Never get in line for the car wash. Each wash is inexplicably 20-30 mins with no one monitoring it.

Stopped going here a year ago because multiple pumps were useless, routinely requiring me to go inside and deal with a rude cashier. Same credit cards worked flawlessly at any other station, including other Shell stations. STUPIDLY decided to try this place today. Five different pumps told me to go inside. Nope! Drove across the street to nearest competitor where my card worked just fine. Shell needs to take this station away from current franchisee/owner/manager and get someone who can run the place professionally.

Never going back there again. Please read my story I went there today March 7th 2018 around 4:30pm. There was 3 people working with no other customers. I assumed one of them is the manager because she dressed differently ( gray/green shirt with a name tag) I didn’t wear my glasses. So, I couldn’t see her name. I paid $25 for my gas and walked out, but the gas pump didn’t work after many tries. I walked in and asked for the reason. The lady( I assumed that she is the manager) was acting really rude and ill-mannered. She asked me “How did you pay?” Then the girl at the register, who took my money said “Cash” but she( the manager ) asked me rudely again “ How did you paid?” I said “I was just in here and I used cash” She told me that they are dealing with another customer now. Which there was 1 customer at the check out register. But remember there was 3 people working. So, I said “it didn’t make any sense since I have already paid a while ago.” She rudely replied“ you need to stay in here and wait and see if something is wrong” I was surprised. How many times I went to the gas stations and never have this problem! So I said. “ What can be wrong!?” The lady( manager I assumed) turned her back and put her hands up in the air like she was so pissed off and said “ I’m done. I’m done!!” Long story short, bad manner, bad service. For the owner, If you ever has a chance to read this, please consult with your employees how to be somewhat professional at their job.

Very shady!!! My credit card got locked in the slot. Couldn't retrieve no matter what. Then I pushed the button to talk to the cashier and right then magically it got released.

Do NOT use their car wash. Went through car wash 9/5/24 around 9pm and the brush smashed against the rear of my car, thrusting the car forward and upward. The machine then retreated and wash ended. I got out to check and immediately noticed the OEM spoiler was pushed off the trunk on driver side, and trunk is bent. Spoke to night attendant and he confirmed that other cars have had things knocked off. He said they recently replaced parts of the machine and have been having issues.
