Today I had my car detailed and I was satisfied but not extremely happy. I have a 2018 Kia Sorento with a moon roof. This is a one owner vehicle with only me in the household. I have no pets, and I wash, vacuum and wipe down my car weekly. The vehicle wasn't extremely dirty but needed a good cleaning. Upon receiving my vehicle, it looked great. But I should've, and the employee should've done a walk through to make sure we were both happy. I inspected my vehicle at home and noticed various spots not cleaned very well. Under my passenger and driver doors had dirt residue that was not cleaned. The back hatch molding and latch were dirty. There was sticker residue left instead of being scrubbed off. The bug deflector still had bugs from the summer and the windows still had smudges. The total I paid was $259 plus tip. Maybe I'm wrong but I expected a little better. And FYI, no military discount offered.

Pro Shine absolutely ROCKED my detail. I felt so bad dropping off a 4Runner that had two labs in it for a couple years without detail. Krista assured me it was fine and that she would take care of it. Those girls did an amazing job. I was beyond pleased with the detail. Support local people. Wish I had taken more photos. ♥️

I dropped it off dirty and with a ton of dog hair and they did the full detail - both the inside and outside were done well, but the interior was spotless!
