My car was too low for the rail, the useless employee didn't warn me, fortunately I was going very slow and stopped before doing real damage... Obviously I couldn't get it washed, and a refund was not available! Great service...Not!

I've been here once before and honestly I can't say they disappointed me. I am always satisfied when I come here. Been to all 4 locations and this is my backup plan if Terrible's is super busy. These Guys are always willing to help you out and they make sure your taken care of. I will use them again.

I went through the car wash today Sunday 05/30/2021 with my brand new vehicle with 600 miles on it and a chunk of my alloy wheel was scored. My vehicle is garage kept and hasn’t really been driven I went just to get the dust off. I guess I will have to call the number on my receipt but my goodness. I called the number on my receipt and was hung up on twice. So I will file with the BBB. Horrible place. I will pursue a case with them. It shouldn’t have been that big of a deal and we could have worked it out. Horrible car wash and horrible customer service.

Used to love this wash but it went downhill fast and we canceled both memberships on our trucks. The brushes are filthy and never cleaned and depsite putting my truck through 4x sometimes it's still filthy. Half the water spouts either do not work at all or spray the wrong way. I told them about it in an email and they could care less. Not to mention the super small amount of space you have before you have to turn your vehicle at the end and I still have to turn my Ram truck while on the track a little bit Because there's no room to get out properly. Going to the new WOW next to Costco. Its 10000x better

This place has greatly improved over the past couple years. It's well stocked. It's much cleaner than it used to be, and they've even upgraded the gaming machines. Which my friends have won on twice this month. They still have the free vacuum cleaner, which is available 24 hours even if you're not buying a car wash.

Great car wash and the price it right! It's only $5, and when you buy it, you get to "spin" the wheel for a prize. My luck has been with me, and I got a free medium drink both times I visited. Vacuums are free.

Bought the unlimited plan for 4-5 months in a row and I never knew when I'd be able to wash my car or get stuck in front of other people and have to pay for additional washes because the damn gate won't open for me. Customer service straight up ignores me half the time when there's an issue. There is rarely an employee present during the day, so it's nearly impossible to ever get a wash, let alone resolve any issues. The wash itself is subpar and just leaves scratches. The owners obviously do not care about the wash or customer retention. The only reason I maintained my membership for so long is because it was such a convenient location. I thought for sure the owner would make the necessary repairs, but they never did. 0/10, I can't recommend this place in the slightest. Pro tip:don't sell unlimited washes when you don't have an on site attendant and your crap never works. Get better customer service and maybe refund the latest wash i had to purchase on top of my monthly membership due to getting stuck in line because your service doesn't work properly.
