If been jumping from car wash to car wash and I feel the Century Car Wash in Horn Lake and Southaven wash my vehicles better than any around here. Another perk is your first month is half off. Only negative is the Membership package I was $40 a month that happens to be the most expensive in the area. Staff is extremely friendly.

Excellent car wash! Truck was very clean after it passed through the wash tunnel. Very satisfied. The vacuums worked for both sides of the vehicle. Spacious to fit a larger truck and would recommend to anyone in the Southaven / Horn Lake area.

Like that you can prep your own car for cleaning before going into the automatic wash. Went during the week around 3ish. I was surprised that they have happy hour which means a discount. Good suction on vacuums which is important.

Great friendly staff and customer service. The carwash does a awesome wash on your vehicle. Love the fact there is a self-service bug removal & tire/wheel brush station. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.

I had hand washed my car, gone to the neighborhood wash weekly and my car was a dirt magnet (new GM Trailblazer). I went here 3 weeks ago, used the drive thru, personnel kindly stepped out - explained everything. Purchased the $15.00 car wash. My car is still clean (even my windows) tire shine still on tires. I am amazed. Taking my 80 yr., old mom to get hers done. Yes she still drives well. I'll be back. Worth my time and money. A. Hines

I paid for a service and the gate didn't go up for me. I asked for my refund after 6 cars went by on the right side. I asked the attendant what was the problem, they said they didn't know. I asked for a manager, she said she had no clue. I asked for a refund and to let me out, she let the arm up with no problem and said my money would be back in my account in 7-14 business days. Over a month, no refund. I went back on a different day and another manager was there. I asked he could refund me my money and he did and gave me a free wash. I would return. Maybe, it was a busy day and they were overwhelmed.

Great staff, cleaned my car super fast and accurately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Vacuums are free and big trash cans handy for throwing out unwanted garbage from my car. They even have a pre wash for bug removal, before you go through car wash, nice touch! Highly recommend, and I'll use them again!

For the safety of your vehicle, DO NOT go to this car wash. They will damage your vehicle, have you complete an incident report, admit to seeing the damage done by their facility on camera, and still refuse to complete payment.

Great car wash ! They are my favorite.drive up ,pay ( I get the $ 10 )go forward to enter the wash tunnel, met by a attendant who lines you up , making sure you're in neutral and away you go ,as you reach the end, of the tunnel a light sign turns green And you can move to the covered vacuum area , the thing that I found, they have a hose on both sides, making it easier to vacuum. You can take as much time as you need ,they have a machine to clean your floor mats ! Very best car wash ! I highly recommend century Express

The bristles from the wash will leave circular scratches on the finish of your car but I like the fact that the vacuums are free.

We have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. My wife took it through the car wash on a Wednesday around noon. We went to leave at 5:30 that afternoon and I noticed a scratch from the font of the hood to the top of the vehicle and all the down the to the back. I immediately called, but couldn’t go in until the next morning. Apparently after reviewing my statement and looking at the photos, they are not responsible for the damage because I didn’t see the scratch as soon as I came out of the car wash, they won’t do anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!

I am currently in line for a carwash 12:31 on a Monday.. Somehow the carwash machine stop working. I was told the technician is on his way. First time experience this and I won't be back. There are several carwash in area. Here I am sitting in my car waiting on the technician to fix a issue with the machine. Waste of time/energy. Don't come to this location if you don't value your time. Edit : Ben Muse resolved the issued. Therefore, I am giving this company 4 star for listening to its customer and resolving the issue right away.

This place is completely worth it and 10000% recommended! Employees are kind and helpful! My 2010 Honda Odyssey EX hasn't shined so much since the day I got her back in May! She's absolutely beautiful and stunning! Inside and out! I even got her floor mats done, too! Thank you guys so much! She's even coated with rain-x and a ceramic protective coating! I'm coming back again big time!
