I had the antenna on my F150 truck pulled off and it also pulled out my passenger side fog light. There was only one bottle of interior spray in the stand. There were no bottles of glass spray at all They did have a few clothes to use. I only saw one attendant on duty. My visit was on Friday, October 3,2025 around 3 pm. The vacuum did work well. This place has taken a nose dive in the last few months. I am a monthly member and if this kind of thing continues I will look elsewhere. Take care of the customers and employees they will take care of you. Think about it.

The person. Who was directing you into the car wash was on her cell phone and was agitated that my tires were crooked while on the phone. Multiple vacum cleaners were broken or missing from stations. There are c I consistently no towels available. Poor service but qyuic to debit my account for monthly payments

The most trash location in Memphis. Do not go here, the lady (Rickita) in the front that claims she is the manager forces you to show the pass sticker and make you stick it onto your car windshield which is so stupid. No other location does that! She look slow and don’t know what she doing

I usually wash my own car but it's getting colder out I thought bout just running it thru the wash and go on my way. They offer a monthly plan $22 with tire and wax great deal for colder months when I don't feel like getting out of the car

Georgia resident, raised in Memphis. Went to this car wash because it “looked” legit. Guy there didn’t even have the machines turned on. Finished the wash and noticed my back window of my SUV had soap still on it. No big deal, until I went to use my rear wiper and noticed it wasn’t wiping. Figured they taped it down, NOPE! Broke off, BECAUSE they didn’t tape it down. Said they aren’t responsible for it. Gone head wash your car on your own, if this is the only one open.

The staff is always so helpful and nice great job on fixing the vacuums it was very stressful having to wait on the very few that were working could use more towels at the station but other than that I see a big difference in the location overall keep it up even told a few coworkers about the location

The absolute most TRASH location in the city! The drive thru wash is broken and defected in so many areas that you’ll need to go through 2-3 times to get a decent wash. The Vaccums barely work if at all! There is hardly ever any cleaning materials available. Staff is completely nonchalant! Waste of time and money..

First time at Take 5 car wash it was a horrible experience. The car wash don’t have the brush to clean the top of your car it just spray out soap and water so top still dirty. Proceed to vacuum it’s no towels nor the spray bottles. I also got a membership and the woman at the front who was helping out was very rude. Worse car wash experience definitely disappointed after hearing great things about Take 5.

This has to be the worst Take 5 Car Wash in the entire Shelby Metro area. I rarely visit this location, but every time I do, it’s the same issues over and over again. The spray bottles are always empty or watered down, the towels are either nonexistent or so dirty you don’t even want to touch them, and the staff moves slow or seems like they just don’t care. Don’t even get me started on the vacuums and the air, they’re barely functional. This location desperately needs new management because at this rate, it won’t be operating much longer. Do better.

Well here go. I started going thru the carwash and it malfunctioned. Pushed the front of my truck into the big brush that goes over the top of your car. The carwash stoped and the attendant came over and looked and said it’s broke. So I’m thinking that she is going to raise all the arms so I could drive out. Nope she proceeded to restart the carwash not once but multiple times. Finally the arm raised enough so it would let my truck go by. When I got out of the carwash I stopped my truck and looked at the front grill. It was all mashed in. Got the manager and did a report and was told someone would call me that day. Well nobody has contacted me and it’s been 2 days now. It has been a week now with no contact accept from costumer service saying we are escalating it now wait 48 hours. March 31 2025 Don’t expect take 5 todo anything when there carwash damages your truck. They told me they reviewed all video and take 5 is not at fault .

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred on November 28, 2025, at approximately 9:30 AM at your 3736 Riverdale, Memphis, TN location. I have been a loyal Take 5 Car Wash customer for several years, and the experience I had this morning was deeply disappointing and concerning. Upon entering the bay, I was approached by an employee who identified herself as the manager, named Rickita. She requested to see my car wash pass, which I provided. She then informed me that the pass must be displayed on my windshield—something I had not previously been told. The location where I originally purchased the pass simply handed it to me and did not place it on my windshield. I explained that I had never experienced an issue at any other location and that I preferred not to place the pass on my tinted windshield. In response, she abruptly stated that she would deactivate my pass if I did not comply. Feeling pressured and not wanting to lose my membership, I allowed her to place it on the windshield. After completing the wash, I returned for a second wash because my vehicle was still dirty. When I asked for her name, she again stated that she was the manager, Rickita. My inquiry appeared to upset her, as she immediately repeated the threat to deactivate my pass. Feeling uncomfortable, I chose not to respond and rolled up my window due to her escalating tone and demeanor. She then began knocking loudly on my window and demanded that I roll it down. When I complied, she again asked if I wanted my pass deactivated. I politely told her that it was not necessary and left the premises. I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior, which made me feel disrespected and unsafe as a customer. After years of consistent patronage, this encounter has caused me to reconsider whether I will continue my membership with Take 5 Car Wash. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed, as no customer should be spoken to or treated in this manner. Thank you for your time and attention.

I literally just only went for a regular wash but now I have made friends Jaquaris and Kyndall. They explained in full detail about the different washes and now I got a membership. Its very clean. Martez and Randy showed me where the sprays and wash cloths where at. They was so nice and neat. This was my first time coming here and I will be back everyone is so nice and friendly. Everyone greeted me. They all were very professional.

HORRIBLE! I want to give 0 stars, but I can't post this review giving at least 1. I heard/felt something weird as I went through the car wash and I discovered what it was when I got home. It ripped my antenna through the fender of my truck. Jennifer, the manager, spoke with the employee as he gave me the damage claim form. She told him that there was no use in completing the form because they are not paying for the repair and I may as well contact an attorney. I told him that I wanted the form completed anyway. It has been more than 48 hours and I still have not heard from them.
