Car chargeport was ripped off going through car wash. Tires on the right side are not cleans as the left. Wash doesn't clean off the smallest smudges of dirt.

A $22 car wash should be able to take all the road stuff off my car. Other surrounding car washes will wipe off ur car with soapy water before the wash itself to ensure that everything is off. I have dirty drips down my whole car. Will not be back

Take your money elsewhere where is worth it, car comes out the same as it was before going thru the washing machine, in the one in polaris at least they have a separate pressure washer where they rinse the car before it goes inside the washing process. None of the vacuum work.

I have to say I gave take 5 car wash a chance. I've been a consumer of one of their competitors for a while. But I was very, very happy with the wash I got. There was always some areas on the back of my book Jeep, white Jeep, at that, so it's definitely something to keep clean that we're never getting cleaned at a competitor and this particular take 5 did a great job. So and for the money Honestly, it's a better value for the unlimited wash. Much better purchase price than where I was going? So I am moving, they got me, check it out.

Customer service was excellent and provided valuable information. I was turned away at another location for having an out of state membership, just 4 days prior. I immediately canceled the membership as I was paying for 2 years without using it. Moved to a location that did not have the service. At this location the team was helpful and when I explained what happened days prior, he instructed that I didn't need to cancel, the other attendants probably didn't know. Long story short, I obtained a new membership because of the excellent customer service I received. Thank you.

Came all the way here and there was just one lane open and when I got to the kiosk it said cash only and it was a one-way with a car behind me so it was extremely frustrating and inconvenient to have a car wash that only accepts cash in a one-way Lane with a gate

This location on Morse Road in Columbus Ohio were taking money from my auto pay subscription but could not get access to wash my two cars. They also have rude and unprofessional workers who only screams at customers, have no clue how to resolve customer issues and do not know what customer service means. Do not sign up here. Find a different car wash.

Great car wash. The really nice thing is that your exterior gets clean, and they provide a detailing center with glass and interior cleaner and clean towels , as well as vacuums. You can get your inside as clean as your outside. Plus their top of the line wash is $9 less than those other cows.

The location is great for me. The car wash is OK but they never seen to have the car air freshener. I really wish they would do a better job with lawn care, it doesn't give a good reflection on clean.

I feel weird even posting this since I thought that I would get a call back to resolve but I have not so here goes. I went last week and this car wash is so "strong/rough" that it tore my rear view mirror off and tore my front license plate. I've never had this happen before at a car wash and was very surprised that this occurred. After reading other reviews I see that I am not the only one that car says that the machines are too rough on vehicles. The guys were very pleasant and completed an incident report and stated that I should be getting a call back but I have not. I won't be back and I will tell others the steer clear as well. I have seriously never seen a car wash like this. It literally beat my car up.

Most vacuum cleaners do not work properly, there are few or no supplies to clean your car, you almost never find them. spray bottle, there is not much difference from paying a membership to paying at the moment, since the waiting time will be the same as if you arrive and pay at the moment, and sometimes they close before closing time.

Bought the 2nd to top wash to clear ice and snow from my trucks undercarriage. Due to what appeared to be a minimal water use and apparently cold waste at that... my truck looked almost exactly the same coming out as it did going in. Not impressed at all. It looked like i got rained on at the end... cold rain

Never go to Take 5 Car Wash on Morse Road. Every visit has been a nightmare. The staff are unbelievably rude — every single time. They have zero customer service skills and none of the supplies or perks they advertise are ever available. Save yourself the frustration — they’re terrible, plain and simple.

They promise having dash cleaner and windex in the detailing center but don’t have it. The employee said, “we don’t have any until people bring it back.” The car wash wasn’t full so they seem to not have nearly enough spray bottles even after waiting for 30 minutes for one to be returned. There was no compensation offered for not having access to the advertised amenities.

As a member I went to a Take 5 car wash located in Columbus Ohio. The wash was not the best due to leaving dirt and bugs on my mirrors and the front of my truck. It did clean the body of my vehicle. I believe it was a waste of $16.00 at this location.
