They cleaned my wife's car better than other full service carwashes. Still a few watermarks where they didn't wipe down well and some oil film on the windows. Tire dressing spins off leaving oily substance on the fenderwell and the rear lower quarter panel. Still not bad for the price.

The service was NOT performed and the Clerk refused to give us a refund even knowing that we were visiting Las Vegas and were on our way out of town. The Clerk refused to call a Manager and the Car wash attendant told us he didn't sell it to us and cannot refund us. You gained 15 bucks but lost a customer. We will take our loyalty to Rebels when in town.

They do a good job but use dirty towels on my windshield. I watched them use the same towels on my wheels and then use them on my windows. I have three cars that i put on my credit card every month. I'm thinking of going somewhere else if i can't even het my windshield clean. I like going there but don't like to complain always give a $5 tip.

They only get the stars for the two guys working the car wash. They were friendly and working hard! However, the person working the register inside....ugh. walked in to him complaining about his requested time off to someone on his ear piece, he seemed frustrated and it definitely crossed over to his customer service. Not friendly, nor helpful. I should have received a discount on my gas as I had just received a car wash, but didnt want to get into it with him.

It was very reasonably priced, the staff was friendly and they didn't take too long. I got the most basic wash for my SUV. I have a dog that sheds a ton and the carpet floor was covered in hair, they did an amazing job getting rid of it. The only thing, and it's not too big, is that even though they vacuumed pretty good, there was still leftover sand (from red Rock canyon) on the back seat. They didn't really go into the trunk either. I would definitely go back.

$29.99 monthly carwash plan wash as much as you want. Only beef is the 24 hour carwash on Oso Blanca near US95 and North Durango in Centennial Hills keeps breaking down. I have had it happen 4 times on me car half washed and it just stops. Its only at this location which unfortunately is the closest to my address. Terrible you need to fix this please.

Was greeted immediately when entering store by one of your rock star employees, Tyler, who was most helpful in helping me to locate Ginger Ale soda for my daughter not feeling well. I had misread a sale sign and Tyler had very kindly brought to my attention that signage was for a different product. As I was being rung up at cashier by Tyler, I had only cash to pay for my items. I happened to be a slightly short with the change, Tyler immediately said no worries, I got it covered for you Ma'am. I was so grateful and most appreciative of his response and his excellent customer service he provided! It's always such a pleasure to encounter those special individuals who believe in handling the customers with their positive attitude and understanding! Also the store is very well maintained and clean when you shop inside!

It not called Terribles for no reason, because it's literally terrible. Skip the frustration and go to another carwash. Spent close to $30 on a carwash and the car is still dirty. The kids who clean the cars stand around and gossip instead of doing their jobs; but they most definitely want their tips. Lousy service, rude front desk workers and lousy carwash. I gave the kids a $5 tip, and after they had the tip, instead of doing a few extra very minor touch ups they took off and ignored me. I'm disgusted with this establishment. Fire the manager.

This is a great car wash, ive gotten the full inside/out cleaning and the simple 10$ outside wash and the attention to detail and thoroughness was just the same. Also, honoring the "5 day rain guarantee" was incredibly easy

The staff did an amazing job!!! Our car and tires were pre washed prior to entering the automatic car wash. The interior cleaning was satisfactory. I didn't expect a detailed cleaning on the inside, but it was clean to my satisfaction. I would definitely be returning a recommending this spot to everyone I know.

I brought my car here for a car wash and observed one of the employees take a towel and his fingernail and scratch my hood of my car. I informed the GM when I came back to the car wash that there is scratches on the hood of my car from one of your employees digging his fingernail into my hood. The GM is very disrespectful and has no clue of how to handle business. Had this be anywhere else, If I would have reported this it would have been fixed. I have an older car regardless of the fact of the year of my car. You should still do your job and fix the problem that your staff caused!

The 2 stars is for the carwash I went through. I'll admit my car had a little bit of trash on the ground which I didn't think was going to be an issue. Then about 10 mins later they asked me to come out to clean my car up. I mean isn't that what I pay them for? They did a C job on my car. Won't be going there anymore. It only takes 1 try. I did not leave the $20 tip I had.
