It seems like they did a 10 minute job during the whole process. Does it really only take 10 minutes to wash a car??? I can get a fully loaded car wash, cleaned in and out and tires for $20. It's not worth it. Front windshield still have stains on it, the bottom area still has dirt on it. I guess they were upset became I came at 5:30. They weren't courteous at all no hospitality at all. No vacuuming was performed. They put my car way at the end of the street and left it there. No one bothered saying Ma'am your car is ready. I had to figure things out on my own. I WILL NOT return. I did better buying my own car washing products.

I was really on the fence about going here after reading all of the negative comments, but it's really close to work and my car needed attention in a bad way. They were awesome! The car is clean - inside & out. Everything looks great and they had me out of there within the 30 minutes that I had for lunch. The attendants were polite & the waiting area was clean. Can't beat the prices.

My wife had our SUV detailed with this company. They kept the vehicle overnight and never called us when they had completed the work the next day (which seemed suspicious). When we called to pick up the car, the entire hood and roof were scratched severely; they told us it was probably from HAIL damage overnight?! It hadn't even rained it that part of uptown the night before. They offered no help, and we're incredibly rude. Do NOT trust this place

I loved this place!! Very quick and easy. Went there for an oil change and I had the guy check out other issues with my car too and he fixed everything up for a decent price. The waiting area is great - very spacious, nice chairs and tables, and cute pets - 3 beautiful birds, fish, and a sweet dog. :)

Always had a great experience. They know what kind of wash I like and they take care of my car really well. Only once I was not satisfied with how my trunk was vacuumed, I told them and they immediately redid it. If you are looking for a great car-wash uptown, look no further!

Purchased the uptowner cleaning package as usual. Have been coming here for years. Was asked if I wanted the bug remover treatment for 3 dollars. I asked if it would damage my clear coat. I was assured that it would not. When I received the car back the front bumper had gouges, the grill had paint removed, and the entire bumper is now dull which it was not before. Never go here. Final note: They actually tried to convince us that the bumper had always been dull and that they did no harm to the vehicle. During this time the manager behaved in an aggressive fashion towards my son.

The best car wash in town. Easy on the car, great tire shine and ceramic wax looks shiny. Only thing with the tire shine, it works great on my Nissan Rogue but on my boyfriends Toyota Tundra it doesn’t cover the whole tire, it’s good but not great for his size tire. *Special tip: Go on Mondays to receive a free wash to use within 14 days.

Had bird poop still on car AFTER wash, and one of the guys was there when I found it before I left. Floor mats were not vacuumed, and the car was still dripping water after it was "dried." Don't go, workers are lazy waste of money. Now I see why their are so many do it yourself carwashes.

I was in town working and needed an oil change on my vehicle. I was greeted by a very polite and professional oil tech. He was able to answer every question without hesitation. The waiting lobby was awesome, clean and even had snacks to make you feel comfortable. With an oil change I also received a free car wash which I was not expecting. Everyone from the cashier to the technicians working on my vehicle was extremely polite and mannered. I’ll definitely be back, thank you Uptown!!

Let me preface my review by stating that I’ve used this business for years, and throughout those years, in spite of the service being on the expensive side, never had an issue with their work and always left happy. However, my last visit in November resulted in my card being skimmed and over $300 fraudulent charges on my account. I knew for a fact that my card was skimmed there because it was the only time I’d used said card since it’s issuance. I called the company promptly after working with my bank, and was met with complete ambivalence. The receptionist, after receiving the details, simply asked “Was your bank able to take care of the charges?”. I let her know they were working on it and she went silent for a few moments before saying “I’m sorry that happened.” and then… crickets. I had to request that she take my contact information in order for me to speak to the owner and they didn’t even have the decency to call for a follow up. Considering the volume of business that they do every day, I can confidently assume that I am not the only person who fell victim to this skimming scam. As I previously stated, I was only able to identify the source of the skim because it was the only instance in which the card was used. For your fiscal safety, avoid doing business with Uptown Carwash.

The outside of the car was clean because a machine did it. TERRIBLE job on the inside of the car. Visible dirt left on the seats and carpet. Console not even touched! Very disappointed. Is it under new ownership? Parrots are gone.

They broke my side mirror and zip tied it back on! They pushed my mirrors in manually (I have a BMW, so we have a button for it!) Nobody addressed this and my seats are STILL dirty! All they did was wash it and vacuum it. Will NEVER return or recommend. Waste of money.

I'm not one to write negative reviews so I'll let this picture speak for itself. I just left the car wash and paid $28 plus tip and this is what my cup holders look like. When I went to the car to take off I thought it hadn't be cleaned yet but they assured me it was done. The outside looks decent but they barely touched the inside besides a light vacuuming.

I have tried this car wash several times because it is so close to my home. Unfortunately, they are consistently bad. I paid for a detail, extra for matt's, bug removal etc. They barely touched the inside. I pointed out all the things I immediately saw and the employee just got an attitude with me. I would not suggest this place.
