The staff is helpful, and the store is clean. The selection of items it pretty good, too. I’ve only ever had great experiences with mobile purchases and drive up orders. My only complaint is the checkouts. They might have 2 people working them, and it moves so slowly. The self checkout is great and fast. But if I’m purchasing a lot of items, I’d like to go through an actual line.

Needs plus size tall clothing options. Their selection of sizes seems small. Some items in the store were opened and used. Love that we can price match to online. Love how trendy all the clothes and accessories are. Please carry plus size girls clothes in store. We need more size inclusive items available in person.

I lost my phone and I was so worried. The security guy went out of his way to get it back for me, checking the cameras and tracking it down. The lady at the merchandise return was so kind and both people were very understanding. I appreciate their act of kindness and willingness to help out and I hope it is acknowledged by Target!

First of all, there are never any charged wheelchairs at this Target, and they only have 2. I needed a wheelchair and one wasn’t available. I grabbed a few items and wasn’t feeling well by the time I got to the checkout stand. I had more than 10 items but there were no other lanes open except one with a very long line, which I didn’t feel like I could stand one more minute with chest pain. It felt like the staff was giving snarky looks and maybe even what appeared to be smirks. I felt belittled and you can tell when someone is whispering about you. It really hurt my feelings and I hope Target will do a better job at replacing their wheelchair batteries and in keeping them charged, and in training their staff to show some better professionalism. Will probably start shopping at Walmart after this experience. Very disappointed to feel like I was being made fun of by staff.

Mary Adam's has horrible customer skills. She said she would help but decided to ignore us for 15 minutes and help car after car that kept coming. Past us 5 different times and kept looking down when she did. I decided to get down myself and she said maybe it's best you go inside the store yourself. Horrible customer service.

This review is for the electronics employee I spoke with. Young guy. Early 20s. Glasses. Longer hair. I went in to buy some shokz headphones. This guy knew all about them and even compared and contrasted the models in case I wanted other features. Very conversational and very informative, friendly and would definitely seek out this young man again for my electronic needs. What a great help and deserves a raise. Thanks for your help broseph

If I could I would give ZERO STARS Everytime I've gone into this Target in Idaho Falls the women's bathroom are thee absolute most disgusting most filthy MOST diabolical bathrooms I have EVER seen!!!! I've seen gas station bathrooms look better than that bathroom. LAZY EMPLOYEES DONT CLEAN THE BATHROOMS! DO BETTER!

They never play any music in the store. It has a depressing and unwelcoming vibe in general. After leaving this Target, it takes hours for my spiritual energy to replenish.

They were fairly busy on the Saturday that I attended. They had a fair bit of litter in their parking lot and had a couple of clothes displays out of order, but it was honestly pretty organized for as busy as they were. They had a large board game selection.

Apparently their employees don't know to keep their hands OFF customers. Trying to walk past a crowd of people, an employee just staring at a spill and talking with someone in plain clothes, not paying attention to anything around them, decided to block customers by arm baring them in the chest. Maybe a sign, or cleaning it would work better instead of their employees assaulting customers. When I tried to call, not a single department could answer, it would ring so long that my phone hung itself up. Apparently Google reviews is the only place I can let anyone at this store that their employees shove customers out of the way of spills.
