I use their car wash at times if I need a quick rinse in between automatics because I’ve hit fresh asphalt or a mud puddle, but my main reason for stopping and spending money here is because they offer FREE AIR!!! With a good hose that has actual pressure, only takes a quick squeeze! And the hose is long enough to reach around your entire car and back and it isn’t on a retractor that gets hung up. (unlike the other air machines in the area that cost $1 for 2-3psi IF you get lucky and the pump even works at all.) Thanks for being conveniently open 24 hours too!

This is Pic-N-Tote...been a big part of the Ft Smith area for as long as I can remember!!!!...I'm 41, so these stores have lasted for a long while, there's a reason for that too. They take care of their customers.

My experience here was partially terrible because a cashier there refused to count my change I was in an emergency and having to pay for my fuel with a couple dollars of change the cashier refuse to service me rolled their eyes when I pleaded with them and inform them that I had severe carpal tunnel and a tremor disorder and I needed their help to count the change out and pointed out that they were going to have to count it any way to put it in the register for the sale. they walked away from me and another worker had to finish the sale. I was invalidated dehumanized and utterly dismissed. Shame on that person for their cruelty and selfishness they need a wake-up call.

I like this, being black where they're aren't many can be trick when going into public places and some people make you feel uncomfortable. But this place for me was friendly and professional. They keep it clean and inviting.

Almost always when I come here I can’t pay at the pump because the machine won’t accept cards. Most of the pumps will pump slow. One time I had to go inside cause the machine wouldn’t accept cards, so I had to go inside and pay. Went back out and started pumping. After around 7 minutes it finally finished. I wasn’t going to leave until it was done. I went back inside cause I didn’t use all I paid for and the guy was shocked to know I was still there pumping after nearly 10 minutes. After I went back for gas the next time I used the one all the way at the end by the road and it was just as slow. And also some of the employees have very boring and annoyed tones with everyone. Some are really nice.

The brand of has changed but it's still open and busy. Very busy intersection make leaving an adventure. Not new but clean. Regular convenient store stuff , pop, smokes and high cal., high fat food

Ok. Too many homeless people hanging around outside. It's not as much the stores fault as I blame the city and our law enforcement. I've never seen so many people panhandle. It's horrid also. I used the gas and I had water in my gas line. It cost me hundreds of dollars. I wouldn't use the gas

By far one of the best gas stations in Fort Smith, very friendly ladies and gentleman that work there. There's one girl there named Rex, has that resting face and is a bit stand off ish. But you can't have the good without some of the bad.

Washing Machine would take quarters and not drop. Dryers are good and will dry for 4 quarts which gives you 37 minutes or close to it.
