Our family loves Target! The ease of shopping for the items we need and friendliness of the staff is what keeps us coming back here compared to other stores. The store is usually always clean, sometimes the bathrooms need attention but it’s usually mostly during the busiest hours.

Shop anywhere else. This store is so disorganized, particularly clothing sections you can't find anything. You're tripping over products just thrown about in the aisles. Bathrooms overflowing with trash, used toilet paper, clogged toilets. Several items in grocery not even stocked. Worst experience of any department store I have been to. Any Ross can organize better than this store.

I had a very disappointing experience with a Target employee named Kayla, who was working in the clothing section. From the moment I approached her for help, she seemed irritated and unwilling to assist. Her tone was rude, and she had an unnecessary attitude throughout our interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that retail can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating customers poorly. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it reflects badly on the store and discourages people from wanting to come back.

Loved shopping here until today. Went in with my family..a strong chemical odor when we entered. Walked to middle of store..same. Hurried to check out as me n my 3 yr old were feeling sick from it. As we checked out told an employee ...she brought over a manager. Said most likely freeon from the AC. Was not freeon. Zero concern...zero. Said no one else mentioned it n they didnt smell it! Although two other ppl were talking about it that we passed. As we exited the building noticed that employee was rapidly leaving.

i understand it's busy, but not answering your phone the first TEN times i call is straight up unacceptable. my friend left their phone there and when we called the store and their phone over and over there was zero pick ups. when we got there to get it the lady at the counter was doing nothing but yapping to another employee, and when she went to get the keys she made the comment "someone's back for their phone, it was ringing incessantly in the drawer." all exasperated. if it was ringing over and over, wouldn't it just be common sense to answer it? because when someone loses their phone and gets a call from the same person over and over, it SHOULD make sense to answer. not to mention, again, i called the store just about ten times with nothing. no sense.

I didn’t have a problem shopping here, but I am kind of weary shopping here because of the DEI. I I just don’t feel comfortable, so I don’t go to target often,as a matter of fact this time I went with my daughter.

The reason for the 2 stars is because the bathrooms were hideous! Toilet paper everywhere in the stalls and famine pad wrappers on the floor and one of the stalls had toilet paper in the toilet half way in the toilet and the was hanging out of it. Automatic faucets have barely any water coming out of it and paper towels. Why have your employees were a mask if the bathrooms are gross?!

If you think this looks bad, the inside isn't any better (nor is the parking lot). Target should be ashamed of themselves, this is by far the most disgusting Target I've ever seen. Trash all over the parking lot Trash in buggies, trash on the floor inside. Palates used to display product. Buggies Willy Nilly. Empty shelves and displays. Sloppy shelves and displays. The clothing department looks like a tornado hit it, my two teenage sons bedrooms look far better. Where's the leadership?? Where's the staff?? Anyone?? There's plenty to do... Clearly, because this place is a hot, sloppy mess. You should be ashamed.

Excellent place excellent staff,but fix your damn doors. Traffic runs counterclockwise in the U.S., it pisses me off when I enter the natural entrance side and the door doesn't open. It's not a hard concept, you enter a doorway on the right side, same as a roadway, an intersection, a hallway, a walking path, etc. have a little common sense people.

Every time I go in this store it's disorganized, dirty, and I'm finding damaged, defective, or outdated products on the shelves. The variety of products has is gone down, along with the quality. Target used to be one of my favorite places to shop- not anymore. What a shame to see it going downhill.

I saw a recent "Karen" in the store. She ran into a lady with her cart on purpose for allegedly taking her parking space. A young man that works at Target that wears beautiful inspirational attire and is always courteous with a big beautiful smile rushed in to help the lady that this " Karen" rammed into with her buggy because she was visibly shaking behind the incident. The young man apologized for the incident that had taken place with this "Karen" although this incident was definitely not his fault. I'm saying this to say that in this world 🌎 that we are living in kindness still matters.

I'll have to admit I've had a lov- hate relationship for years. The last several however I have found a sincere store wide effort of good customer service. The employees are helpful , friendly, and there to make your shopping experience pleasant. While not a very large store it is well stocked with an excellent variety. The online orders are handled efficiently, no complaints. When a whole store makes large improvements you just have to give a shout out. We'll done!!!!!

Every time I come here It’s so dirty this place is really bad as the other reviews say and I’d rather go all the way to Louisiana because I never have problems there and they’re always great. I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars at target in the past year and I’ve never been to a worse target than this one.
