For 25 dollars a wash I should have a clean truck. See pictures. There are better places for your money.

Overall, it's a car wash that you can trust and have your car washed at. I appreciate the owner's willingness to take responsibility and ensure issues are resolved. Great customer service.

I am new to the area and needed a car wash after travel. My car has a folded up travel rack on the back from the recent move from N.Y. and I was not sure I could go through the wash without causing damage to either my car/rack or the wash facility. I was told I could not go through the wash. Definitely understandable!!! But, as long as I made the trip to this particular wash facility I decided to use the FREE vacuums as posted and advertised everywhere. As I started to vacuum, the same person at the wash window came out to tell me I could not use the vacuum as it was only for those who paid for a wash. So, my question is, where does it say the FREE vacuums are only allowed if you pay for a wash--NOWHERE READILY VISIBLE on site or online-- and, if that's the case are they really FREE? I would have returned for future washes once the carrier was removed but sadly, I will NEVER patronize this wash facility or brand and share this where I can which is a shame since my husband, 2 sons and a grandson are all active duty or veterans. I dont know Colorado law, but in NY this is called bait and switch and is illegal. At the very least what does a 5 min. vacuum cost if it costs you future business?

I like the fact that they have two vacuums for each car but the fact that you pay $16 for a tire shine and you don't really see the tire shine other car washes only charge 12 bucks and the tires really shine.

Been coming here for years. Recently moved on the north side of town but still come here. Much better customer service and friendly staff Than the cooperate chains around town. The manager (not sure his name) is a solid dude. The monthly premium membership pays for itself after the 2nd wash. I try to wash mine every Saturday morning so it’s worth it. The wash itself is great with ceramic coating that definitely gets me through the week even when it rains. They are closed on sundays which is a bummer to us customers but good to see the leadership teams gets their people a weekend day off. The location is also close to Carson so a lot of military peps like myself. Never terribly busy and plenty of vacuums ! Make sure to ask for microfiber towels as like most car washes the water is pulled to the back so there will sometimes be water left over. I drive a stock focus so I’m not sure how the wash does with after market parts but it’s worth asking about. My membership is decent racking in about 35-40 dollars a month! Overall best wash I’ve been to in town. Definitely will be coming here for many years to come

I paid for the $16 option and the experience was pretty good overall. A couple minor complaints: Dryers could be a bit more powerful/last longer. There was still a decent amount of water that needed wiped after. Some wheels were still pretty dirty afterwards and would need to wash them again myself.

20 dollar wash with quality of a 7 dollar touch less gas station wash. When I called to express my concerns, was told management wasn’t there and left my number for a call back. Sent an email over a week ago and still nothing. Never will go there again. Terrible wash for the money and not enough vacuums.

I went through the car wash last Friday and when I got home I noticed my rear bumper was loose and there was a piece of cloth from the car wash stuck in between my bumper and the brake light, on top of that my bumper sensors are not working. The red cloth that moves left to right to clean your car got stuck and pulled out my bumper. They refused to take responsibility or to provide me with a copy of the video. Be very careful. This is going to cost me a lot of money. By the way my vehicle is a new Tahoe and I didn’t have any damage prior to going into the carwash. I have pictures to show the damage. Also, the employee at the window told me this has happened before on other vehicles.

5 stars! I wish I would of taken a before picture. I took my truck camping and thoroughly impressed with this car wash. Im always concerned with car washes because of the black paint, but my truck came out looking polished. I didnt even need to dry my truck and the free vacuums are clutch. Will definitely come here again.

The owner of this car wash is the utmost professional and genuinely cares about customers. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority, as they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The staff is professional, courteous, and detail-oriented, making every visit a positive one. The wash itself is top-notch, leaving my car spotless, and the vacuums are powerful and well-maintained. It’s refreshing to see a business that values both quality service and customer relationships!

I paid 20 dollars for the car to be cleaned and it's still dirty. What's the point of paying for the most expensive wash if it doesn't even get all the dirt off??? Waste of money, don't go here.

The basic wash does not remove water stain and dust from your car. It’s a joke for $10. Feels like it just make your car wet. The operator was very kind and professional he told me to go for a free run but honestly even after he was going seriously on with the high pressure on my front bumper the water stain stayed on the windshield.

AVOID! This is just another of many reviews pointing out how this place damages vehicles. Wish I had read the reviews before I went in here. DO NOT use this place Unless you want your vehicle destroyed and still dirty. Not only did this wash not get my vehicle clean, it mangled my truck. Ripped off half my left rear fender flare which will cost about $900 to get replaced. It left abrasion marks on the right side of my truck, and even bent the license plate. Unfortunately I didn’t stop again to refuel until I was in Amarillo Texas and didn’t notice all the damage until then.

Right next to Walmart and sams club. Best auto car wash my truck has ever had. I can't believe how clean my truck came out. I ordered the top one and all of the bugs came off my windshield except for two.

I will never go to this car wash again. I paid $20 and my vehicle was still dirty. Also, the tire shine is a joke.

Best bumper removal and front license plate destruction in Town! Also have enjoyed the double charges on the membership and unrinsed wax service left on my car consistently. Leaves a nice matte finish on the paint it hasn't already scratched. Most enjoyable part of my visit today was the attendant who walked away and left me standing there with my own front bumper in my hand and had nothing further to say. 10/10 in the zero F***S given department!

Fooled! U.S. flags, Veteran-owned, mil discount, & frequent wash program that drew me in. All fair…until this car wash does damage. Then I experienced a smooth talking owner who claimed that cameras on every corner of his business did not verify my vehicle entered his carwash without any damage & that his carwash cannot do the kind of damage to my vehicle that was clearly done inside his carwash. The owner gave me runaround, avoided my calls, but eventually disingenuously told me his carwash cannot “do that damage” — at best, this is a bad faith answer. The Hotwash owner knows very well that my insurance claim process is extensive, time consuming & costly to us. Meanwhile, he benefits from the likely months long process of “subrogation” as my insurance company seeks payment from him for damages; it’s already been 10 months since our vehicle sustained over $5,000 in damage. The core principle of subrogation is that the party responsible for damage should ultimately bear the cost, not the customer; but the wait for this process, repairs to damaged vehicle, deductible paid, time & money wasted are all our costs so far. This review was truly only recourse that may help—hopeful someone reads this before paying for their car to be cleaned at Hotwash! Military & Veterans: go to Mountain Post Car Wash on McGrath—excellent vacuums, touchless, express, & self-clean bay washes available! Mtn Post Carwash employees are honest & professional!
