Water spot all over truck, bugs on windshield and dirt all over tailgate. Showing the boy working there he told me the blowers are causing the water spots and since I had a trailer hitch the brushes did not wash there. He went around truck before I entered the wash why did he mention the hitch. He said he would get me some towels and I could touch it up. I told him im not paying him so I can wash my truck.

I love this car wash. Great employees and service. The car wash leaves my vehicle looking spotless and it's always neat and orderly. The manager is great! The monthly unlimited packages can't be beat.

It was my first time at this car wash so I got the ‘best’ package. The only way I can tell my car was washed is the lines of dirt left all over the place. I definitely do not recommend.

Another business closing early. I got her at 725pm and they close at 730pm. They refused to service my car. What happened to the good days when a business honored their working hours.

These guys really know how to take care of your ride! 🔥 Every time I pull up, the service is fast, professional, and top-notch. My car always comes out looking spotless, shining like it’s brand new. 💧✨ The staff is friendly, and they pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. Definitely one of the best car washes in New Orleans—hands down! Highly recommend. 💯🚗🧼

I strongly advise against visiting Pelican Pointe Car Wash on S Claiborne Ave for your car washing needs. As someone who takes care of my car, I regret not checking their Google reviews before going there. Please please please do not visit Pelican's carwash. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I wish I could give them a negative rating. After my car was washed, I noticed scratches all over the body and rims. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he claimed that they were pre-existing, but I had photographic evidence that proved otherwise. Despite this, he insisted that the scratches were caused by dirt. I pointed out the distinct and sizable parallel lines that were clearly not caused by dirt, but he remained silent. When I threatened to take legal action, he promised to contact the general manager, but I never heard back from him. Instead, a staff member rudely told me to leave, and I left without talking to the general manager. These photos provide only a glimpse of the damage that was done to my car. In all honesty, they do not fully capture the extent of the disaster I left a message for them this morning, but there has been no response yet. Looking at the reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who has had this issue. I will legally hold the manager responsible for the damage to my car, and if they continue to ignore me, I will not hesitate to take legal action.

It’s fast with convenient locations all around the city. If you’re an Uber driver it’s a must to get the subscription (reasonably priced). Some automatic washes don’t always give what you pay for but not here, and they offer micro-towels and window spray with the free vacuums all included. It’s great and the workers there are always friendly.

I drove up to get a car wash, but I only had the tap payment method, which you do not accept. However, Michael quickly noticed that I needed assistance at the payment area and generously offered me a free vacuum. He also explained the purpose of the new blue and yellow hoses and offered me an air freshener. I will return with my card later today to get the car wash. The service was awesome!

Honestly didn’t seem like the car wash really helped anything or was effective. My car looked the same afterward and was still dirty even though I paid extra for a better wash. At least the staff were friendly!

Probably the best automatic wash in the city. Quality wash, free vacuums, friendly staff, safe environment. Never have an issue getting a spot for the vacuums and there’s a separate hose for each side of your vehicle. The unlimited pass is a decent value. They also offer $2 Off any Wash days frequently.

If you actually want your car to be clean, don’t waste your time or money at Pelican Pointe Car Wash. After going through today, my car came out still covered in suds, and the trunk area wasn’t cleaned at all. When I asked the supervisor if I could run it through again, he dismissed me and claimed the problem was due to my car’s make and model — which is ridiculous, since I’ve never had this issue at other car washes. Instead of making it right, he handed me a towel and told me I could hand wash it myself. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for an automatic car wash. To make matters worse, one of the attendants became aggressive, yelling and gesturing at me in a way that had nothing to do with directing cars into the wash. When I mentioned this to the supervisor, he blamed me for “not following directions,” which was simply untrue. I came here expecting a basic wash and vacuum. Instead, I left with a dirty car and an even worse customer service experience.

Was once a great affordable carwash. Now they've upped prices, charge a card transaction fee and out of the 20+ vacuums maybe half actually work. I get price increases but would be nice if the services matched the cost.

3 different locations + atrocious water spots every single one- not to mention my vehicle has yet to get clean. I really wanted this to be the business where I bought a membership, but now I’m just convinced the reviews are bogus or manipulated, especially since I was asked to delete my previous one which was for a different location and 100% factual. This time I got the “Best” wash, stayed the whole drying time, and hit the highway home. @Kyle, I’m not your problem; your wash quality and/or spot free formula is. Same issue at 3 of your car washes but this one, I think, came out the WORST despite buying the “Best”. Like someone else said, at least the attendants are friendly. The young man that assisted me at the kiosk was friendly and efficient.
