The soap seems to leave a film. After spending $20 to wash my car twice in a week it still looked dirty...spotted, layer of soap grime or something. I ended up just driving it thru a nearby auto wash & it came out sparkling. The vacuums are a hit or miss. They don't get into tight spaces & there's no handle to hold it but they are strong! So there's that...

Used to be five stars last few months, Lately half the options are empty and just spray air. Pressure has gone down and it’s just not effective anymore.

This is a horrible car wash! Literally just pulled up to wash my truck try to use my card but of course the machine doesn't work to take cards..... So I spent my money.. well guess what it took my tokens. I want my money back so I hope the manager sees this because I totally left gestures pointing towards the camera. Keep the two dollars fix your card swiper but I'll never come back here again. I NEED A REFUND UPDATE: 1/24 HOPEFULLY YOUR CAMERAS SEE IT... Which I doubt because you would have seen me flipping you off and cussing you out when your machines didn't work a couple weeks ago but regardless... I ended up having to come here and spend my money here at this worthless car wash because it was the closest place to me this late at night.. but while I was washing my truck with your ridiculous brush that has the least soap of any car wash ever... But as I'm trying to scrub my truck with the lack of soap from these brushes... I literally just witnessed a guy with the backpack walk up and in no time flat take a screwdriver and pop open each grey container off your vacuums out here, and collect the change that rained down all over the concrete. Whatever he did all this change came flying out. I seriously doubt he worked here. He probably lost his money trying to wash his car and the card swiper didn't work or something. Who knows..it was comical at most though. I almost thought about reporting it but hey... He might be somebody that works here for all I know. Maybe they give their employees screwdrivers to use as tools? Maybe he was a disgruntled customer? Maybe he was the owner? Who knows but either way.. I hope he has coin papers to roll all of the coin he collected tonight.

This place is absolute trash. Two machines don't take card and at least 3 of the bays have equipment that are in complere disrepair. I don't know how this dump even gets customers anymore. The vacuums and air dryers fall apart at the tips, the foam guns and waxes don't even work properly, the spot free rinse is a lie, the soap brushes scratch the heck out of your vehicle, and the tips of the washers aren't even secured so they can wreak havoc on your car. The owners of this wash have completely abandoned this wash. Do NOT waste one dollar at this place! You've been warned

So I’ll give the pros & cons of the experience I had today. Overall it wasn’t bad. I did have higher expectations for this car wash but it is what it is. If you needed a quick wash that’s cheap I’d say go for it. Pros: - Different cycles for wash as shown in the pics such as soap, tire wash, air dryer & a lot of different options - was cheap, I payed $12 for a wash & vacuumed my car out which wasn’t bad at all. Some reviews you’ll read said they used less than $10 worth but still got charged $10 but I budgeted $30 so I wasn’t worried lol - wasn’t difficult to find which is always a plus Cons: - I was disappointed that the areas were so small. The hoses don’t reach around all the way so you have to try to park slightly before the middle to fit your vehicle. - no towels offered for touch up cleaning & wiping down the windows. - the brush to wash your vehicle looked worn out & needs to be replaced. - the vacuum area was not that great. When you pull into it there are 2 vacuums one on each side of the vehicle. The drivers side of the vacuum was very weak. But the passenger side of the vehicle was very strong like it’s supposed to be. - the areas weren’t that clean which was very disappointing. I finished my wash but took the power hose & cleaned up the area as best as I could. The funny part? There was an automated car wash you drive through & vacuum your car right next door lmfao I’ll definitely be trying that & see if it’s better 😂 If my review helped y’all out if you could do me a favor I’d appreciate it. Smash that like button so I know I’m helping folks out & not just writing reviews for no reason lol

Both times I came here the card readers were broken, 2nd time the change machine was out of order, the brushes are in bad condition and would do more harm to your car then good. Water pressure is spotty at best, your hose at home would be better.

High pressure rinse is a joke, my garden hose has more pressure. takes 3-4 minutes to try and rinse the soap off and hope no one was using the high pressure soap before you because it takes 30 seconds to clear the soap from the line so you can rinse. Good business model for them to make more money, I'll take my money somewhere else next time.

Couldn't get the card reader to work. Tried two different stalls and also 2 different CC. Had cash and the tokens did work. The triple foam also didn't work.

The token machine is broken, some of the bays will take quarters but not all of them. Super inconvenient but once we got it working did the job.

Download the app and they have free car wash Tuesdays! The automatic wash isn’t bad either, rather than a bunch of brushes it’s an arm that goes around the car washing.

I used to love this place 2+ years ago, but they havent maintained it for years and now it is officially gone. Just left this location and none of the bays are operational. Most are roped off and there is a homeless man living out of his rv in one of the bays.

ALWAYS BROKEN! TODAY no soap, "foam"brush blows air No card swipe No token machine, have to go inside for tokens. No vacuums, only 1 hose with suction No spot free rinse, no pressure dribbles FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO!

I've tried here twice. Thus 2nd attempt is last. Vacuums did work 1st time, 2nd stop the system is in disrepair (low suction, hoses not attached, lots of leaks, very dirty cleaning area), high pressure wash is low pressure, soap barely visible, pre soak didn't do anything, tire wash didn't work, conditioner just ran out of foam gun in 3 colors but not enough pressure to get it to car, air dry blower didn't have enough oomph to do anything.. same as 1st time but much lower water pressure. Go to Terribles on Sunset and Mark's. Great pressure working wash but the Vacuum zone is nasty. ....Month later..... still the same issues, at least only 2 bays are open reducing they amount of people being scammed. They know inside store about the issues but management isn't putting up an out-of-order sign and they don't refund.

This car wash was awesome back when it was remodeled a couple years ago but it has gone downhill very fast!! Every time I’m here, either the bays are full of mud or another off road vehicle is being sprayed down filling that clean bay with mud. I pulled into a bay and tried to use my credit card. It didn’t work in that bay so I tried the one next to me and that one didn’t work as well forcing me to get tokens from their machine. The high pressure soap used to do a great job here but now you hardly see any soap on the car when you use that setting. It doesn’t get your car clean at all. The water is cold and not soapy. I hate using foam brushes but I needed to because the high pressure soap wasn’t working well. I sprayed out the brush and then realized that the whole swing arm on the ceiling for the foam brush is literally hanging down and is on the wall (see last photo). Another great feature that I used to love about this car wash was the triple foam conditioner guns they had. It would get the car very soapy but hardly any of those work now a days. The maintenance at this car wash is very bad and nothing is taken care of. In the vacuum bays, they have around 10 vacuum hoses or so. Out of the 10 hoses, I think 2 of them actually work. Almost all the hoses are missing the attachment on the end to help you get to hard to reach crevices so you just use a hose with nothing on it. I watched one guy pull his car out of the car wash bay and tried to vacuum his car. That bay didn’t have any working vacuums so he moved his car to another vacuum bay next to mine. Shocker, none of those worked either so he ended up just driving off. This used to be a great car wash but now it is terrible.

This car wash was once a great thing. Been going there for a decade. Something changed at the car wash. Management or maintenance guy..whatever. its been terrible for about a year now. So little pressure you cant even wash your rig. And it pulses the entire time. Pump bad or filters plugged.. something. And nobody does anything about it. Not fun to pay money and stand there with a wand pissing on your car. No pressure at all. Couldn't wash the dirt off if you tried. Takes 5 times as long to wash a car. Its literally the worst of all the herbst spots. I can go to the other 2 nearby..nothing like this one. It needs to be fixed.
