This isn’t the first time this has happened but it has been a while so I tried it again. After the $14 car wash, I noticed the soap wasn’t rinsed off the back of my van so the attendant let me go through again. After that, I went to the vacuums and noticed the back was still dirty. I give up.

Wow! The customer service here is unmatched! Jon treated me with so much kindness. He answered all my questions with a great attitude and showed me how to use the mat brushes machines! Went so far out of his way to help me out. Never going to another car wash again.

This place is awesome! Not only do they have all the things for you to be able to truly detail you car out but I was there yesterday and accidentally locked my keys in my car as I was wiping things down. The manager we amazing and offered to drive me to my house 2 miles away so I could get my spare and brought me back to the car wash. This will always be my first choice for car washes moving forward! And thanks again! You really helped bail me out.

My car was not even that dirty and it came out almost the same, especially the rear end area. These people need to fix whatever is wrong with there rollers and get them to clean better. Total waste of time and money.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and before the name change. Definitely don’t feel like it’s worth your money now. Now it’s $10 for a wash that isn’t even that good. They also got rid of the vending machine with cleaning items sadly as well as never having trash bags in their trash can. Besides that vacuums being decent I don’t think I have much of a reason to come back. Was wayyy better before they changed to Take 5.

Honestly, I really enjoyed this car wash and immediately got a membership, However, there have been three occasions in the last week when I have shown up at two or 3 PM, just to see that you guys have closed five or six hours early. No explanation no signs. I understand maintenance or something breaking, but multiple times in the same five day period? Always around 2 or 3 pm. What’s the point of a membership? It is more frustrating because I see multiple people sitting there using the vacuums with their cars freshly washed, and the one time I was able to get an explanation was because an equally frustrated customer in front of me flagged down one of the workers walking around, Asking why y’all are always closed. He said an air compressor was broken, While me and the customer were watching a car go through the wash.

It washed my Lincoln good, but it left my tires and rims horrible. They need to focus on the bottom of the vehicle as well, that's part of a great car wash. Who has the time to keep running there vehicle through car washes? especially when it sits in a garage. It also only offers the vacuum. Quick Quack offers towels to dry your car off, free vacuuming and the machines to buy certain things to clean a car. Thank goodness I had my own towels. I gave a lady one, because she wanted to dry her car off properly. I wasn't impressed nor will I keep the membership. There are plenty of other better car washes in town.

As of 01/03/2026, I am still getting charged from Take 5 even though it is not the business name anymore for that location. No emails to notify me of the change and every time I've gone, the carwash is closed. My car has not been washed in weeks and yet I am still getting charged for the subscription. Not fair to the customers at all.

Took both front fender trims right off my Tesla Model X. They popped back in but the front bottom portion that screws on to the front of the car broke off on both sides so my trim will possibly be flying off in my next drive. I filed a claim, they took pics and two days later I get an email telling me that it was not their fault and that the trim popped back in so there was "no damage" even though they have the pics showing about 2 inches broken off the front trim on both sides. In all honesty I wasn't expecting them to take responsibility anyway, they are a garbage company. Not to mention the car came out dirty. If you value your car, go elswhere.

10/10 It was late at night and I went to my usual car wash and they were closed I came here and it was amazing better then any other car wash my car looked amazing. Also the lights and colors in the wash just made it 100 times better. It alos wasn’t loud at all I was able to hear my music while in the wash but all in all 10/10 experience.

I went to this car wash just over a week ago. I asked if I could drive through With a roof rack and they said of course. I drove through and it lifted my cargo box off of my roof rack and ripped off my front crossbar. They said corporate will contact me. No one has contacted me. I’m having to file a claim and pay a deductible out-of-pocket. Do not do business with this place. You have replied for me to call you at a number that only directs me to an operator. The operator has spoken with me multiple times saying that she has emailed claims and claims will be in touch with me. No one has called me. No one has tried to help me. UPDATE 11/21/25 I’ve called their corporate office several times, no one has called me back or responded. Do not do business with this car wash unless you are OK with their machine malfunctioning and damaging your vehicle. I had to pay $1000 deductible to get my car fixed. This company did nothing to reimburse me.

Every time I come to take Five it is always so clean! The employees are always up and moving around working. They’re eager to help and even help disabled individuals detail their car if needed. That’s above and beyond. The Employees, Shelby, John and the rest of the staff are great, helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I am also very impressed that the cleaning station is always well stocked and ready to go for the next customer. Great business, great employees! 10/10 highly recommended! Also the lot always looks great, it’s obvious the employees care about their establishment.
