I always have a good experience at Take 5. Helpful staff of my car comes out very clean. I like that they have the cleaning supplies near the vacuums. It’s a good value compared with other car washes that are more expensive.

It was a great car wash. It is the first time I have used the one on Garden of the gods but, it was a very good quality car wash. My truck was very very dirty, but it got it nice and clean. Now that I found this location on Garden of the Gods, this will be my go to place when I’m down in Colorado Springs. I Really recommend getting a membership. It’s the same cost as one car wash, but it’s good for all month.

Horrible customer service from Corporate! The folks at this particular location are ALL very nice and helpful, However.... Corp, Driven Brands, is horrible to work with and practice bait and switch with pricing. In addition, the dryers are often broken or malfunctioning. I sighed up for an inexpensive car wash package that was supposed to be $16/mo. I was not paying attention....they started charging my CC $29.99/mo. immediately. This has been going on for 18 months. when I approached customer service, via email (NO other way to communicate), I was told, too bad....no refund or adjustment was offered. Buyer beware....there are TOO many car washes in Colorado Springs to choose from-don't choose this company! Their brand includes: Meineke, Macco, Take 5 Oil, Econlube to name a few. This corporation does NOT care about customer service!

Does not get wheels clean by any stretch of the imagination. Does an ok job but could definitely slow down the drying process so you don't have to spend so much time getting the spots off.

Damaged my roof rack, I have been through previously without issues. Manager is never there and the 2 people there don't even know how to fill out a report. Can't get a hold of corporate either. Do not use this wash/corporation

Great car wash!! Nice to be able to clean windows and interior in the vacuum location.. Great suction on vacuums I live super close so as a member I can wash my new truck twice weekly!!

Last time I visited this car wash, the equipment was broken. There was an attendant out front by the automated pay machine trying to upsell me on a more expensive wash but they did not notify me the car wash was not operating before I paid and entered. The brushes were not spinning and my car was not cleaned. I complained afterward to the manager and requested a refund. He told me the main oil system was broken but they were forced by corporate to keep the wash open. He said the local sites could not issue a refund and I needed to visit the corporate website to request one, which I did. I received a response days later via email saying that only the local site could issue refunds because credit card numbers are not passed to corporate. So they not only 1) took my money for a wash that was not working, but they 2) tried to get me to pay even more, 3) refused to refund my money, and 4) lied about not being able to refund my money. Very unethical! I will never give these people my business again.

I always have a great experience at the Take 5 Car Wash near me, and a big part of that is thanks to Charlie, who is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. He goes above and beyond every time I stop by—whether it’s making sure everything runs smoothly, answering questions, or just offering great customer service with a smile. The wash itself is fast, efficient, and leaves my car looking spotless, and the vacuums are super convenient and powerful. It’s rare to find both great service and a great wash in one place, but this location delivers every time thanks to people like Charlie!

This place used to be great, but recently it seemed to have headed in a downhill direction. In the last couple months shown up at 7:40 and they still haven't even opened yet which is frustrating when I'm on my way to work and they say they open at 7:00.... They've also had issues with the scanner not working so you end up having to sit there and wait for someone to come verify that you have a membership. With all the new car washes opening around the area with new equipment, it's likely that's a better decision and my family will be switching.

Yeah don’t go here. Half my car was soapy driving out like soap suds and all on the back end of my car . Also the dryers are terrible , my car got scraped up. The vacuums ARE TERRIBLE. Waste of time smh

We normally like the take 5 concept. Love the rags and cleaning supplies. But, they don’t like Jeeps. They put the brush settings that barely touched my Jeep, so we switched companies.

I have been going here for years but I recently moved to a different state and I needed to update my renewal. The team members were unable to find my account due to us coming from out of state. They did give us a free wash which was great but I still need my account located to renew my sticker..

I needed to wash my car fast and this is the closest to me. first thing I noticed was how expensive the car wash is. especially for what little they offer. I just needed to clean the construction dust off my car so I chose the $10 wash. I opened the cover to my moon roof so I could watch. There was zero water until the rinse. zero. The brushes never even touched my car. basically I paid $10 to have some suds dropped on my car, my tire scraped, not sure if it is their line that is uneven, or if the guy who directed me in didn't direct me in properly but my tire scraped the entire time. not going to be happy if I have to buy a new tire in the near future because I just had these checked and they were good. driving away with water all over my car because the blowers don't blow very hard, are very short, and I was pulled through quickly. I pulled over to vacuum the car, but then noticed the time and I don't have time to do it. I did notice that the vacuums are just your ordinary average tube so I don't know how good they would have done anyway. I'm posting a couple of pictures of the roof of my car. I don't know if it shows in the pictures how dirty it is, but, the brushes literally did not even touch my car. Also, one picture of the back of my car. overall, extremely disappointed in the purchase. I could have sprayed my car down in my driveway and save $10, and the time it took me to drive here.

Probably the worst car wash. I have been through so many Carwashes in town and this without doubt is probably the worst. Second time going through their equipment failed and tore a roof accessory right off that even curves downwards. This was a metal part. I have never had an issue with quick quack, freedom express, circle k, or super star carwash just to name a few. When I went in to discuss this with the attendant, I was told to wait and he would go to retrieve my broken parts. I could see several broken pieces from other vehicles scattered throughout the wash bay. When he came back he believed he was handing me my broken part but I noticed it had Toyota stamped on it and look like it was to a driver side mirror. The attendant had stated that their retractor sensor had been failing recently and no one has came to fix it yet. It doesn’t matter what you cover and what you don’t. The fact is customers come to you to hopefully take care of their vehicle and your locations tear up their vehicle instead. I had turn in a claim and received no response. Not even a denial! The wash always feels like something bad is going to happen a little after halfway when going through. If you like this place you must be gullible or blind. And yes it misses so much. The other reviews showing everything it misses are accurate.
