NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! If you don’t care about your paint and just want your car clean then whatever floats your boat BUT if you care about your car don’t! I’ve always hand washed my car due to me being a little bit overprotective but today I was being lazy and just wanted a quick wash and it was the biggest mistake scratch’s all over my car and yellow spots from the soap

As a retired Colonel (USAF); stopped by to give this car wash a try. Kahran (I hope I spelled his name correctly); picked up on my chat about registering online for a monthly pass with military / veteran discount. After thanking me for my service; he offered a courtesy wash. That sort of customer goodwill is outstanding ; and made a positive impact on my initial experience. After going through the wash, and touch drying a few spots - I was quite happy with the results on our 2000 BMW 740iL (we’ve owned since new in 2000). Off to signup now for the monthly car wash thanks to Kahran!

Love this place! I’ve had a membership for over a year & they always do right by their customers. I stopped by today and my tag wasn’t working, so Zell (who was very kind and professional), printed me a new tag, helped take off my old one, and cleaned my window to put on my new sticker. I have one right around the corner from my house, but I’d rather come to this one. From start to finish, the soap coverage is so thorough I can barely see out of my car which is exactly how a real wash should be. I especially love their drying system, which blows off about 80–90% of the water before you head to the vacuum station. They come out and make sure I leave with a Take 5 air freshener. Top-notch experience every time!

I got a subscription, and it was all was good until I tried to cancel it. It was not possible to register my RFID code with their website. I could not create my web account, and bind it to my car. That meant I couldn't log in, to cancel my account. I talked with them on the phone and that too was impossible (you can't get through). Finally I had to drive BACK there (I'd moved away) to cancel in person. Finally, the person there said they'd canceled it, and it seemed done. Until I got more charges on my CC. At the end of my rope, I disputed the charges at the bank, and they agreed with me. FINALLY the charges were removed from my card... I just got a text message from Take 5 telling me they can't charge my card, and I need to log into the website to update my info. IF I COULD DO THAT, WE WOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH EACH OTHER ANY MORE! If you get a subscription here, plan to be charged for months after you cancel, unable to resolve it with them.

I come here often as I have a monthly subscription. In all the time I've been come here, Zell was the first person who was intentional when directing me going into the wash so my tires wouldn't scrub against the thing that pulls the vehicles through! Then on top of that, he has EXCELLENT customer service!

SCAMMERS.... SCAMMERS.. BE CAREFUL. This place scams kids. My son is it college and before her went off he got his car washed. Even though he did not opt for monthly deal the person signed him up. Many calls and promises to refund almost 6 months of charges ....no refund. Be very careful if you go here. Getting your money back after getting scammed is an even bigger deal. I am still waiting for them to refund my son's money.

It pains me to write a bad review, because the employees at this location are super friendly and helpful, but I have also had the same experience with an annual membership as a previous reviewer. My experience was a bit different because I bought my membership on the website, but have been unable to get a sticker on my car to use the wash. They cannot find my membership in their system to even put a sticker on my car. I have also contacted customer service and no response.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for about six months now. I come every other morning before work. About once or twice a week I’m sitting there 820 to 830 waiting for them to open and nobody shows up. Extremely frustrating when your hours are posted. You open at 8 and consistently don’t open until 30 minutes later.
