After leaving the take 5 on Massard in Fort Smith, AR we got on the interstate to head home and heard a noise the whole way back to Alma. I called my dad and had him come look at my car and he said my skid plate was not clipped back into place so he zip tied it up and sent me back to take 5 where the service was sub par and Roger tried to tell me that I didn’t have the clips to begin with but the car was not making a noise before my visit here. Roger also stated that the guy must have forgotten to replace them, that they were out of stock of the clips, but now he could go back down and put them on. Which didn’t make any sense. Overall - my oil was changed but now my skid plate is torn up.

While the technicians were nice, they didn't do everything on the checklist. My wiper fluid wasn't topped off. My windshield wasn't cleaned and my wipers weren't checked. Those details missed makes me suspect enough that I won't be returning.

The two gentleman there that was servicing my car for an oil change or so nice and so friendly. They were very positive when talking, and they were so nice to me. I went and bought them lunch. Had my oil changed in my challenger on August 19th, brought my own oil which was $90.00 because I only use royal purple. I was charged $83.19 for oil change, the receipt said $45 oil change I told them I brought my own oil. He said it didn’t matter, they even changed my drain plug. I had oil hand prints all over the hood of my car, one of the guys wife or girlfriend was sitting in her car parked in a bay not being used, and making comments on my choice of oil and my challenger. So after spending $173 now i noticed I have an oil leak on my car. This car doesn’t get driven very often.

Will not be back. Called to find out prices, get there the prices are different. Lady was rude when she told me the total and I told her that was not with the coupon she told me it. A repeated it wasnt . She finally fixed . They also were telling me to pull out but looking at the invoices they said windshield and tire pressure was checked. It was not i aske for that to be completed.

I'm always very cautious of quick change oil places. They have a habit of trying to upsell you for services you don't need. Quite often the service techs are not very knowledgeable about what they are doing. That was not the case here. I took my work truck in there because we use a fleet service and they honored it. There were two service techs there, one was very friendly and upbeat the other appeared to be having a grumpy morning. However he was not rude to me he just grumbled about my vehicle. The air filter was hard to access, to get to the oil drain he had to take a cover off that was hard to access and the oil filter was hard to get off. As I said he was not rude to me just appeared to be having a grumpy morning. Collectively it was a positive experience and they will get my return business.

Spent $118 for the oil change. Did not include cabin or engine filter. That's with a $20 off coupon. The next day my skid plate came undone and drug all the way home. It only had 1 pen in it. Let it be known, my husband did my oil change the time prior. He said that pen didn't go to my car. What on earth! Over priced... my husband ended up fixing the skid plate. (He was not happy)

I have been using this company for some time now. Same place, every time. Multiple vehicles. This last time, was the last time. The sly fluid change that just so happen to need servicing after I tell you that I have very little general automobile knowledge. They told me the price on everything else, why not the diff fluid? Maybe because it's 100 damn dollars, almost as much as the oil change. An " 8 minute job" for 100 bucks. I wouldn't be so frustrated if the transparency was there.

Do not go here! These people improperly bled my car. I went there for a coolant flush and they did it improperly which caused my perfectly fine car to over heat immediately I left (vapor was literally coming out). I went back to let them know and they claimed they see new hoses on my car so whoever fixed it damaged something. Mind you, I changed these hoses 4 months ago. My car has been perfectly fine after that change. I drive every single day. These cannot own up to the fact that they caused damage. These guys were in such a hurry to perform the coolant flush that I didn’t see the coolant they flushed out. Seems to me they didn’t even flush it all the way out. Save yourself the trouble and do not go there!

The staff earned the two stars for their friendliness. Other than that it was not the best experience. I got right into the bay but it still took 45 minutes for an oil change. They didn't check tires, clean windshield, or fill the wiper fluid. I don't think other fluids were checked either. For the premium price over Walmart, I would expect a more thorough service, a quicker one, or any other benefit.

Service was great….had oil changed Sunday then the following day got worse. While driving home from work on the interstate today the under part (skid plate)of my car that protects everything came off and was dragging. Had to pull over on the interstate to see what was going on. Come to find out all of the bolts are gone. Absolute nightmare. Noticed in a review left 3 months ago the same thing happened to someone else. Had to drive home (from Springdale to Van Buren) with it dragging the ground because I had nothing to keep it up. Would not recommend going to this location.
