I think some people just love to be grumpy, it makes them feel good ( pretty weird). I go to this Target almost every week, ever since they opened. Everyone working there, are very kind, considerate, sweet, and helpful. The store is clean and a great atmosphere. I prefer this store out of any other. Thank you Target!!! Most people love Target!!!

Exceptionally poor customer service. My wife was having a problem with using her VISA Card when checking out. She asked for assistance from the cashier who belittled her for not knowing Target procedure. When my wife asked her why she was being shamed, the cashier said write a review if you don't like how am as a cashier. I am appalled at this behavior, and we will never step foot in a Target store again!

Came here Tuesday 6/25 at 1:45 looking for swim suits. I picked out 6 and put 5 back on the rack because I found one I liked. Assets protection rushed into the room I used and the lady up front tells “ did you find any tags” and they stared me down. I had a small wallet, leggings, and a tank top on. You could clearly see I had nothing to hide. I don’t appreciate being embarrassed and humiliated out of a store. I put the suit I wanted to buy back on the shelf and left the store. Disgusting behavior. No update just refreshing this so it stays at the top haven’t been reached out to

My favorite target to shop at. It's a bit far from home however I don't mind the drive because they always have the items I need in big quantities. They never disappoint me. The staff are always so attentive, polite, and professional. I love the way the store is always so clean and welcoming. Returning items are always a breeze. Last time they were able to even look up items I bought through the app. The way they have set up everything is so convenient. Every employee walks around with a smile on their faces and it's just something I have to point out because it makes one so welcoming. I will recommend this awesome target to everyone!

We shop at Target weekly. Lately this Target has been mysteriously misplacing items I purchase for pickup. It’s been $40 here. $12 there. It’s every week. I do not understand. Whenever I call to ask where it is because it wasn’t in our order they’re dumbfounded. Do better.

Wait times for check out are ridiculous, more expensive but you wanna give crap customer service. And please make it make sense that I’m standing in line for check out and the light is on and then she turns the light off and says sorry I have to go over there. So then I get into another line and then moments later she goes into another booth to start checking out people does that make any damn sense. And then you have this old lady who takes forever to set up to check out, I was told she was getting ready to check people, and I stood in a whole other line for check out and finished, and she still was not ready to check out people. I come here frequently so this isn’t a one off.

I called customer service at Red Mill and spoke with Charles. I asked about a pickup order to see if I could add an additional day. He was courteous, professional and spoke with a smile in his voice. He talked me through using the app and I was able to extend my pickup date. I appreciate his taking the time to help me and how understanding he was. Job well done.

explain to me why the up close parking has been coned off, and when it was snowing they didnt put them away??!? super inconvenient and inconsiderate to every shopper. i had to literally park so far from tne doors in 21° windchill and snow. ALSO that starbucks closes willy nilly and is never open… but wont hire new people??? ridiculous

I had an incredible experience in this store from multiple employees, Sarah G. Who works the closing shift went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when I had some questions and needed help locating some items in the store. Another employee who I believe was James also went out of his way to make my shopping experience an awesome one. Ive shopped in a lot of Targets but this one really was top notch and clean!
