It's an okay car wash if you're in a hurry but those automated car washes never clean the front or the rear of the car well so it's still dirty but the rest of the car is clean just not the front or the back

Good cheap car wash. $6 for the basic package. Car looks so clean the guy at McDonald's didn't know my back window wasn't down.

Went there because they were advertised as having E85 gas, which they do not. Also, went inside for some milk, but they also do not carry Almond milk. Should consider carrying items that are earth friendly. #ThereisnoplanetB 🌍

It’s awesome as long as you don’t want to use any card at the pump. Chevron card: SEE CASHIER. Chase Visa Debit : SEE CASHIER. Amex: SEE CASHIER. Thought maybe my I was my cards until I went to the Chevron on Silverado. Used all three card types there with no problems.

Searched for my nearest terribles carwash exterior and I've got a membership of $30sum a month terribles states that I would be able to use all their 70 car wash and this one doesnt even have a scanner waste of time and misinformation

Worst automated car was ever. Waste of $9 which we realized as we pulled forward after paying. Only half the bugs were washed off and car was covered in water spots since there was no dryer. Shame on you.

Decent Terrible’s location. I don’t often use this one but if I have to in a pinch I will. Facility is clean but not the cleanest. Staff is decent but the biggest draw is the car wash. It’s one of the better ones in the Terrible’s chain and it’s never busy so if you need a car wash definitely go!

Staff does not listen!!!! Primary purpose of me going to this place was so they can use their water pressure to clean the grills of my car. I explained this to the staff member and NOTHING. They cleaned everything else but the grill. I ended up paying these people $25 so that I can clean the grill by hand in my own garage.

They are not 24 hours. Unless they have night employees taking liberties with lack of supervision and closing down from "10pm-6am" as the crudely handwritten note taped to the locked doors indicated. Change your store hours to reflect reality Terribles, 24hours a day does not mean taking "10pm-6am" off. 2 Stars because they had gasoline pumps running, even though it wasn't needed by me. Ridiculous.

They did a great job! I paid $30 plus a tip and it was worth it all. Especially because I used to pay double that at a different car wash, which is now closed! Having a family of boys my car was trashed and they cleaned it up inside and out! Only thing was they didn’t clean out the cup holders which desperately needed it! But I will be back soon

AVOID! Paid for a wash but the machine was broken. Went inside for a refund but the car wash doesn't give a receipt so they did not want to issue a refund unless I was willing to come in the next day between set hours to speak to the manager. I specifically came here for a wash and I'm leaving just as dirty and $7 shorter.

This place is amazing!! Watching the teamwork and communication with staff is awesome. Kudos to Louis the manager, Sergio, Eric, Jacob and Quenton and the rest of the guys who bust their butts to provide excellent, friendly customer service, especially on the hottest of days. Great job to you all!!! So to the customers be courteous to them, if they seem to be having an off day take into consideration their surroundings, their work is not an easy task and please be patient.

Bad Experience - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, IF YOU ARE N NOT CAREFUL. SARAH C. , displayed the worst customer service. She had an poor attitude about having to come see a price that was posted on an item that rang up wrong. She told me there is nothing that she can do, she couldn't change the price and didn't want to help fix the issue. She was competitive and argumentative over a mistake that the store made. A BAIT AND SWITCH Although I didn't get gas, seemed unreasonably High....... when Sam's Club is minutes away for half the price. Even the gas station across the street was lower. Go to a different gas station there's at least four around the same area.

I would normally give this place 5 stars. But today was such a disappointment… a Gold Car Wash was done in 15 min… the kid barely did anything. I had to finish the job myself because so many spots were not clean. I love this place and I’ll keep going but I’ll definitely bring it to their attention when I return. I was way sad though. I swear the kid didn’t even vacuum my mats. Sad

Hello terrible on eastern, I called several times to establish reason and file a suit. Now your employee has cut me off multiple times when I call and when I try and speak in a civil manner. This is extremely disrespectful.

First couple of times I’ve gone to this location I was charged normal prices and had no issues. Although my most recent experience I was charged an absurd amount for a small amount of items. Update a few months later. New employee finds it funny to bother me every time I go in knowing I don’t want to speak to him yet berates me with questions I don’t want to answer. Another employee who’s there Monday-Friday named Thomas, has previously told a group of girls that were also in the store that I was just “some douchebag and not to talk to me” for reference I’m a very quiet person and I hardly speak unless it’s required I don’t bother anyone and I have manners. This gas station is highly unorganized and unprofessional.
