My hometown car wash put my sticker on my car wrong, so everytime i went to the car wash it was an issue. But, nonetheless this location was very friendly and very helpful. JASON did amazing and was able to help me out through everything. I definitely recommend getting your membership from him 🙂↕️

Ive been coming to this carwash multiple times a month for over a year now and have always enjoyed my experience. However, my recent encounter with Jason is what made me want to leave a review. Great customer service, and kept a smile - even in this GA heat. If he doesn’t get a raise I’m canceling my subscription!😊

When I came out of the wash, my front windshield glass had huge cracks from top to bottom. I couldn't tell right away because of the water still running. When I stepped out of my car, I clearly saw the damage and reported to the store manager. He said he doesn't handle damages, passed it on to their insurance company. Let me tell you, their insurance company all they do is DENIED ALL CLAIMS. Take5 has corporate own department to run the video footage which is by the way low quality camera doesn't capture clearly, and say Deny, so insurance company deny as well. I went back to Take5 and watched the video footages myself. In a small office, There's A TONS OF DAMAGE CLAIM PAPERWORKS just like I had. And still operating to this day like never happened. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Their blushes inside had stones and scratched my window and made damage. I had to replace the whole. Be Aware!

Take 5 Car Wash on South Cobb Drive always has an issue. The vacuums almost never work, and this has been going on for a long time. The car wash itself is constantly closed for maintenance, yet the maintenance doesn’t seem to fix anything because the same problems continue day after day. When the wash is actually open, the brushes and cleaning system do a poor job — my car still comes out dirty after going through. They also never provide the air fresheners that are supposed to come with the service. This location has really gone downhill, and management does not seem to care or take customer concerns seriously. For a business that charges monthly memberships, this level of service is unacceptable.

a member has been a member since they been here ! Well tonight I experience an experience I never experienced before ! I got the Cobb police called on me for wanted to dry my car after the wash granted I was there at 6:50pm thinking they close @8pm I took my car to get wash wash my wash an them proceeded to wash again (membership) they took me the car in front of me was the last car so I pulled in to dry my car around 7pm an the young man took me we close an I don’t think you should Start dry your car I then told him I was I just left out from getting it wash so I’m going to dry my car he then call the police and told Them I was focusing myself in the car wash ..I was there before they close so why would I not finish the service I pay for Monthly when I’m There before they close like I told Cobb police. I was treated unfair and felt very disrespected bullied by the young man that works there

First off the young lady that was helping pick the wash and helping with the payment was professional and nice. The young man guiding the cars in was unprofessional, distracted and uninterested in his job😡 He was waving at me to pull up while looking in another direction. I waited until he looked at me then I said how are you telling me to pull up and not paying attention to if my tire is lined up with the track. He then said my bad! Once again he is not paying attention to me telling him don’t use that raggedy brush on my car and before I could roll the window Dow because he was not paying attention to my hand waving no and me saying no! What do he do? He takes the brush and brush the brush across my hood, the front and side of my car. Take note it is a 2023 Chrysler 300S Black in color! When I pull around to wipe it down I have scratches all over my new damn car😡 I go and get him and the female attendant comes over too I said this is why you should pay attention! Look at the scratches on my car! He said that’s why you say no brush and I said I did and was waving my hand but you wasn’t paying attention🤦🏽♀️ He walks off but the female attendant apologized and took pictures of the scratches. Also saying I could tell the car was new when you pulled up I said right. I used scratch repair but it didn’t removed the deep ones. I called and still haven’t received a callback! This is unacceptable and I want my car buffed out or something done about this!! I would never recommend this place😡😡😡

I had a terrible experience at this car wash and canceled my membership. After going through the wash, three pieces of my chrome window trim were ripped off my infiniti QX80. I sent my husband back immediately, and one of the employees did manage to find two out of the three pieces. He told my husband he would look for the last piece after closing and instructed us to come back the next day because there was no manager on site. He assured us that a manager would be available the next day to help us submit a claim if the missing trim piece wasn’t found. We followed their directions exactly, only to be told by the manager the next day that they did not find the third piece and that we were NOT allowed to file a claim because “claims can only be made the day of the incident.” In other words, we were misled and completely tricked by their staff. Had we been told the truth, we would have submitted a claim the previous day. I ultimately canceled my membership due to the dishonest handling of the situation, not the damage sustained. Staff provided misleading instructions, then penalized us for following them. The lack of transparency and accountability has made it impossible to trust this business and I have taken mine elsewhere.

This car wash is excellent, I pay $17 monthly for unlimited car washes and free vacuums to use. I live close by therefore, it's very convenient. For the most part,the personnel is polite and friendly. Except for one exception, A manager by the name of "Ethan". He seems to be, in a very bad mood every time I happen to see Him, He gets very annoyed when you ask him a question, when He's in the front to guide you, on the moving belt into the car wash. I will continue to come here,and use your services. However, I feel Ethan needs advice in dealing with the public,as well as, giving proper customer service. Thanks

Incredible, kind service that surprised me and made my day. Somehow water got into my car at the end of the car wash but not from any understandable place. Braden and Keller were so kind and not only took the time to help me inspect my car (I was worried something was wrong with it) but also gave me a complimentary second wash, which was the highest quality wash they offered, and walked through the car wash as my car went through to see if they could help me understand what happened. It turns out something with the timer on the wash was wrong, so the blow driers were on my car for too long and were so strong they pushed water in, which was a problem they easily fixed. They also recommended the side of the store that had the best vacuums to me to ensure I got the best service, after which Braden helped get the vacuums out for me since they were too tall for me. Thank you Braden and Keller, and Take 5 Car Wash! That was such a pleasant experience and reminded me of the power of simple human acts of kindness to turn someone's whole day around.

I’ve lived in this area for over a year now and have been a loyal, paying monthly member at Take 5 Car Wash. Unfortunately, in that time, I’ve experienced the location being closed far more often than it’s open. It’s incredibly disappointing. Each time I stop by, there’s a sign posted that says “closed for maintenance,” yet I’ve never once seen maintenance crews, cars, or work trucks on-site. I’ve personally come by over two dozen times, and at least half of those visits have been met with that same sign. As a paying customer, this is frustrating and unacceptable. It feels misleading, and it damages trust in the business. I’m now questioning whether this is something I should bring to the attention of the neighborhood apps, social media, or even the Chamber of Commerce / BBB to raise awareness about how this location is being managed. All I ask is for some honest communication and consistency with your hours. If maintenance or upgrades are happening it should be conducted at the busiest times of the week or day. This isn’t how a business is ran. Let’s be better …. Do better.
