Today I took a chance on the $15 Graphene + Ceramic Wash promotion and was disappointed by the damage that was cost to my car regarding two scratches and marks on the top of my hood and on the back of my trunk. I previously had the same experience with a mark being made from the machine sometime in the past, but I gave this company another chance. this is the second time my car has been marked up and now it’s on the top of my trunk and on the top of my hood with multiple scratches to the paint of my car. I spoke to the manager, and she placed a claim in for me and was informed that the manager was David and that he will reach out to me by tomorrow to see that I get approved. hopefully the situation is resolved properly. I will come back with an update.

Service is good. Place is nice. However the wash isn't worth it. Just spent $18 and it didn't clean all of my car. There's no way the back and side should still be this dirty!

I just found out this location has been under new management. I don’t know for how long, but they’ve been stellar recently. I even came back just to use the vacuums (my windshield was damaged) and they recognized me and just let me use the vacuums for free. They’ve got my business on lock 🔒

This car wash was NOT worth the $20 I spent on it. The wash itself was good and left my car pretty clean even though it was fairly slow. The employees are nice enough when they aren’t trying to sell you on a membership. The vacuums have practically no power. It took me almost 20 minutes just getting some grass bits out of my back seat. Plenty of spray bottles but absolutely no towels across the 10+ vacuum lanes on the right side. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Went here for the 1st time today on this sunny day. It's a newer car wash facility. The people up front at the gate were nice. They have plenty of vaccum stations with all purpose cleaner, window cleaner, car fresheners and towels ready for use. Perfect set up. The staff was very nice. Had a nice experience!

I thought this would be a great spot for us to get a quick wash in a pinch, but unfortunately my entire mirror backing came off, typically the attendant will tuck in the mirror, as it didn’t say in the sign when it directs you to put your car in neutral to do anything with your mirrors. Super disappointed!

Warning Windy Hill Road, Smyrna, Georgia, location. I hope this review will help others. I had been a car wash member for nearly two years without issues, but everything changed in one wash. After going through the wash, I discovered a significant rip in the rubber on my passenger side window, likely caused by one of the spinning cleaning cloths getting caught between the mirror and the door and tearing it. When I raised the issue that day, the staff claimed there was no rip when I entered or left the wash, and they couldn't explain how the damage occurred in the parking lot. They suggested that I must have caused the damage with their microfiber towel. Their exact words. Despite the damage to my brand-new, weeks-old car, the company refused to respond to my emails, phone calls, or messages—not one response, even after contacting the corporate office. When I went to the site location in Smyrna and requested the video footage, they told me I would need to obtain it through a court subpoena. There are many other reputable and honest Car Wash companies in Smyrna, Georgia. I really like this car wash and use them for years with no issue.

Came here on a Saturday because my kids had wrecked my car. It was about 6 pm and Charity was the face I encountered when I pulled up. I love that they have someone to help guide you with selections because she got me hooked up really fast and was such a pleasure. I half wanted to stay just to chat it up with her, but knew I needed to get to work. I am extremely picky about vacuums because with 3 kids they’re hard on the inside and I have to be. The are the main reason I ever go and self do anything to my car and Caliber’s vacuums are the truth. My inside looked so much better when I finished, it gave me the biggest sense of calm. I’ll be returning for sure to Caliber as a regular, especially because their employees are so amazing. There was another gentleman working who was restocking the sprays, towels, etc. and was so kind when my vacuum and air sprayer were tangled. Overall 10/10 stars for staff, amenities, and offerings!!

The staff and service were fine. My bumper was pulled and cracked open. I verified with the staff that my car did not look like that when I arrived. An incident report was filled out. This was like in July. Its October now. How can you guys keep charging my card for your membership, but management can't reach out to me about my property damage? Im not a fan of these business practices. I had high hopes. Sad. And of course they are not accepting voicemails right now so I have to go all the way back up there to cancel my membership.

I have a premium monthly subscription that I find valuable as I benefit from unlimited car washes. Unfortunately, the last couple times I have gone this location has been down for maintenance. Employees have told me that it would only take 10-15 mins only for me to get out the car and ask for an update after time expired and be told that it’s down for the day. I’m nearing the point of canceling my subscription.

Had my car sitting outside for months - under trees and everything - which left it absolutely filthy… But after an hour or so at Caliber and with the advice and guidance from David and Jerod, I had my car looking like new. They not only helped me out, but showed great customer service, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. Overall 5 stars for sure, they earned it. Highly recommend!!!! I love this car was the first time I went there I had a hard time figuring out how to get into the post office after the road re work on Windy Hill someone walked to the road and showed me where to turn. Then the next time was in my work car I had spilled a plant for a client gift it was everywhere and I had my quarterly car check with my boss. I went over to ask if I could vacuum it out and they were so nice they told me anything it’s always free. Then my personal car has been sitting under a tree and was looking really dull I looked into the grafelene wash because it makes you finish so shiny and protects you car for much longer than a traditional wash because it protects the paint. Make sure you use the cloth they provide to dry so you don’t get any spots dried into your car. After we went to Costco someone who has my same car asked what year my car was my car was older but my finish was so much better I explained that I just got the top wash because I was going to be parking my car outside for the next couple of months. Daivd is the manager at Windy Hill and is very helpful. I will be taking my work car Thursday after my vacation they are working on the road and I was out of town for 2 weeks for work it is so bad I can’t see out of the windows.

I went through the car wash at Caliber Car Wash on Windy Hill, and my rims and tires were still dirty afterward. They gave me a ticket to go through again, but unfortunately, nothing changed the same areas were still dirty. Some of the equipment in the wash doesn’t even seem to be working properly. The attendant was helpful and said the manager would contact me for a refund. let’s see if that actually happens. Based on this experience, I’m seriously considering not going back.

I will give it an -F since this specific location car wash has been breaking down about 3-6 times a week. The community uses the car wash and I live close by and such as the tracks, it always breaks down. Management is cool but they need to figure out a way to tell the truth to customers. Such as put a closure sign such as “Temporary Closure”. Employee says might take 5-10 min you can wait if you want but been here for about 1 hour waiting. Others about 15-30 min wait average. They didn’t do anything to solve the line issue until I got out and told them what to do.
