Just got my car washed, but unfortunately, the soap left streaks all over the vehicle. Not impressed with the service. Wouldn't recommend this car wash - seems like they're not interested in fixing their issues. Don't waste your money here.

They used to be good, but not anymore. None of their vacuum works and all their towels are usually dripping wet. The wash itself is ok but not great.

This car wash is just alright. My car was still dirty in the front and on the drivers side after I went through the wash. I bought the regular $8 wash. However, their vacuums work very well! I would go here because it’s close to my house but I wouldn’t buy a monthly subscription.

Avoid this place! They will beg you to get the pro 5 and pro 5 plus service, which includes the tire shine, they won’t tell you though that you have to come back to the vacuum area and request a tire shine, my car was left dirty and tire shine wasn’t conducted. They will scam you buy higher costing car wash, and then also try to set you up with monthly membership. Do not fall for them. I’d avoid this place at all cost. Please check out my pictures after I paid $20 for “cash wash” and tire shine.

The only good thing about this place is the few vacuums. I just got their top wash using a half off coupon I got for getting an oil change at their sister company. There are spots all over the glass, the wheels don't look like they were even wet much less cleaned, the back of the vehicle is sill completely dirty, and there is noticeable soap on both sides of the truck. Wish I'd just paid full price down the street where I usually go and used my own vacuum at home.

I went on 7/12 for a one time car wash, which was fine. But now just noticed I'm being charged once again 8/12 for the same amount. Looking through the reviews, this seems to be happening to other customers. How is that even legal? I already messaged the company about this and will update once I hear back from them. I would definitely avoid this place.

Great location and service, my only complaint is they close way before 7 every day. Business hours state 7pm but on multiple different occasions the vacuums are shut down by 6:30 with the cleaning station as well.

My day was going so so meaning not entirely good but no bad either. Just lost in thought about all of the things I have to do today. I pulled into my favorite car wash and was drying off my car when Ethan, a Worker there, just walked up to me…said hello and asked how I was doing and did I enjoy the wash… that to me, that kind of customer service is almost a lost art. Welcoming customers, asking them how is their day going, making sure we are happy with the work done is what brings customers like me back! Service with a firm handshake and a smile. I’m in McKinney TX and you all should come get your car right! Special props to Naythan and Ray!

Cancelling my membership of many months as the car wash is just not good anymore. The last few times I’ve gone the quality has gotten worse and worse, when I go through after a regular cadence to make use of my membership, this is the third time in the last 5-6 times I’ve gone that my car comes out dirty like this and it’s enough now to have to say something as I chalked it up to off days where maybe something was up with the machines because before this wouldn’t happen. Additionally, and the worst part, I went through the car wash today and it actually peeled and damaged part of my bumper??? I’m not sure if it was an alignment issue with the automatic pushing of your car (which the employees are supposed to help you with) or scraped on something during the inside of the actual car wash itself but as these photos show, the car is dirty and part of my bumper is now damaged. I need compensation for a repair or replacement of this part as it is not cheap and this shouldn’t be even a concern for somewhere that you’re supposed to leave with your car looking better than when you arrived. Edit (03/03/2025): Contacted the number left below and received a ticket number to expect them to reach back out. A little bit of a round about system but waiting for them to reach out to me now regarding this. If the resolution is helpful I figured it’s good to update here as to let others know what to expect if they have their own issues here. Edit (03/11/2025): Contacted number again and customer service told me that I need to visit the location in person to file an incident report due to the damage, and that the ticket is being closed. I was not told this the first time that I called support, and not sure I would’ve found out that I need to go to the location unless I reached out again which luckily I did just to follow up since I hadn’t heard anything back. Visited the office and the manager was not available which is fine, but now I left my information again on paper this time with the employees that were present, and will be waiting for a call, text, or email back regarding the damage to my vehicle and about the cleaning of the vehicle not being done sufficiently as well. Edit (3/30/2025): I have not been contacted by anybody by email or phone. The manager apparently isn’t there often during regular operations which is fine, however it makes it difficult to come in person and get anything done when incidents like this occur. I will try to go in person again soon when the chance arises but only if the manager is there, which hopefully I can confirm by phone before driving to the location but that wasn’t made clear last time I called as it goes directly to what seems like global support. Edit (4/11/2025): Called and left a voice message to the location through the phone number left to me. Still have not heard back and don't see how I can meet with the manager if I don't know when they are there, considering last time that I went the employees told me is irregular. Really bad so far. Edit (4/30/2025): Still have not heard back. I attempted to move this along by reaching someone on the support team by email, and although they told me that if it has been 2 working days, they will inform the District Manager for a status update. After clarifying the situation further to them and asking some follows up questions, I am now receiving the directions again to visit the site and speak with the site manager, but I will be replying with the history of this issue and hopefully they will understand that this is clearly not a good next step. It has been over 7 weeks since I went to the location and was told that the site manager would reach me by the employees there, and I left my email and phone number. I have not been contacted, but now I guess I'm expected to track down the site manager on my own time? I am feeling like this process is meant to make the customer drop it instead of actually being helpful, something that I am hopefully proven wrong about.

There is no use in taking a membership. We will be canceling ours. We just visited today, and the employee standing there only pretended to do something. He didn’t actually use the brush or clean the car. Once we entered the car wash, the soap was sprayed everywhere but it didn’t clean the car at all. On top of that, the water pipes were not working properly, and one of the cleaning stations was completely out of order. After coming out, we had to wash and clean the car ourselves. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I would give 0 stars if possible, these machines won't work, don't print receipts, took 5 swipes for my card to even register, then since everything is manual the guy working the lane forgot to actually turn on the machines at all, I had to wait an entire cycle while nothing happened until I could spin around and go again (re swipe the card of course) they bent my license plate somehow to a ridiculous degree, machines move dangerously and clearly are in need of repair, all of this is before I even mention the immense scratching all over my recently purchased car. AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague, tons of better options that won't charge you just to damage your car. Absolutely horrid experience and I wouldn't return here if my life depended on it.

Bought the $35/unlimited subscription, just for this carwash to leave soap and suds all over my suv. The soap rollers didn’t even touch my suv and also the rinser at the end spit out a few drops of water leaving my car dripping with soap. Upon talking to the manager about canceling my membership they didn’t even offer to rise off my soapy car. Horrible service I will never ever come here again.

Thanks Zay! Take 5 is convenient and easy self service access. The spray bottles and microfiber towels are always stocked up and ready for use. The team members staged at the wash entrance initiate the wash by wiping the bumpers/glass. I would recommend!

The car wash exit pushes you into SPEEDING ALLEY TRAFFIC!!! Do not show up on a busy day or you will have an accident. Would not recommend. Decent car wash, though.

Best Take Five Car Wash in the area and the only one where the employees genuinely care about the service. Specifically, Zay is awesome. He’s friendly, helpful, and deserves a raise!! It was absolutely freezing outside after the ice storm, and he still offered to help with my car. I’m there almost every other day, and it’s always a great experience.

I would give them a 5 star review, because their carwash does an excellent job and doesn’t scratch my truck. Their unlimited plan is a great value too. But the one thing is, they are always closing early. I work about 30 minutes away and I can’t ever get here early enough after work. I tried to come yesterday (Tuesday @ 6:45 PM) and they were already closed. So today I got off work early, (Wednesday @ 6:00 PM) and they’re already closed, an hour early… And this isn’t the first time. This happens all the time. About a month ago I got here close to closing time and they turned off the carwash when I was half way thru it. It took about 10 minutes for them to figure it out and turn it back on…It seems to be primarily staffed by 18-22 year olds, which is understandable, but seriously people, Why don’t you want to work? IMO They need to make these things automated for members 24/7…
