Washed 3/31/21 second to last truck for the day, still had a full crew. Paid for truck and trailer wash with citrus shine on trailer. Upon inspection in the bay I found that they didn't wash the frame of my flat bed. One employee told me all they wash on flatbeds is the rub rail unless I pay more for "undercarriage". Then I was told by the Foreman that the "kid that washed it was new and still learning" to which I said fine so I get a reduced "teaching rate"... when the Foreman re- washed it magically came clean. After leaving the wash bay and pulling over to the flying j to park, and let it dry I found they did not wash the frame of the truck at all. The edges of my front fenders on the hood were still dirty, the top and sides of the front bumper was untouched, the fender guides were untouched. All of these things even the blue beacon washes.. including the frame rails. They do this as part of the regular wash, not as an extra charge. In fact in 33 years of driving I've NEVER been to a truck wash that charges extra to wash the outside of the frame on the truck or trailer... I paid the same price as a Beacon, I would at least expect the same level (average) of a wash as a Beacon.. If you own your truck, and its your money paying for a wash I would STRONGLY suggest you spend your money some place else, if your a company driver that takes pride in your ride, likewise find a different truck wash. I for one will NEVER spend another dime at this truck wetting location. Can't call it a truck wash if they don't wash the truck...

Wanted to get a wash out. Decided to get the whole truck done the works. Very. Sorry I did. After waiting more than two hours in line, There was only one truck ahead of me. The Workers are obviously paid by the hour, And have a game that how much they can disappear. I was in the wash bay for more than an hour and forty five minutes I gave it two stars. The washout was completely worthless.$49 dollars to get the floor wet . Could not even get the plastic door seals washed out truck .They missed the quarter fenders on the truck. Bugs on the hood windshield and Roof. Missed the fuel tanks. Very unhappy. The trailer looks nice though...To be fair , the manager came out and tried to correct it with a garden hose and a brush. But after spending so much time there I had to go load. .. The blue Beacon may not be perfect. But for the money I spent , $195.00. I just expected more. the time that I spent wasting for this halfway wash job.Was not worth it.

These guys were absolutely amazing! I brought my horse trailer in, they were busy but still able to get us in and out and did such an amazing job! My 40 year old trailer looks brand new again! I highly recommend this place! It’s the second older trailer I’ve brought here and they always do an exceptional job with great customer service!

Talked with Shane who runs this truck shop about waxing and polishing my toy hauler that was way passed due. Alot of companies turned it down due to the grey fiber glass. He took the job and crushed it. Amazing job amazing communication and right on time. They gained a customer for life . Thanks to the entire crew all helpful and awesome guys

I will not try to use this truck wash ever again. I was informed by a staff member that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait do to them having trucks in line from the day before. So I leave to get something to eat. Return about 2 and a half hours later to find a sign that says sorry no more trucks today. That's absolutely bullshit. If you don't want to work just say so.

I recently visited your facility with my fifth-wheel trailer, hoping to get it washed before heading south. Although the wait time was approximately five hours, Shane, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me. He kindly allowed me to park the truck in an unused bay and personally notified me when the wash was complete. This thoughtful gesture saved me a significant amount of time, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service. Additionally, the team did an excellent job—my trailer looks clean, polished, and ready for the road.

Never in my 20 yrs of driving have I had a truck wash fill my exshaust so full of water that it painted the front of my trailer black and sleeper. And clear down the side of my trailer. I just spent the last 45 minutes scrubbing most of it off. And for crispy to bribe me with tire shine to leave a 5 start review what a joke. I will never come back to your truck wash here is what I couldn't reach. And the stain it left on the front of my fuel tank what a joke!!!!

I had previously transported a live nursey load of shrubs and trees. Well Dozer did an excellent job with the washout. I helped him get the firewood out of the trailer and them waited in the office. They have two of those massage chairs that for $1 you get 3 minutes of time. I put $2 and enjoyed 6 minutes. It wasn't that much longer and they were done. I pulled around to free up the outside wash dock that I was backed into. My trailer wasn't super dirty and fell within the standard nursery washout time. The cashier was very helpful. She has a great personality and that was nice. One other thing they were much faster then that other place that has long lines and usually 6 guys washing your truck and / or trailer and waving their flashlights around. I my opinion did a better job. Thank You

Terrible! Did not get rain x tire shine and paid for it. Left water spots everywhere still dirty it was a half ass job. No stars to give cause these guys charge to much for a shitty wash. A self wash would have done better than them. Think twice before you go!

These guys actually do some good work. My second time dealing with the truck wash. First go round was a hit and miss. My fault namely. For the guys that work there, I'm the grocery guy. If you know, you know. This go round. Truck is coming out clean relatively quickly. Next time my truck needs a cleaning and I don't have the time to do it myself. Definitely gonna come back here.
