I especially like my nearest Take 5 car wash since the vacuuming system has been reinforced ( at the top connections, from people being disrespectful and stretching them beyond their limits). Staff is always friendly. I currently own 3 vehicles and all are part of our membership plans. The car wash itself has great cloth washing brushes, great jets that seem to hit every possible angle, unlike when it was Goo Goo.

I feel robbed by this company I spent $21 for a top of the line car wash just to get out and see dirt all of my vehicle what kind of car wash this that they can't even clean the sides the front or the back of your vehicle and if they want to call that a tire shine I'm sorry but my three-year-old can do a better job and they did

today when I went to the car wash the last few times Sara Has been the nicest employee here since I’ve been coming here she’s always helped me with anything I needed help with and she has a great personality and she’s great with customers. She needs a raise. That’s just my opinion lol but the only thing I would recommend is sure, that the vacuums work and if they need to be fixed, they need to fix them, but that’s above her, but I do appreciate her generosity and she has a sweet soul❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Never had an issue before and everyone is super nice, but the last two weeks every time I come threw, the entrance has had cones blocking it, I pay for the membership and have not been able to use it because they appear closed every day I try to come by whether it be 9 am or 3pm or 5pm, I don’t want to cancel my membership because it’s always been easy and quick, but it’s always closed

Let me start by saying , I don’t have high expectation for a literal 1 minute car wash. I maintain my car regularly . I used a ceramic detail spray (1st pic) two day ago . Car looked perfect . We had rain so decided to get a quick wash . Highly disappointed , the water never even touched the back of the car . Literally dry to the touch . All this place does is splash dirty water all over your car and barely dries it off . I had been thru this car wash was once before and noticed there was NO effectiveness of the scrubbing or the soap solution is heavily diluted . Again didn’t have high expectations but for almost 30$ and for the car to still be dirty is crazy . Will not be back

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Take 5 Car Wash on West Broad Street. I feel like most people view car washes as a mundane chore—you drive in, you drive out, and you move on with your day. But this location has completely changed my perspective on what a simple car wash experience can be. It wasn't just about getting the dirt off my truck; it was about the genuinely positive vibe and the professional care I received from start to finish. First, let's talk about the wash itself. I am extremely picky about my vehicle. I’ve been to washes where the brushes are too rough, or the soap leaves a film, or the dryers just push the water around. That is absolutely not the case here. The wash quality at this Take 5 is superb. My car came out looking spotless. The bug prep actually worked (which is a miracle in itself), the ceramic coating left a mirror-like finish that is still shining days later, and the tire shine was applied evenly without slinging all over the side of my car. Even the vacuums in the free vacuum lot are powerful—I got crumb-free carpets in half the time it usually takes me elsewhere. But as great as the machinery is, the real reason I am writing this long review—and the reason I will keep coming back—is the staff. Specifically, I want to give a massive shout-out to Darin and Chris. These two are absolute rockstars. You can tell immediately that they care about the customers and take pride in running a tight ship. When I arrived, Darin was managing the entrance/pay area, and his energy was contagious. He was incredibly polite, helped me navigate the menu quickly, and made sure I got the best deal for what I needed without being pushy about it. He had a smile on his face the whole time, which is so refreshing to see. It’s rare to be greeted with that kind of genuine friendliness these days. Then there was Chris, who I believe was handling the prep and the lot area. He was working hard—moving fast, checking on equipment, and making sure every car was lined up perfectly. He took the time to make sure my rear window (which is always a trouble spot) got a little extra attention before I rolled into the tunnel. That level of attention to detail is what separates a "good" wash from a "great" one. It’s obvious that Darin and Chris are a dynamic duo. They communicate well, keep the line moving efficiently, and make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another number in the queue. If corporate is reading this: Hold onto these guys. They are the heartbeat of this location. If you are on West Broad Street and need a wash, do not go anywhere else. The equipment is top-tier, the lot is clean, and the service from Darin and Chris is unmatched. I drove away with a clean car and a great mood. Highly, highly recommended! Car wash is amazing, the service guys are extremely helpful and they have clean towels, window cleaner and free vacuums to use for your car. Anyone looking for a good car wash I’d recommend it. Also the top wash is $27.00 but you can sign up and pay that for unlimited washes per month for that same price.

This Take-5 car wash is the worst I have ever used. There are never any towels and they have two cabinets for them. The vacuums work if you can get one that is actually connected. I have posted pictures from todays visit that shows numerous hoses missing. FYI there should be two hoses at each vacuum one from the vacuum to the canister which are all there, but the one from the canister to the car is missing on over half, and this isn’t the first time. They have compressed air to blow stuff out of your car, great idea. However I’ve only seen 1 out of 18 that’s actually works. Spend the extra time and gas and go somewhere else. If you have a membership go to Polaris the one there is always working and stocked with towels. Personally I think the car wash actually cleans better at that location, but all the extras you pay for are actually there and working properly. I have a yearly pass to Take-5 car wash. Unfortunately I live closest to this location, luckily where I work there is a much better run Take-5 car wash. Both Polaris and the location one East Broad street are much better.

Pass twice. The 1st was closed and it was 5:00 pm. And today I had to wait 15 minutes to get through, those in the normal line passed faster than those with membership. Four cars passed in that line and then I passed by. As expected, there was no need to dry my car, especially if there was no liquid to clean my car. Stop at 3 vacuum cleaners and all 3 will not work. But hey, I hope it will improve the company and service.

Today I paid **$10** to wash my car, but the machine **malfunctioned and stopped working before the wash was completed**. I requested a refund, and it was **denied**, even though the issue was not my fault. Paying for a service that is not provided and refusing a refund is very disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue and treats customers more fairly.
