10/10! My original place shut down and I came across this place by accident! I was greeted with a water bottle and instant service. As a female who doesn’t know mechanics it’s hard to feel comfortable at these types of places but not once did I feel scammed or coerced into anything I didn’t need. I was getting ready to travel out of town, but, I still had several miles to go before my next oil change. I took advantage of the topping off the oil between change. The staff was courteous and hard working to help as many customers as possible. The staff added to my windshield cleaner, and checked my tire pressure. Was happy with not having to pay for a mini travel check for free!

Guys were so nice. They took care of me in around 10-15 min. They informed me of everything they were doing during oil change and it was fair pricing. I got my oil changed for around 75 dollars when normally at Walmart I get it for 85-90... I was happy and will be back

Got a 25$ off coupon in the mail and decided to call in to verify my year and make of my vehicle with the customer service rep and the fact it would take synthetic oil. Customer rep guaranteed me with the coupon I would be paying 49.99 with tax. Once I got to the store location I made sure to ask how much I would be charged and was met with 139$ and I explained to them I called ahead of time… the rep in person told me we can do cheaper oil in your truck but it’s not recommended and against the makers policy of your vehicle and that they would not recommend it because it would mess it up.. I stated I only wanted synthetic oil like I discussed with the previous phone call before heading to the location. Store employee said instead of scanning my $25 off coupon that He can scan his own coupon that was next to his computer and he ended up trying to give me $20 off instead and still try to charge me $110. Once i denied he said well how about we put the cheaper oil in your truck. I said you just explained how bad that was and against policy… and he went speechless. I told him I am good and he finally raised the door for me to leave. Worst experience ever. I called in today to make a complaint and explain the situation… but was told to hold and only to be transferred to a full voicemail… very rude and unprofessional.

Waited 30 mins in the bay didn’t even get a hello or a be right with you ..and they started working on the car behind me that just pulled up giving them a water bottle telling them hello and welcoming them.. popped their hood and started troubleshooting it while I was still waiting on just a hello .. I guess I don’t fit what they want as a customer

I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Since I moved here from East Coast, I'm impressed on how these guys are thug looking but very polite. These are some absolutely incredible guys. I have been taken care of soo well. Stingray, Cameron and Bishop have gone above and beyond for me. I had a small issue from a different employee here after my last change and it was resolved without question and done with efficiency, sweetness and exemplary customer care. I went in for an oil change at 4:50. There was another car in front of me for about 10 minutes. I went in the garage and waited approximately 15 minutes for them to start my oil change. I pulled out of the garage at 5:45. Gabrielle was very kind and professional. Just feel like it took way too long. This was my first time there.
