When I arrived to get an oil change, I was offered a bottle of cold water. Nice touch! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The manager, Jay, suggested I change my air filter, because it was 15,000 miles overdue and very dirty. I don't usually get such things done at oil change places, but he offered me a $15 discount, so I went with it. The whole process was pleasant. I was shown what was being done along the way, so I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of, as I usually do as a woman getting my car serviced. I will definitely go back!

I've used this specific Take 5 for years. Every experience is pretty much live and flowing. The employees, mostly youth make you feel special and always work well as a team and with levity to boot. Ive always imagined that this specific job is a jumping off spot for the next chapter in their lives. I see future doctors, nurses, lawyers, skilled technicians in every gal and guy that gets my vehicle up to par. Not sure how Take 5 vets employees but they sure do a great job at choosing our future adults who will surely excel in this big scary planet.

Affordable and informative!! Staff is amazing, polite, and informative. They insured all my filters were checked, informing me of when they should be changed and why. Tested my coolant, never had that before. Told me about my differential fluid, who knew I needed to change that.. they did! Love this place, It’s the only place I go for my maintenance needs.

Terrible experience. I waited the first time I came 45 min for an oil change to even begin. There was 1 car in front of me. When I was told they do coolant exchanges I explained that I have my own coolant at my house that is specific to my Honda crv. I told Paul I had one LG jug and showed him the size. He told me that would be enough. I told him I would go get the bottle of coolant and return immediately. When I got back 15 min later I was in line behind 2 cars. I waited for at least an hour and a half to even get into the covered area. Then another 15 for anyone to come acknowledge me or come to my car. Then Hailey comes up to my car I told her I'm here for a coolant exchange and I brought my own coolant. I explained that I brought the correct coolant for my car and I didn't want to use their "universal coolant" because it wasn't the correct one for my 2009 Honda crv. Hailey told me the coolant I brought wasn't enough that I needed more of it. I was surprised by this because when I spoke with Paul before I left to retrieve the coolant he told me that the 1 gallon jug I had would be enough. Hailey very adamantly told me that their "universal coolant" works in all cars Honda's, Acuras, everything. As I'm trying to ask questions about the universal coolant she's talking over me saying it's the right one for my car. So I said to her " you seem very confident that I can use your coolant in my car and I'm going to trust in your confidence" WELL THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. As I was telling both Paul and Hailey you cannot use take 5s universal coolant in a 2009 Honda crv engine. So I essentially made a trip to get coolant for nothing since they didn't use any of the jug I left and came back with. I waited in line for 2 hours just to get the wrong coolant put into my car. I paid for this service that I will have to go back and pay for again (somewhere else) to get the correct coolant put into my car. But the worst part is how completely rude Hailey was about arrogantly insisting she knew what she was talking about with the coolant WHEN SHE WAS WRONG.

Got the car serviced the morning before a 10 hour road trip. The car began making horrible noise, smelled like burning, and ended up needing towed. It was discovered they didn’t tighten the oil filter properly and oil spilled out the entire drive. The car was completely out of oil when they checked, and damage was done to the engine. All from a negligent oil change. On top of this, it was a 2 hour wait for the service as they were training someone new. I don’t blame them but the person who was supposed to check their work.

The service men were excellent. The negative was they were the only two there so I was there for an hour and thirty five minutes. It’s not the end of the world but they should not advertise 5 minute. Luckily I was not in a hurry but it was still about half an hour too long.

The people were nice. However, the air compressor were down and my tire pressure was low. Also, they checked off and told me that they topped off my wiper fluid, and it was still completely empty when I left. Makes me think they’re not super attentive to what they say they’re doing. Would not go back.

3 hours at a 5 min oil change. Staff was friendly, but working understaffed, in cold conditions made for multiple issues. I waited 1.5 hours behind 2 cars, before entering the service area, then my oil change took another 40 min. I had to remind my tech to add air in my tires. I left the shop and barely made it 3 blocks before having to circle back bc my car began overheating and engine slowed down due to low coolant levels. When I returned to the shop, the tech looked under my hood again and said “You need to pay better attention to your fluid levels.” Fair, noted, but I asked “Is that not part of a routine procedure for oil changes ?” He acknowledged that Yes, it is, which left me confused considering he was under the hood, servicing the vehicle 30 min prior…. The younger tech seemed to know more about what to do and took initiative. unfortunately he was basically working in both bays and I didn’t catch his name. Eventually it was resolved but my goodness, it took every ounce of patience and my entire evening.

I recently had a frustrating experience while getting a routine oil change. I drove in, clearly communicated the service I needed, and was told it would be a quick process—about 5 to 15 minutes. Initially, everything seemed fine, but after about 15 minutes passed, I started to feel like the staff was stalling. Instead of updating me on the status of my car, they engaged in small talk that felt more like a distraction than genuine customer service. Then the situation took a turn. The manager approached me and informed me that they didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle—after they had already drained the old oil and removed the existing filter. This meant my car was undrivable until the replacement arrived. The manager repeatedly assured me that someone was on the way with the correct part from another store. But those reassurances came every 10 minutes with no real update or resolution. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into a 45-minute ordeal, leaving me stuck and frustrated. I felt like this issue could have been easily avoided with better inventory checks and communication before starting the service. I left very disappointed with the service I received that day, and I’ll seriously reconsider returning or recommending this location in the future.

I went on a sunday, wasn't sure if they were open, so I called and the nice lady on the phone let me know they were open, and even gave me a coupon! There were only 2 workers there and they let me know it would be a little longer of a wait than usual which was not a problem. Id just like to commend Blaze and Von on being hard workers. I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change today! I was in a massive rush, and the 'stay-in-your-car' setup was a total lifesaver. From the moment I pulled up, the team was professional, high-energy, and welcoming. The service was incredibly fast (true to their 10-minute goal), but it didn’t feel rushed or sloppy. I really appreciated how the technicians showed me my clean oil on the dipstick and double-checked my tire pressure and fluids without me even having to ask.

Professional! Great experience service done in a timely fashion. I even heard a customer dispute the price of his oil change in the bay next to me. The shop manager came out and spoke with the customer and diffuse the situation. We even had a good laugh when an unidentified bug flew on my windshield

I love going to this location! Take 5 always has great customer service and they are really quick yet thorough. The guy with the dreads/ twists and the older guy with the bald head were also very informative for me. “I’m just a girl” and they let me know clearly what needed to be done and remembered for my next oil change!
