The car wash did nothing for my car. Spots everywhere and streaks were not washed out. Literally did nothing.

IDK why this place has 5 star's.... the only thing kinda good is the car wash otherwise the free Vaccum s SUCK!! As much as they charge this should be better equipped.

nice lady working no receipt at pumps bought carwash had to go inside with toddler and get code. then code didn't work had to pay anyway wasted an hour of my TIME.

This is truly a "Terrible" gas station. Terrible service. The manager is very unfriendly and doesn't listen to customers and acts like you are wasting her time. Don't fill up here unless you want your good day to become terrible. Puns aside this gas station sucks.

Car wash? Nope, not here. This was an absolute joke! $15.00 for trickling water, no pressure whatsoever! Very disappointing. Thanks for a Terrible experience. 🤣

This car wash is exceptional. You wash ur car and you get to use the vacuums for free. My cars can get pretty junky especially my better half so to able to use the vacuum for free, is really a no brainer. I stay there as long as I need to and make sure my car is immaculate before I drive away. Hope this helps. Enjoy!!

I attempted to purchase a carwash today, but the credit card slot was broken. I didn't know it was broken until after I put my card in, and it got stuck. It took me about ten minutes to get my card out of the machine. When I went into the gas station to inform them what happened, they said the carwash was closed for today (??) Putting a sign up to inform customers would have been nice.

I have a subscription plan with the Fast Pass and have unsuccessfully tried to use this car wash multiple times but it will not read my Fast Pass. Very disappointed with Terrible's at this point and thinking about cancelling my monthly subscription.

Been here a Multitude of times and am very pleased with the results each time. I love the Light up signs and also I love the dryers. Usually when I come this location is packed even when it seems like it isn't busy. However things have been updated and quality has improved. Day by day time after time it just keeps getting better. People if you had a bad experience in the past please come and try this site again. Signs and lights have been fixed and I personally love all the new touches they have added.

**Update Feb 2025 Once again, going thru and no wheel spraying. STILL NOT FIXED. Had to come here because the other wash on W Cheyenne is coned off/broken again. 😡 ** Update Jan 2025. I have been complaining for months about the wash not actually washing the wheels which is super important to prevent premature brake issues with the Vegas sand/dust here! Multiple times they have given me a credit to comeback (which expires in just a few days of the visit🤨) but they still have NOT fixed the problem! I have videoed multiple times and shown to the attendants inside to prove it is not in fact washing the wheels!!!! FIX IT ALREADY!!!! There is no other close touchless Terribles and I don't want the car scratched again at a regular one so when I get a coupon to return and it is still not fixed I am still not getting what I paid for (This card does not have an unlimited membership on it as it is a rental as I drive for Uber and unlimited memberships are not valid for that so I am literally paying every time I go in and not getting what I paid for ) I am going to cancel my unlimited on my second vehicle and find another carwash that works! 😡"Terrible" business! RIDESHARE drivers!!! This is a TOUCHLESS carwash! Great for vehicles that have a wrap! Also open 24hours-and the unlimited Terribles plans apply! Vacuums are NOT free at this location so you have to drive up the street to another Terribles to vacuum free. I would give it a 5 star rating if free vacuums & the dryers weren’t on such a SHORT timer and no dryers angled on the sides to dry your sides/mirrors well-always have to get out and finish the job by hand-especially since as the wash is completed the wand still sprays fluid on your vehicle as you drive thru the dryers making it impossible for the rear of the car to be fully dried by the time you get through. Here again-the water still keeps spraying onto your vehicle as you are proceeding thru the dryers. Can never get the car dried exiting AND WASTEFUL when we have a water shortage in Vegas!! Taking away a star as they have had plenty of opportunity to correct this!
