Update on bottom The car wash shut down for an entire month after I paid for a full month of car washes. I didnt get to use it except maybe 5 times. They charged me again. Fix it Update, they fixed the automated mistake. Not their fault, 5 stars instead of 1

Told her that I had traveled and had a lot of bugs on front, mirrors and windshield. She said that if it didn't come off, I cold go though again. One guy used more pressure than the other, when doing pre-wash when going through the second time. Still had bugs, but I did not have any more time to waste going through again. When paying for the Deluxe in Texas, they at least wipe down the car and do tire shine afterwards. 🙄🤔 I wasn't impressed. Will do it myself in future.

****- /out of/ ***** Stars - This place is decidely not terrible at all... nice drive through car wash that is decently priced with lots of options. They also offer a pay per month plan(s) that give you a car wash a day (The lowest plan is currently 20.00)

It cleans great! But It doesn't dry well. Here in Nevada you all know that water dries up on your car and leaves spots...defeating the point of getting your car washed. Also it bent both of my license plates and almost broke my hood ornament.

I just went to this Exterior Site and let me just say when you need a quick wash come here. I live 5 minutes away and it is amazing since it's close to my house. There isn't a minute that I wouldn't spend my dollars here. Management should be very proud and tips should be given here.

Bobby at the front window is terrific! I told Bobby that even after reading the owners manual of my car I wasn’t completely sure that I had the automatic windshield wipers on my vehicle turned off. I needed to be sure that feature was off before going into the car wash. He suggested some ways to test them and worked with me to be sure they were off. He assured me that I was right to ask him the question and that he was happy that he was able to help. I am so pleased that he was so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help.

I always take my cars here for smog, oil changes, maintenance, & car washes. They are the best. I've moved to other areas of town over the years & tried the other locations but this one is so much better. I go across town now to use their services instead. Great staff; always nice to customers. The car wash employees do a great job prepping my car before heading into the automated car wash. The shop always communicates concerns about my car, if needed, without shoving sales for services at me. They're great!

The staff here are always very friendly and the lot is usually very clean. The attendants do a good job of removing bird poop and built up dirt from car before going through the wash. Their free vacuums are strong and last long enough that you rarely need to restart them for a basic cleaning. Last time I was here, the attendants were even helping the new owner of the vehicle in front of me try to figure out how to shift into neutral, then guided them through with perfect timing when it couldn't be done.
