I came to them with some hard hit carpets in my wife's car and they did a damn good job on it. Pricing is fair, the only other place I know worth my time is in Rockville and they cost twice as much. They did a tire shine on top of the interior. Would recommend.

In called on a Saturday after a pretty terrible spill in my car that required immediate attention. Brandon managed to fit me into his schedule for a same day appointment. Brandon and Bobby did an amazing job on the car. Additionally, their costumer service is the best I’ve experienced anywhere for a long time. I’m so glad I found this place!

MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! My 1 year old puppy got car sick and threw up in the back of the car. I was surprise to see not even a stain from it. AMAZING!!! And not just the back where she threw up, but the entire car, looks like NEW! They cleaned not only the inside, but also the outside. Phenomenal job!! The entire car looks amazing!!!

Scheduled elsewhere for detailing a minivan as a gift to my daughter and her husband for Christmas but the first place cancelled. I am very glad they did as it introduced me to Brandon and The Detail Shop who was able to fit me in with almost no advance notice. I was able to give him only a limited amount of time to clean a very well-used van and he and his co-worker did an amazing job. In addition to their high quality work, the customer service was outstanding - Brandon kept me informed of the progress, has a comfortable waiting room, and was really friendly and helpful. This is 45 miles from my home but I will go back if ever I need detailing again. Recommend without reservation.

I have used this shop twice for an interior detail and have been so pleased both tines! The first was a Subaru Forester, where they found my wedding ring that had been lost for months after I dropped it in the car. I had asked them to keep an eye out, and they took extra time to find it. The second time was a Nissan Rogue in which I had spilled a half gallon of milk, and they did another fabulous job. I was also so impressed by the owner who called when I left a large tip and let me know that I accidentally overpaid him with bills that were stuck together. When I told him it was a thank you tip for finding my ring, he was very appreciative. The integrity, honesty, and high quality work will keep me coming back!

Perfection at its finest!! Getting my car detailed is something I rarely if ever do, and never have I been to The Detail Shop in Frederick. Now that I have, I will go no where else! Best experience ever and very reasonably priced. The owner, Brandon Giles is magnificent. He's courteous, kind and professional. I simply can't say enough great things about this fabulous place and its staff. I highly recommend them!

The customer service from Brandon and his team were excellent. They were professional and the cars looked better than the day we bought them. People at work remarked the next day that they didn't realize how deep the color was, and asked what was different. We've had others do thorough cleanings/details before but never to this level. I highly recommend The Detail Shop on quality, customer service, and price.

I’m blown away by the amazing detail job I got at The Detail Shop! We have two dogs that go hiking often and I think they got every single dog hair out of the carpet. My car feels brand new. They were so kind, timely, and fairly priced for the service you get. Cannot recommend them enough!

brandon and the team were very friendly and did a great job. i’ve had my mazda 2 for almost 10 years and never had it cleaned other than using a self service vacuum. it looks great, no more gunk and crumbs between the seats, and i know my rims were filthy but now they’re shining! thank you again :)

So anyone that does ‘service’ for a living understands that ‘good service’ is more than things just going smoothly. If an issue arises, how that gets handled can outweigh any other factor. BL Giles and The Detail Shop understand this level of service. I would send any and all of you to them for any car cleaning service you might require. Fleet, daily driver, weekend sweet ride. Whatever. Fantastic service, fantastic results. Never a worry. Value immediately seen.

I would highly recommend The Detail Shop for anyone looking for a great detailing service. I was able to text with the shop to get an idea of what service I wanted, how much I could expect, and when I could make an appointment, which all made the process so much easier. I ended up making an afternoon appointment the morning of, and could not be happier with the results. My car made a complete transformation, looking like it did when I first got it. I am so happy with how my car looks after taking it to The Detail Shop. I have a 2013 Honda CRV that’s a little beat up, that honestly hasn’t been well cleaned since I’ve owned the car. I am fully impressed with my car and how clean it is. I am also very happy with the customer service, very nice people. I 100% recommend them for all your car detailing needs. Feels like a brand new car! Photos really don’t do the job justice but figured I’d include one.
