Regarding mechanic dept. take this as a huge warning from a loyal customer with 2 cars over 10year span. Recent car (suburban 2014) wouldn’t start, towed to dealership to get a diagnostic, got in within two days; which we were grateful for. Report said a sensor was faulty as it was an off manufactured part and that’s it, charged for the full 2 hour diagnostic and did not check anything else. We changed the sensor in the parking lot with the part they recommended because we didn’t believe that was the only problem, and no shocker but the car still wouldn’t start. Went back inside to inform the Tech and he said it needed to be reset by the computer and they would be able to do it in the morning. Called in the morning to say they don’t have a computer that could reset it and we should take it to a Chevy mechanic. We questioned what they did and more so what they DIDNT do, all they could say is this is the report from the tech. We later paid for another mechanic to come to us as it still did not start. Mechanic stated we needed to put the original sensor back in as the codes aren’t related to that at all, so we did. We also needed to replace a few other things and reset the main computer by clearing all the previous error codes and guess what. It started right up and hasn’t had an issue since. We will not be returning here and we will share our story with others as a warning, highly, highly disappointed.

Parker Toyota is AWESOME! Here's why: I was in the market for a new truck. I've owned a 2014 Tacoma since new, and I've out grown it in both towing capacity and cabin space since having children. With higher prices these days for a new truck, I was considering used. Initially, I considered Ford, just across the street. After all, they just hooked up a friend of mine with a great truck at an affordable price. I went there first, and after test driving several used F-150s almost every weekend for 6 weeks, we could not find a used truck in our price point with the features we wanted. We didn't want everything for nothing, its just a crazy market. Ford either showed us something we didn't like, or something new that was way out of our price point. Late on a Saturday afternoon, after spending a few hours with Ford, we left the parking lot disappointed again. My wife sitting next to me asked me if we can go to Parker. I spoke with Josh, a salesman with Parker. I told him that I've looked on their website and they recently had THREE Tundra's that fit our needs, wants, and price point. But I checked Parkers website on a Wednesday, and I'm there now on a Saturday. They sold two of the three before we arrived! But that third one, "its here." says Josh. We went out to the lot to look at it. But couldn't find it. Then we saw it pull in, it was on another test drive. Josh, my wife, and I still took that used Tundra for a quick drive. But I knew the other party would probably buy it. Josh knew it too. He asked if I've ever considered new. My response was "Yeah, but I cannot afford new." Back inside the dealership, Josh went to go see what else might be available. He must have overheard me tell my wife that I like the color of the truck in the showroom (A tricked out new Tundra in Lunar Rock), because when he came back he said they didn't have anything else used. BUT (he slides a piece of paper over to me) he tells me about a new truck, on the lot, in that Lunar Rock color I like. It has all the features, and is brand new. We talked a bit about leasing options. My wife (also my financial department) finally tells him our max monthly payment. Josh goes out to my Tacoma and comes back with an offer for my trade. That offer was almost $2K over what Ford quoted me! With my trade, a few dollars down, and some thrown in extras, we were able to lease a new 2025 Tundra Limited in that awesome looking Lunar Rock! The rest of the process was painless. Just a lot of waiting. Some additional "no's" to the guy in the back office, and a few days later (They had to add my extras) I was able to drive home my new truck, complete with that new truck smell! The features of this new truck are incredible! My requirements were a large infotainment screen and adaptive cruise control. That's it! This truck checks those boxes and adds so much more! I enjoy all the features! Josh followed up with me a few months later (I got the truck in July, its now October) to see how things were going. I reported a few issues I was experiencing with the engine auto off and the lane centering. He said he would reach out to the service department and get back to me. I'm sure he either forgot or got busy, or the service department dropped the ball, because I haven't heard back. When I go in for the first service, I will ask about the issues I'm experiencing. It's nothing major. In closing, and if you've made it this far, I have nothing negative to say about Ford or Parker Toyota. But Parker Toyota certainly asked the right questions and made the better deal. I cannot recommend Parker Toyota enough! Thanks for reading my review.

Had a great experience at Parker Toyota! I’m usually hesitant to buy from a dealership but Parker Toyota was excellent. Our salesperson Jaki was absolutely fantastic. Even though we were from out of state she made us feel right at home. She was incredibly patient with us through test drives and poking around quite a few different Gen 5 4Runners and took the time to figure out the differences between model years and explain it to us. We were very grateful for her patience, kindness and expertise. My wife and I left extremely pleased with a 2024 TRD off-road that we absolutely love. If we (or our friends and family) are ever in the market for another Toyota, we will be back at Parker Toyota and we will be sure to pay Jaki and visit!

Had Michael Lupo as my salesman a few months ago. Came in with my 23 Tacoma. Took a look at Tundras. I was wanting something along the lines as my trail edition. Michael had me test drive a tundra trd off-road. First time I had driven the Tundra and I instantly knew I’d be getting one. Little did I know I’d be buying that day. Took a drive around town to think about it. Ended up driving the new Tundra home that afternoon. My wife and I love the upgrade and the amount of room and power. We couldn’t be happier. Buying a vehicle can be exciting but also tedious; however, that was absolutely not the case at Parker Toyota. The entire experience was easy, efficient, and professional, and truly one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, Kurt made the process exceptional. Parker Toyota even had our tires changed to what we wanted and the windows tinted within days of the vehicle arriving at port. The car was ready for a test drive, and all the paperwork was prepared before we even walked in. The experience here was great. The dealership was easy to work with. No, pressure sales and the salesperson is great at what he does. Michael Lupo was very easy to work with. They gave me a tour of the dealership after I purchased the vehicle and they gave me any maintenance records.I asked for as well as set me up with my first maintenance appointment.After everything was all said and done very easy to work with.And I will be coming here again to purchase another vehicle they also explained every feature inside of the vehicle.
