers in Fort Smith for eight years. I loved the store the first time I shopped there and I love it now. Because of the financial times we live in they have gone up some on items but the items are quality. Their sales are great! I will always shop at Yeager's on Rogers. It is homey and always welcoming.

First my Stihl product is fantastic. The issue I have is when I got there I expected someone to take the time to explain the operational aspect of it after all their site exclaimed this wonderful service. When I got there I asked for and got my product handed to be by some clueless kid who said thanks and by. No one bothered to help me with my questions. It seemed to me that all they cared about was the sale. So the lesson leaned is when I need another Ace Hardware store it will not be this one!

All ace hardware's are amazing places of wonder and delight for guys like me. It's just like being 5 in a candy store. And as usual the staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I would definitely go back.... I love ace!

Carla, sweet young lady on check out. As I walked in she ask if she could help. I told her whinks tarnish remover and laundry blueing. This young lady know where the products were and explained the location perfectly. She deserves a raise!!! Seldom can people tell you when and where she did!!!

Bait and switch... They wanted details. Bird seed was priced 19.99 a bag. When at the register, it was over 35!! It was priced verified by the employee and said there was a stocking issue, but it was marked 19.99. He said they 'could' override. The checker needed a manager, but no one would come to her register. She went to the managers office where they told her to offer us 30.00. That's a hard no. The poor cashier had no support clearly, and management didn't want to honor the price marked.

They were really nice and helpful. As we were walking down one of the aisles, one of the workers came by and asked us if he could help us, and took us right to what we were looking for. I looked online for the item and all the places that said they had the it em didn't, but they did. Thank you and God Bless you guys.

Went in for some drill bits to drill holes in metal. The salesman who helped said "these are what you want, its what everyone swears buy". Bought $60 worth and they all broke. Never buying drill bits from here again.
