Hey everybody out there! I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Mister Car Wash and their great employees. Some might say I'm bit of a fanatic. My motto is, if it doesn't shine, it isn't mine. What I'm really trying to say is I've been coming to Mister Car Wash since they opened in 2019. I've lived in Colorado Springs since 1974. So I have been to every Car Wash in town. But I have never seen the quality like this company puts out in their employees and the Car Wash. It's exceptional, to put it frankly...it's the best! The employees are top shelf and are always there for your needs. Which is very rare in this day in age. Now I have two dogs. One is a German shepherd, the other is a great pyrenees. Their vacuums are so powerful, it pulls the hair, right out of the interior. Many of you who know how hard it is to get dog hair out of the vehicle know how difficult it is .their employees are constantly on top of those filters and vacuums to provide the best suction. I believe I pay $29 for each of my vehicles.i can Wash them 10 times a day if I wanted. All with a smiling face, saying thank you for being a mister customer, sincerely John Elliott. P.S. Ruben Villasana should be put up as a manager. One more thing . I was Vice Chairman of United Transportation Union over 4000 men . I wish I had 4000 men like him. I am also an old ranger and I don't give out flowers unless their duty is deserved.

I’ve always had such a great experience here. It is so clean and the trashes are always upkept so there’s always room for my chic fil a bags that are lying around in my car. I specifically leant to thank the employee here named Ivan, as was really helpful when I had questions about the membership. Just short and sweet. Thank you Ivan! Would highly recommend this car wash to anyone who wants to keep their car clean regularly. It’s affordable and easy!

I'm completely bummed out that I had to cancel my membership today. The first time I canceled because it bent my antenna. Today it ripped the windshield wipers off my car. I am very unhappy about this. My $20 membership cost me $60 this month with repairs. I only got one car wash. I will never do this again. If they had a touch-free option I would come back.

I paid for the most expensive wash for $18. And the whole backside of my car as well as the passenger side was covered in street water stains still that wipes off with a rag. So they dont even reach most of your car. Updated 10/17/24 Went back again today hoping things have been improved or fixed. And they have not. Do not take your car here as most of your car won’t be clean….

Great car wash and staff. First thing that struck me was how friendly everyone there is. Car wash was perfect and a great value compared to one nearby. I will be back. Shout out to Enrique. My front licesne plate was loose (my fault not theirs). Came off at the car wash and I did not realize it was missing until about 3 weeks later. Went back to see if by some chance they had it there so I could avoid a trip to DMV for a replacement. Wasn't expecting them to have it I had no idea where it was. They had it told me they never throw them away if they find one. Thank you Enrique and other staff who helped me today. Saved me a lot if hassle w DMV!

The car wash was nice and my only complaint is that not all of the vacuums were working, so I had to get my kids back into my car and move my vehicle to another spot in order to clean it up. I did appreciate the air blowing machines so that I could spot detail clean inside my car.

Good location with friendly staff! This carwash doesn't get the back of a vehicle well, so be prepared to do a thorough wipe down.
