Great service and fast. The car ended up quite good and clean. Outside you can vacuum for free (if you pay a car or wash), with towels to dry it and compress air for tight spaces.

Yesterday, I used their automatic wash to clean my car. This is not the place I usually go, but it was close to my appointment. For what I paid for the service was ridiculous for the actual service. Needless to say, the result was way below average. I had to wash my car with a hose, soap and rag when I returned home.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever used. The management is uncaring and does care about the customer. I warned a friend about using this place but it was close to our houses and when he went through it scratched his new wheels and the manager denied it happened in there. I will never use this place or recommend it in the future.

Got my car washed on Friday the 9th. The dryer blower hit my left rear view mirror and broke it off. I had to go into the bay to retrieve it. The housing of the mirror was damaged the the car was scratched up from the glass breaking against it. I spoke to the manager and he said point blank he is not responsible. He said he viewed the tape and nothing happened! I am filing a complaint with the police department, better business bureau and small claims. This man is very unprofessional. Horrible way to treat your customers. Ii have been going there for years. No more.

This place may be a assuming with all the self-serve car washes popping up out there, but they are legit. I think what stands out to me is that when you pay for tire clean, it actually cleans your tires pretty thoroughly. Also, the suction on the vacuums are pretty good. I’ll be back.

We had an issue with damage to our car. When we tried to speak to the owner about it he got belligerent and then gave the finger and locked himself in his office. Go here at your own risk.

The price is reasonable. There is someone who has a soapy brush to scrub the front and back of the vehicle before going into the automatic car wash (and these guys appreciate a tip). The self vacuum is free with a wash and there is no limit on how long you vacuum. They have towels for wipe down and a special little blower to use in the crevices of the car to get pollen and loose dirt out. The vacuum area and car wash area are kept clean which is a plus.

Beware! The owner only cares about taking your money. Do not go there if you expect someone to stand behind their work if you receive any damage to your car. He is completely unprofessional and this place should be shut down. I don't know why people continue to go there and leave positive reviews. He is not a good addition to our community here in Smyrna

The vacuum scratched up my display screen, because the vacuum had cracks and scuffs in it and the vacuum was clogged. it was the 4th vacuum on the left. that is going to be very expensive for me to repair.

I specifically cautioned a man about my brand-new, unscratched wheels before he entered the car wash. Unfortunately, I later discovered that one of my wheels was damaged. When I confronted the man, he responded with profanity and a rude gesture. I contacted the police, but they informed me there was little they could do.

Triple charged me when trying to buy a single car wash. When entering the car wash, and selecting a single $18 car wash, the display noted it "timed out" processing my debit card. Twice more I tried and each time it charged me before it finally let me through to proceed. It's a good thing I had the forethought to check because sre enough there were 3 charges immediately on my account. There is no management on duty to take care of issues and no one answers the phone. On a busy Saturday, there should be someone who charge. No action, no concern, no contact, and for that they get no stars and no more of my business.

My go to place every 2 weeks. I like that they have the tire station in front. Staff is freaking awesome. Twice I've purchased the 20.00 wash and looked and noticed a few spots. Talked to a staff member who said I'm sorry you can go back thru. Went back thru and perfect. Love the strong free vacs and free window cleaner and salt water and rags they let you use. Only way they get any better is to offer the rain check like their competitors at the other end of South Cobb. If you purchase a wash and it rains in the next two days you can get a free basic wash. But this is still my go to place because of the quality and awesome staff

They went above and beyond to try and help me get my car back up and running, and were more than accommodating while I waited for a tow truck. The car wash had everything and the owner was kind enough to have free towels. The wash cleaned my car nicely. Not sure what we are expecting from an automatic car wash. PSA for everyone: if you are scared of small scratches, wash it by hand. I go to an automatic car wash for the convenience which was just that.
