This one star applies only to the deli. It’s super unprofessional to ignore a customer standing at the counter waiting for assistance for 5 min only to approach them to inform them you are now closed. If the deli closes at 9 you should serve customers till 9.

I have been a customer for a couple of decades now, to the save-on-pharmacy in Ammon. However, today I had one of the worst experiences with any pharmacy I have ever had. I have a medication that requires me to get a new prescription sent in every month. This by itself is a pain. But today, I mistakenly called the pharmacy on 17th and asked about it's status. Not communicating at all that I was talking to a different pharmacy than the one that I my prescription was most positively sent to, they pulled my prescription from my normal pharmacy and then could not fill it. I didn't get to find this out until I realized I had not been notified that it was read later in the day and called them to find it out. At which point I called my normal pharmacy to find that they did have my medication. The tech then said they would get the prescription pulled moved to them. Another hour later and I had to call on my own merit to find out that they could not move the prescription back without my doctor resubmitting the order. At this I called to complain to who ever was in charge at the pharmacy and ended up talking with a gentleman named Guy. His attitude about the situation was the nail that made me realize they dont care about the person. We are just numbers to them. While he was willing to give me a partial fill of my meds, which only was happening because I was calling to complain. He continually made references to my error and seemed to have every reason they did not even follow basic communication of issues with the whole scenario. I'm just glad my meds dont hold my life in the balance. But, to those interested in not doing business with a place that only sees your money and not the person counting on there transparent communication, I would not utilize this pharmacy. I'm moving on as we speak. But, if you still have to use these guys, use the one in Ammon. They seems to follow policies better. Definitely, dont go to any that have a pharmacist or tech named Guy.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make it easy for me to call this my neighborhood shopping center. The pharmacy is incredible,if you are pressed for time (even when super busy) They will do everything they can to get you out as fast as they can. Five stars for sure!!!!

I shop at this store 2-3 per week. I stopped there last night at 6:00 PM wanting to purchase some sliced meat from the deli. The only employee in that area was working on the chicken fryers and I patiently waited more than 5-8 minutes, when he finally acknowledged me. His comment was that the slicing station was shut down. AT 6:00 PM ! That was very inconvient and unprofessional. Years ago I worked at Albertson's and this type of behavior / customer service was not acceptable. The professionalism, dress code, store cleaniness and customer service have decreased a lot. Honestley it is sad. Where is the gold coat manager ? Where is the Assistant Manger ? Is there anybody that still cares and wants to provide good service.

I left my ice cream I paid for a few days ago and I was so bummed. I came in and they have a binder they keep track of items left behind, and I was able to get my ice cream, no hassle, no problem! 😊 I appreciate companies that have great customer service! Thanks Albertson’s customer service manager for being so friendly.

pickup and go is wild. I got sweet onions instead of yellow onions which I can understand that mix up. but I also got parsley instead of cilantro and I had a hole in my pasta salad container.

We always look for one cashier that we have a good rapport with. He is the best and always treats the customers like they are the only ones. I still like going grocery shopping here. I have learned the layout of the store. The fresh fruit and vegetables are really good. If there was ever any fun taking my mother-in-law shopping, this was it.

Overall experience was good, the store is in great shape and for the most part employees are very helpful. However, the meat department needs a little bit of fine tuning, as I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come over and help at the counter. It took another worker to make enough noise for someone to finally come out from the back, and customer service was mediocre.

I’m a frequent shopper at this Albertsons and usually have an excellent experience—our family especially loves the chicken tenders. Today was different. I arrived to order two Party Buckets and waited patiently while another customer picked up a large order. When it was my turn, the first associate behind the counter told me, “I don’t have a party bucket,” and seemed unfamiliar with the item. After I explained it, she appeared frustrated and simply said the fryer wasn’t warm. When I asked how long it might take, she said she didn’t know. I offered to wait, but her demeanor suggested annoyance. After about 10 minutes I checked again and spoke with a second associate near the cold meats. She was friendly, provided context about only one working fryer, and gave me an updated timeframe. That communication made a big difference, and I appreciated her helpfulness. In total I waited roughly 35–40 minutes for my order. Having worked my way up in retail—from a stocker to senior regional manager overseeing multiple states—I understand the challenges of busy shifts and equipment issues. But I also know how critical clear communication and a positive attitude are to the customer experience. While equipment problems happen, a little more information and courtesy from the first associate would have gone a long way. We love Albertsons, but after today we may visit the Ammon location instead.

I have been going to this Albertsons location for years and they rarely disappoint on selection. Their sushi is a must if you go there. Compare to the other two Albertsons in the Idaho Falls area, this one is the best. The store also has friendly employees and is clean.

Place is fine, but they have a serious stock issue. I have never once been able to get my full shopping done in one trip because they are constantly out of something. Whoever is in charge of stocking needs to be fired. Edit: I changed to 1 star from 2. Out of 28 items on my pickup order 19 had to be substituted. Insane they cant figure out how to stock their store. Shop elsewhere.
