We spent $20 for the highest option that they have, if it wasn’t for the reason that i always use my windshield wipers when i go through a car wash it might not even clean my windshield, i ask for my money back, they told me that they could give me a second wash our request for a refund, i requested a refund due to the bad quality of the wash, they told me to leave my contacts info that the person in charge of refund will be contacting me in several days. I got the call two days later, they told me that they will not be issuing a refund because my car already use the chemicals and they will NOT give me another wash because I decide the wash when they offered it to me the day of the wash. The lady on the phone was polite but it didn’t matter this was my first time using this brand new car wash but I will never use it again, I’ll just wait to use the other car wash being built right behind this one.(this is the fist time that i have posted a business review)

Let’s just say—it wasn’t exactly a "surf-through" experience. With only three cars ahead of me, I waited about 15 minutes. It seems like being a member gets you access to a faster lane, which might be worth it if you’re a regular. When I finally entered the wash, nothing happened—the system didn’t work. I had to exit, drive around, and try again. The employee offered no apology, just said there was an issue with the conveyor and told me to loop back around. Not the kind of service you expect, especially at a higher price point. Total time: 20 minutes. Rude service + higher cost + technical issues = first and last visit. Thanks, but no thanks.

got the graphene extreme which promises a tire shine. after i got the car wash and left, i realized my back tires had been completely missed and were covered in dirt still. went back to see if they could clean them for me or what could be done and they refused to let me go thru again for a rewash after i had left the property because they “don’t know where i could have gone between then and now” meanwhile the rest of my car is still perfectly clean including the front tires so i would have somehow been able to keep the rest of my car clean while going off roading and getting JUST my back tires extremely dirty in their minds…. paid for a car wash that didn’t even clean my car and then zero help from the manager to alleviate the situation. won’t be returning

I recently visited this car wash and paid $20 for a wash. Unfortunately, my car came out still dirty after going through the wash twice specially the windshield and roof. There were water spots all over the mirrors, sides, and back of the vehicle. An employee explained that they had to manually turn off the washing roof roller because of my truck's roof rack. They offered to turn it back on, but only if I signed a waiver assuming liability for any potential damage. Since I wasn't comfortable signing the waiver, the employee offered to manually clean the roof. While the vacuuming and compressed air seemed to function properly, the overall wash quality was very disappointing, so I went to another one. I would not recommend this car wash to others, especially those with trucks or with roof racks.

The Express Car Wash really impressed me. I had never been there and just needed to vacuum my car out. So I pulled up to the vacuums and asked the guy working there how to pay for them. He said you don't have to pay to use them. Wow! I was absolutely surprised by that statement. In this day and age, it seems everyone charges for every single little thing. So kudos to Express Wash

I have monthly subs for both my vehicles, the best wash they offer. I've been through the wash around 9 times now and every single time, the front and rear of vehicles are left dirty. bugs on the front, and dirty film on the back. I will not use them again.

The car wash damaged my windshield. Filed a damage claim. Got yelled at by one of the employees when I called to ask for an update. Apparently corporate denied the claim.

Probably the worst car wash ive ever had for $20. Didnt get all the bird droppings off my car, didnt even dry my car, had to go home and wipe off all the water stains left behind. They make you drive through it all the way, there was no stopping point for extra scrubbing, despite once again, paying $20. Go to zippy instead.

Purchased the top wash several years ago and am very happy with the washes HOWEVER, the corporate office for this place leaves alot to be desired. Seeing the reviews you would think they would want to resolve issues and keep customers coming back but apparently that is not the case.

Really great express car wash! Jay and his team always take extremely good care of me. They have free vacuums, with air compressor nozzles to clean your interior after you hit the wash tunnel! They also have cleaning chemicals, towels, air fresheners, and much more ready for purchase for cheap. I am an unlimited wash club member, and it's well worth the money, my truck is ALWAYS super clean. They even have great deals for first time customers. Come check this place out!

Was double charged for my membership for a months in a row, tried multiple times to contact them through phone and left multiple voicemails. No callback. Went in person three different times to talk to a manager, a manager was not there, left note and even filled out a form, it’s been two months, and I still have not heard anything.

Have a membership had to cancel it because they require me.To put the sticker on my vehicle and I don't want to ruin my paint on my tinted windows. They refuse to scan it. When I went to the drive through when I handed them my card.

I went with the $20 one time Graphine wash, Don't waste your money, it didn't do any better wash than the $4.00 car wash down the street. It didn't get the film off my windshield, the Armorall tire squirted about 25% of my tires. Left water spots all over my car. They have vacuums and that's it. Nothing to clean the inside of your car. Its been a nightmare dealing with this place.... first they pressure me into a monthly plan but dont see i have a bike rack and still havent refunded me the 11 dollars for no wash. I still havent been able to cancel the membership despite at least 4 attempts, 2 in person and 2 online. Yesterday i got another text saying ive been auto renewed for another monthly charge!!! Why is there no follow through to help customers????

The car wash is in good conditions and the vacuums work fine. The price for the basic wash is cheap (11 bucks) but they don’t have any amenities outside of the vacuums . No rags to grab , no window spray , no free mat washer . Be careful with that . The price is good but if you want all of those other things , you have to pay for them. It was my first time and I was really disappointed, but overall was an OK experience. The close late so that’s a plus

This place is great if you don’t want to vacuum your car and love water spots. Was very excited bc this car wash is close to home, but was very disappointed when the vacuum on one side of my stall didn’t work, and when I realized they don’t offer towels to dry your car after going through the car wash, which does extremely little to dry your car. They offer an air house that if used, would take upwards of 30 minutes to dry off my truck (don’t forget though, signs say you can only stay on the stalls 5 minutes after your car wash). One of the worst car washes I’ve been to in Reno in terms of amenities. Great location though so 2 stars for that.

Used to be a member — they put this sticker on the inside of my windshield. Switched washes, tried to remove it — no chance. Drove back, employee struggled for minutes, admitted it’s super hard to remove, line of cars waiting. Came back later — they peeled it… left thick glue residue. Asked for solvent — “We don’t have any, try alcohol.” Bought 70% isopropyl - still there, sticky and ugly after tons of effort. This is ridiculous. Yours are basically permanent unless you want to risk scratching your glass. Please fix this - change the stickers and have proper remover available.
