So, I have a real issue with trying to change my monthly plan. It's amazing how people can be so lazy. They handed my a card and told me to do it online, but you cannot do this online. Maybe they were told to say this, but its very irritating... The attached photo is from the Take 5 website they sent me to.

Seems like every time I go to either car wash in South Haven or Ollie branch they’re broke down. I have had this package for going on 2or 3 years every other car wash is working up and down Goodman Road beside take five car wash

Make sure they have the vacuums on before you go. That was the whole reason I went. He said water got inside of them and they had to cut them off. You should tell people before they pay. You should refund everyone who came through during this time today.

Didn't wash my car good at all. Attendee couldn't or didn't know how to get the $5 code I had for the $27 carwash. I was given a basic wash that left soap suds on my car with no tire shine given. Would not recommend this location.

This is the sweet spot for a good car wash value. Drive through does most of the work on the outside. Free vacuums and detail center includes clean towels and glass and interior cleaner. Friendly staff. All together, meets / exceeds expectations.

I LOVE TAKE 5 CAR WASH! It’s convenient and the employees are always so kind. It’s affordable and my kids enjoy helping me clean (which is a bonus 😂 lol). My favorite part is the extra materials that we would normally have to buy from the store, they already have available (which is pictured).
