My favorite car wash place. I never ever took my car through one of these things until I found out this one did not have the brushes. If you're consistent about washing your car the pressure is enough to get you car clean and you dont have to worry about the scratches from brushes. And when the lights are off at night it looks pretty nifty in there...just saying. I would recommend this place.

Pretty decent prices. Car wash was horrible. Left puddles of soapy water in the bed of the truck. Once finished, I parked my truck for a wipe down. The truck was wet and shiny. But upon wiping it dry, you could see all the dirt under the shine. It was my first time using this car wash and the last. It really was Terrible.

I have been going to this place for years. Whenever I say I won't come back, I still go there because of location convenience. First of all, it is not a quick process. You can sit there for at least 30 minutes if four cars in front of you. Secondly, the wash can remove some dust from your vehicle but if you don't wash your car every week be ready to come home and grab the washcloth to finish the job. This is what I do every time:)

This car wash is decent, and works fine to get touch-up washes when I don't need a heavy cleaning. I primarily go here because it is right next to my house and because it is touchless. I have Terrible's monthly subscription. Edit a year later: Their "Fast Pass" machine won't read my stickers anymore. I have had them replaced twice and still can't get it to consistently work, so I cancelled my Fast Pass service.

This place has gone downhill. We used to live in the area and used it constantly; at least 2 vehicles, once a week. We moved out of the neighborhood and went back yesterday. It took over an hour, and the quality of the wash was trash. The entire back of the truck wasn’t washed or cleaned, rims weren’t even wiped down, and it sat for over 45 minutes without being dried so there’s water spots. I just cleaned the the truck with quick detail and my towel was absolutely filthy. We paid for it, and they didn’t even wipe down the inside. Definitely will not be going back. Forty bucks and a $15 tip was a complete waste of money. Bless my wife for being nice.

It wasn't terrible lol. The one I went to was a small wash but it took most of the dirt and bugs off. Each Terrible's car wash is different but the prices are great and I heard they have two locations that do the full-service car wash but you have to check them out

I've been using this car wash for 13 years. It used to be a great car wash, friendly and competent staff, and efficient. Over the past few years, the service, friendliness of staff and efficiency have all declined. Today I sat in a short line watching the staff talk and joke, take drink breaks and service two other customers that pulled in after I arrived. Not even an acknowledgement of my existence. I guess I'll be finding a new wash!

$40 for car wash and dust inside!!!! No dressing dashboard seats nothing else. Take your car to WOW for $10. Never go back to this place again. This place is getting worse with cleaning crews and prices keep going up.

Terribles does a poor job or maintaining and maintenance. With WoW across the street. They offer clean well maintained car was experince. Wash jets all work, drying fans are all operational and it is well lit... Not gunk n hrine on the lights walls and colorful lighting attributes. Pick up your facility or your customers will put their monthly car wash plan to your competition.

I've never taken my vehicle here for detailing, and I'm so glad I did. They did a great job on my car, but the star of the show was the amazing customer service. Everyone greeted us and everyone was smiling. The employees here are so nice and so professional. It was a refreshing change from what I'm used to when I visit an establishment. The employees here just go above and beyond. I'll definitely be back.

I would give this place negative stars. But unfortunately the only way to write a review is to give them one which this place does not even deserve to have. Joel the manager of the car wash is a horrible manager and sneaky on the verbiage he uses on guest when something occurs to your car. The employees there. They tell you one thing and then you are expecting a call from them and then he lied and when you call because they tell you their company will call you back and they do not as a customer you call them. The man Andres he was training said their department will call me back. Very shady! Long story short he hung up the phone on me because I was following since they never called me back last week. Terrible manager and an embarrassment for this corporation.

Went to get my car washed and detailed. I picked the most expensive wash because it's been a while. While I waited I needed to use the restroom to which there are codes. I went to ask for the code and the women was saying people are in there already but I just saw someone walk out. I was polite the entire conversation but she said to me "ok, go ahead and argue with me then." Her name is Marin... I'm a paying customer, I was polite, this behavior is outrageously rude. Then I got my car back, it smelled like cigarettes and was not vacuumed (well) everything was very sloppy including them leaving a already scratched, scratch off in my front seat. I'll shop elsewhere next time.

Hello, Please fix the car wash subscription reader at your Stephanie & Wigwam location. It is extremely frustrating to sit behind three cars for over 20 minutes, only to reach the reader and have it not work. After that, I went to the renewal location, where I was told there is nothing wrong with my car or my subscription and to “just try again.” This is not a solution and wastes customers’ time. If the reader at this location is not functioning properly, it needs to be repaired or replaced. Otherwise, customers should be clearly informed before waiting in line. I would appreciate this issue being addressed as soon as possible.
