Always look for the coupons! Great big location and the employees were knowledgeable about insulation and hardware. I faced insulation in 25’ rolls is 4x times less expensive than faced insulation. I saved 30% just by buying more than 20 rolls. Extraordinary prices compared to even wholesalers in Spokane who didn’t have what I was looking for.

Just had the worst experience as a customer at Home Depot than I’ve ever had. The 2 employees in the back running the flooring department were terrible. Lisa with with Short grey hair was so rude. She lacks serious people skills. Offered no assistance to help us pick up the roll of laminate flooring. Expected me (7 months pregnant) to be the one to help my husband with a bad back load it onto a cart. Thankfully a nice fellow customer helped us load it. Was not heavy whatsoever they just didn’t want to be there and it shows. Shame on them.

I don’t know about other Home Depot’s, but the one in Coeur d’Alene sure knows how to hire male chauvinist’s. Every time my wife goes there alone she gets the runaround. After today’s episode in the paint department I think she is finally done with this store. Lowe’s has much friendlier employees.

NEVER order appliances from them! I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the delivery (Temco) company, store customer service, and 800 numbers. This is now the second time I’ve had an issue. First time fridge was delivered and crew started a water leak. Customer service at the store gave zero care and impression that it wasn’t their problem. You would think they care about the quality of their vendors but I guess not. Very frustrating as customer your the one left running around calling numbers or oh talk with this person or that person to get an answer. Stove gets delivered and completely crushed. Delivery guy says talk to the store, appliance staff says oh not sure why he told you to come here that’s a delivery problem. I had to pull info out of them to get a phone number. Now one call on hold waiting and waiting. Total joke…

I'm so tired of having my time wasted at this store. Everytime I want to buy something of any value, it's locked up and requires someone to escort you to the front. The QR codes that are supposed to be used to call an associate don't work and anyone you find who actually works there can't be bothered to assist or help find someone who can. The golden rule of sales is, "Don't make it hard for a customer to give you money." Apparently HD forgot that lesson.

I shop here because you can order online and most items I buy, fit in a locker. I prefer to be alone and I would prefer to be left alone most of the time, so this is the selling point for me. Their staff picks the correct items 99% of the time. And if i had an issue, they let you go back and swap your item if its in stock. Also, the manager at cda is a great dude. I was rude to him once about a return of a power tool that didnt work and I feel really bad for it because he has helped me more than once on my following trips. I think his name was Josh but he is a younger and taller gentlemen with long hair and he is just super polite and kind. This store is great and they usually have everything I need in stock and at a good price.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had at a home depot. Let customer service know, and their response was, "I don't doubt it, and it's getting worse every day." Insane response. Thanks for the sockets, what I came for.

Home Depot to the rescue! I had a dishwasher that Lowe's delivered and then said they couldn't install, 3 weeks later it was still here BUT home Depot came the same week and the guys did such a great job, very professional and nice and fixed me up with a new dishwasher that works 😆 So happy to have a working dishwasher in a household of boys 🫧

I’m a truck driver making a delivery made me wait 16 hrs to get unloaded and then got pissed at me because they had trucks backed up out to the road the next morning and where they want you to unload be prepared to drive over every single curb to get where they want you employees are rude. The only reason they get one star is because I can’t do 0 and the receiver Taylor was really professional and understanding everyone else can kick rocks. Mind you I am 83’ nose to tail can’t get a lot of places easily.

A bunch of ignorant people bring their dogs into the store. One of the dogs almost attacked me inside and the owner did not even care. He did not move at all. Home Depot, is your store supposed to be a dog park or a home depot store? You are responsible for customer safety. Better change your store name and put up a sign saying it is a dog park. Dog owners act as if everyone should want to hug their dog in public. Not everyone is desperate for your dog.

The assist store manager on duty today (27 Oct 25) had great customer service and actually cared and did things the right way. I’ve NEVER been to a Home Depot (Virginia, DC, Texas or here) where anything goes right or any of the staff are actually competent and give two craps. Seriously impressed with this lady.

Can easily find what you need. Centrally located store. Parking lot is a little difficult and tight/cramped. Hauling a trailer or larger rig is not the easiest.

I want to give a shout out to a terrific store employee named William, as he went far above and beyond outstanding customer service yesterday. I was on a Door Dash shopping order, and William approached me without me asking just to see if I needed help. As it turned out, two of the items I was trying to find were off the shelf and appeared out of stock. However, William tracked down the shipping boxes for both items, that were high up on the shelves. He then moved the lift equipment to bring the boxes down and unpacked them so I could get the items I needed. This took time and effort that you rarely see in large stores, and I greatly appreciated it!

It feels like Walmart took over Home Depot. Cram as much crap as you can in each aisle to make it as difficult as possible for customers to get through. Remove checkers and make you check yourself out but breathe down your neck like you're trying to steal. Every time I go, they have half the store shut down so they can get something off of a top shelf. The parking lot is a nightmare. Lowe's is a much smoother visit from start to finish.

Aaron at the CDA store today 12/9/25 was Very Helpful. He showed me several choices of Sheet Metal trim at different prices and grades. He even cut the long pieces in half so they would fit in my car. He definitely made an extra effort to assist me. A Great Representative for Home Depot.

The last few times I've gone in to the CDA Home Depot, a nice young man by the name of Alexander has always been quick to greet me with such an upbeat can-do attitude. I am Truck Driver I wait for 12 hrs for my Turn in that 12 hrs just 2 trucks Arrives.. upon asking told me they were waiting for other trucks to come. They should empty as truck arrives . Truckers don’t schedule any further pickup, receiving office prefer To sit free for 10 hrs but will not take load On appointment time
