I'm a little disappointed with this car wash. I've used them before & had a great experience but this time it was not nearly as good. For the most part the outside looks good. I would give them 4 out of 5 stars except for the areas you can clearly see that were partially cleaned but not fully cleaned &/or wiped down. Now for the inside that's a different story. None of the doors were wiped down or cleaned. In the back I had my third row seat down so they could vacuum & wipe down the combo armrest/cup holders on each side. Neither side was cleaned or wiped down. The inside frame of the back hatch as well as all 4 of the door jambs were only partially wiped down if at all. The back side of the armrest console that goes from the front center to the back side was not wiped &/or cleaned at all. The last thing I thought was very odd was the water droplets on the inside of my sunroof. When I got into my SUV I called the attendant back to have him wipe the drops off of what I though was the outside of the sunroof. When he started to wipe it off we both realized that the drops were not on the outside but on the inside of the sunroof. We both felt around but didn't feel it wet anywhere on the inside. After paying $36.99 which included the $2.00 SUV fee, I thought it would have been cleaner than what I ended up getting. I might give them one more try since I had a much better experience the last time. We will see. Toyota Highlander SUV

I’m a member here and always get the off-track wash for my truck and they seriously do a solid job every time. The quality’s on point, they’re quick, and they always make sure any little concern I have gets handled. You can tell they actually care about the work they put out. Also, shoutout to whoever added the complimentary popcorn in the lobby — such a fun (and kinda genius) touch while you wait. It’s the little things like that that make the experience feel extra chill. Overall, consistent, efficient, and always good vibes here.

Outstanding Job! Wanted to convey my recent experience with their services. I have gone to this car wash off and on for the past 20 years. Our '21 Tacoma had somehow found its way into paint spray along the entire passenger side of the truck. In the wheel wells, inside the mud flaps, on the running board, the lower body panels of the truck, as well as the tailgate. I'm sorry that I failed to take a "before" photo of what the truck looked like. Took the truck in on Saturday morning and they said they'd put their best guys on getting the paint removed - but they warned me upfront they weren't sure how good it would turn out. They explained the challenges in removing paint from the different surfaces and materials. When they called me 4 hours later and said the vehicle was ready to pick up, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was hoping for a perfect truck to come back, but they had appropriately set my expectations to "be realistic". The truck turned out beautiful (see photos). They were able to remove ALL of the paint, and the surfaces all look great. Even the plastic of the mud flaps, and the running boards. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Will continue to be a customer and recommend you to friends and family.

Best car wash place in Henderson. I like everything they do to earn your business. I like Marco and Nikki who clean your cars with so much passion. Both deserve five stars. And the managers Jason and Hector are fabulous people. Anthony is a senior manager too and he is so helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend this place for your car wash needs. I will give them more than five stars if I could.

They start off no matter what you want they always try to upsell....ALWAYS!. The process is pretty simple, pull up wait for them to come to you, tell them what you want done, accept or refuse the upgrades, they print out a ticket, you take it inside, you pay at the cashier and you wait for them to finish your vehicle. They have tv's for visual stimulus, very low to the ground no so comfortable couch and chairs. The high boy bar stools we fine. You also have the option to wait outside. If it's chilly they have heater going. They have tarps covering the lattice roof so you have some shade in the summer. When they call your car, you should definitely walk around the vehicle to make sure they didn't miss anything. They tend to go so fast because they have a lot of business, they miss things. Tip the clean and be on your way. $30 is the cheapest wash, but it's all hand washed so there.

After coming to this business for over 8 years, I will not be coming back as the service has degraded terribly. It does not matter if one pays for the highest service offered; the cleaning is poor, the panels, glass, and everything are never clean, and one has to come back to get the issue resolved. No one inspects the car wash before the car is returned to you. Save yourself some time and find someone who appreciates your time and money.

Second time coming here after they did a great job last time. Car is spotless inside and out, friendly service and fair pricing. Can get busy but there is a waiting area. The customer service levels at least from my interactions have always been great. Make sure to keep your rain check receipt too, as should your car get dirty for any reason you have 48 hours after your wash to come back for a free exterior wash.

Dropped my wife's car off this morning for a full interior and exterior detail. Not cheap, but very much worth the cost. Her car looks better than when we bought it used a few years ago. I would definitely go back. Be patient, a proper detail takes time. I'd say it took them about 3 hours to do her car.

My truck really needed a hand wash. The automated establishments just don't get the job done. I have had previous positive experiences from Lucky 7. Of course that was pre-2020. I haven't been back in years. And I should have stayed away. I traveled from the SW side of town, 15 miles away, to get, what I was hoping for, a good car wash. I paid $40, plus the tip. And with the bugs that were left on the plastic and dirt still on the rear fenders (both inside and out), that good wash didn't happen. Such a disappointment. Should have just taken it to Wow for $10.

When here today, till my car wash the first guy that came up to me, tried to keep selling me and upselling me on everything. Then I go inside which is very nice area. But I was not told that you get a air freshener with the wash. And they only have cherry or vanilla to choose from that are complimentary they other ones you have to buy. Then my sister's comes in 20 minutes behind me. And the guy does the whole up sales thing too. As I received my car back, I look at my trunk lid.There is blue fibers coming from the towels that they would use to wipe down my car left on my trunk lid, as I look further, the car isn't really cleaned as it should be before spending thirty five ninety nine. My chrome on my car still has watermarks.My rims are not even clean.The tire shine was just sprayed on.It was going to get all over my car once I drove off.I had to ask them to go ahead and rub it in. Spending thirty five ninety nine and did not get any type of wax or sealant, anything you can go through a drive through car wash and actually get a sealant for less than that mile of money. So be prepared to be up sales and also make sure you pay attention to the details when it comes to your car being washed. Also, my seatbelts was left buckled, so when I got in the car, I had to get back out to unbuckleThe seatbelt. Over all the experience wasn't that great for it.Being my first time ever going there would not suggest it to anyone else.
