Very attentive and helpful customer service. We got an oil change and a carwash. At oil change they offer products and extra services, but you can decline them if you like. They gave us a car wash offer since they’re brand new to the area. Nice wash and good vacuums. They have a station with towels to clean windows and interior with too. Most importantly, they have a restroom! Great experience overall.

Snuck on in after a beach trip with the family and dog to get the old man off my back about the sand. Y'know how it is: some here, some there, some everywhere. The staff were friendly, professional, and helped when the vacuum went on the fritz. The manager also came out and made a lovely comment about my vintage car. Would highly recommend and will be returning as soon as possible.

Great experience from start to finish! Car wash attendant Alliyah went over all of the different options that Take 5 Car Wash offered and helped me choose which worked best for me and my vehicle. Very disappointed in lack of cleaning. Did a very basic, poor job of cleaning. There was still soapy water on the windshield sides as I went into the drying stage. Windshield sides and everywhere else a brush didn't touch is still dirty. Still soapy water coming out of the truck bed when I parked to reinstall my antenna. Tree sap still on hood and other areas. I didn't expect it to look like a hand wash job but I've had much better results at another place down the road to the East. Would have to go over the entire truck by hand with towels and cleaner to finish. Might as well hand wash at that point.... Cannot recommend.

Just had a wonderful experience at Take 5 Kingsport. We pulled in right at closing and the manager John was very kind and opened the car wash back up for us, walked us through himself, came out at the end and turned the vacuums back on. A level of service you don’t see very often. John clearly cared about his customers and his business and just confirmed again why we drive 45 minutes to come here. We live in a very rural area but pass other washes to come here because they are clean and reliable and today was just the icing on the cake. Thanks John!

Stopped by to detail my car before getting on the road next week again. This place is 5 minutes from the place we are staying at and was highly recommended. Extremely reasonable prices, very very very and I will say it one more time very! Clean! Completely stocked with towels and sprays for both inside and outside of your cars. The vacuums work fantastic. if anybody in the area and is looking for an amazing car spot! This is where you want to go detail your car!

Was not sure if my H2 would fit into your car wash, your manager, John, took extra care and watched and guided my truck through the wash. The car wash did better than expected wash. John and the staff were very polite and professional. I will be back many times in the future.
