Works just like the do-it-yourself car wash . One suggestion I have is to be able to choose a warmer air for the blow dryer, and water too. I recommend bringing a few towels.

Don't waste your time or money here. I wanted to wash my moms car for Mother’s Day so we came here. We ended up spending $12, which is the same price as an automatic car wash with a dryer. After $12 the car was still spotty and had residue on all over once dried. It's $3 for 3 minutes, but there is 3 different hoses, so if you use the scrub brush, high pressure rinse, tire cleaner or conditioner it eats 20-40 seconds each time. There is a delay when the product comes out of the nozzles, and a delay when you switch to a new cleaner, so you need 6 minutes just to dispense the cleaners, and another 3-6 to scrub the car. The only reason for 2 stars is because the facility is clean, not worth it, we won't be returning.

I wish I’d seen these reviews first because I had the same terrible experience as the other reviewers. I went through the car wash and my car wasn’t cleaned at all. It looked almost exactly the same as it did before. It was no cleaner than when your car is outside and it’s rained on. I paid $17 for nothing, but still needed my car washed, so I went to the DIY section and spent more money to actually wash my car. To make matters worse, there’s no email or contact form on their website to request a refund, so the only way to contact them is calling, and from what I’ve read from other reviews that would very likely be just another bad experience - with no refund. Horrible business.

$13 is the cheapest wash available and it didn’t even really clean my car, lots of residue left over

Really clean place. Everything works great. Nice attendant on duty if you need help. Takes credit cards. It's $1.00 per minute. I would come back here again.

If you value the integrity of your paint or any after market parts do NOT go to this car wash. If you are looking for a good touchless wash try the Hayden car wash. I spent over $200 on a speciality emblem for my Audi and their pressure washers blew the chrome right off and now I'm left with an emblem with chunks of chrome missing. When I called the gentleman on the phone told me there was no way that the pressure from their washers did it. Well buddy, I detail cars for a living and wrap them and I was feeling lazy so that was my bad. But I know damage from a pressure washer when I see one. Thank God my wrap stayed intact. I will be hand washing from here on out or going to the Hayden car wash no matter how tired I am. Not only did i waste money on the wash, it also put me out over $200 on speciality parts.

Takes too long to switch between wash options. Not enough soap comes out from brush. Spot less wash is very low pressure and does not rinse car down well and leaves spots after driving.

3 star for overall car wash. EXPENSIVE! $15 & $16 to get the Blower, which is decent, but a lot of water left on your car if you don't get it. It doesn't have a machine that gets the back/trunk of your car cleaned, so be prepared to wipe off all of that dirt. Make sure you bring coins for the vacuums because you have to pay that on top of $15....cheaper to go to Squeakys where the vacuums are free and they wipe off your car.

Terrible place. I spend $14.00 for the top wash and it didn't even get the bird poop off my hood. Sure did a great job ripping off chunks of pin stripping. I stopped going to a brush car wash to avoid damage. It's cheaper and they dry your car if you go elsewhere.

The wash does a sub par job, always use card ad they never have change in the machine and the phone numbers they give you to call are a joke no one answers or ever responds back. I've lost out on my $2 change at least 8 times now

I take my dog to the doggy wash. It only cost $20, it's cheaper then taking them to a groomer. It's kind of fun too. It's so convenient. They provide everything you may need. Make sure you bring your own towel to dry them off after their bath. Most dogs don't like the dryer.

Came to use the dog wash station, the soap never came out and the water was cold. There wasn’t any brushes except wide tooth rubber ones that didn’t work. $20 for 20 minutes and no accessories seems very overpriced to me, will be using tractor supply in future!

Spent $18.00 on their best wash, I thought to myself while the machine was washing this is a really good through wash. It was guaranteed, so I drove about 2 miles, got out to put fuel in our truck, and was disappointed 😞. It removed some dirt but left a film of dirt that brushes would get off. Don't know if I will go back tomorrow, if they will let me run it thru again. But I just don't think it will get the dirt off. It's not worth it for the money. Oh, I wrote dirty after the wash, you can see in the photos.

The automatic car wash here is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I paid $13 for my car to look like this. I immediately drove to the valley to the Metro Express Car wash and paid $10 to get a car that was ACTUALLY clean. I do have to say, I called customer support and Diego from the 4th and Thor location gave me a coupon code to use at his location next time. He was kind and helpful. Hopefully that location will wash off the dirt! Again DO NOT go to the CDA car wash plaza unless you want your car to still be dirty with circles in it.

Can’t even get pollen off my car. Spent $23 for a manual wash (gun sprayed soap on rinse setting so my wash was destroyed, then went to automatic one where I was utterly disappointed). Place used to be good, it’s gone downhill. Will not be returning.

Great experience! My husband & I are from out of town & we found this self serve car wash. John was welcoming, so helpful & showed us all the amenities they have to offer. I was obsessed with the dog wash area- how unique!! I think the location is great with so much space, things are updated, operate well & it smells so good. We had fun washing our Sprinter van here!

Each five star is for John! Im officially hooked on coming out of my way to wash my car here. Ive been to many and this car wash plaza is well maintained and offers the washing options needed to get car looking great. John taught me how to get the most out of this car wash, he even showed me. He will even wash your card for you if you dont want to, he gives this self serve car wash a plus plus benefits. Also with all of the fancy autocar washes, none have true touchless. Over time these automated washers cause damage to paint. If you want to take really good care of your car a little effort is the ticket. The price so much cheaper than the monthly subscriptions. Thanks John!
